About this house rental
Situated in Marco Island, this attractive house for $800 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This house has everything. Through the large front doors you will find yourself in a beautiful screened Courtyard with Pool and Spa surrounded by pool chaises and chairs for relaxing in the sun after returning from South Beach, which is located a short 4 minute walk from the house. The center courtyard is where you will find the Air Conditioned Guest Cabana which opens on to the Pool and Spa. Features include a King bed, full bath, wet bar, microwave, coffee maker TV and mini refrigerator, making this the perfect place for relaxing in private. Across the Courtyard you enter the main villa through the tall front doors bringing you into the Foyer which looks out through the large Living Room onto the Lanai and waterway and private boat dock. The Master Bedroom is located on the main floor with full en-suite bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The Formal dining room opens onto the Lanai overlooking the wide waterway and dock. The kitchen/family room, usually the center of the house's activities has all the conveniences and amenities anyone could want. Large Flat screen TV, and Music system provide entertainment for all. There is a laundry located just off the kitchen and a half bath. The Upstairs bedrooms have a King bed and TV, and the Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds along with a full bathroom and separate toilet. The home is decorated in soft pastels and luxurious furnishings abound. You know your home as you sink into the deep leather sofas in the Living room to enjoy the breezes coming off the water while enjoying a cool drink watching Manatees and Dolphins swimming and playing near the dock. Breakfast is usually enjoyed on the Lanai overlooking the calm waters of the wide waterway. When off to the beach, don't forget to grab the beach carts, chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids to enjoy a fabulous day at the beach. Hop on one of the many bikes and take a ride around the island or take 2 minutes to cruise to the beach. There is a BBQ in the Courtyard to cook the 'Catch of the Day' or your favorite Steak. This home has it all and more. A luxurious Villa by the beach with all the amenities you could want in a vacation home plus more. There are some great beach bars and restaurants near the south beach access,to stop by for lunch, refreshments or to watch the amazing Marco Island sunsets. Great shopping and many restaurants are only a short walk from the villa or a two minute drive away.

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location and the short walking distance to the beach. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Everything was as advertised and the house was great. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Our family had a fantastic stay over the holidays. The house is gorgeous and spacious - perfect for a large group. We were able to have my brother dock his boat and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset cruise. We saw manatees in the canal! We loved riding bikes to the beach and all over the island.
We had a few small issues with the pool heater and the owner Julie was extremely responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here! Thank you, Julie!

This is probably the best vacation rental home our family of eight has ever stayed in. It was spacious enough that we could participate in various activities such as game time, swimming and online work without interrupting anyone else. The lanai is huge and so relaxing. Spotting dolphins in the canal almost daily was a real bonus.

Beautiful Home/ Great Location
This was an amazing house to rent for a week at the beach with our family. The home was absolutely beautiful and well-kept, and the pool and Jacuzzi were amazing as well. The owner was wonderful to work with as well! The home was well stocked with necessities, and the dock was also a great dock for a large boat. Location was excellent, as it was very easy to access the main waterway. We would love to stay in this house in the future!

We were very excited to rent in Marco Island as we travel several times a year and this was a new destination. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very dirty with hair and dirty washcloths in drawers and on the floors. There was mold in the showers and in the cabana refrigerator along with some small dead bugs. Bath towels looked like bleach was poured on them and dirty beach towels were in wagons in the garage. The internet was not functioning as well as the master TV. The cooktop had 2 burners that were non-functioning, and the glass top had a hairline crack in it. in addition, after we checked out the owner of the property accused us of shattering the cooktop and charged my card $1500 which we are disputing (the depreciated value of a cooktop in disrepair is not $1500). The house was generally in need of a deep and thorough cleaning! We took pictures of the conditions we found and I called the owner the next morning reporting the issues. The owner stated the cleaning crew could come back the following morning, but by that time we just wanted to enjoy Marco Island. We decided to get a few supplies and clean up the areas we would use, wash the towels, chalk it up to a bad rental and go on with our vacation. We definitely would never recommend this property as it needs a DEEP clean, new towels and linens and routine maintenance, especially for the price. This isn't our first rodeo and this property is probably one of the worst we have every rented.

Very nice property. Great communication with property manager. Briefly had a break in the electric service but it was during the day and we went on a long walk and electricity was restored.

Comfy and Roomy!!!!
We loved staying at your wonderful, comfortable house. Each of us three couples had our own private bedroom area but could get together to cook in the marvelous, well stocked kitchen.
We lounged in the two comfortable living room areas or by the pool or enclosed lanai. The canal view lanai made an amazing place to watch the dolphin, read, or eat breakfast.
Julie was wonderful to email and pleasant to talk to. She was quick to answer our questions and get the burnt bulbs changed.
The location is a short walk to the south access of the big sand beach that runs most of the west side island. Also a short walk to Pincher restaurant and some tourist shopping.

The house was really nice and only a short bike ride away from the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults really enjoyed the Lanai. Julie has the house well stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend this house.

Great home for families!
Beautiful home with lots of space.
Everything we needed was available in this home. The garage was full of beach supplies- chairs, tents, beach carts, games even a few strollers for our 11 month granddaughter. House had all supplies for cooking. ( We only made breakfast). Very organized cabinets , drawers and pantry. High chair also provided. There was even a pack and play for her to sleep in.

We kept realizing how much of all the unnecessary items we brought or bought on the way like beach chairs, cleaning , detergent products, baking utensils, baby's high chair , etc. The house was filled with everything. I literally could have packed my swimming gear and toiletries. Julie was incredible from the start to the very last minute. It definitely felt like our Home away from home filled with warmth and love . PS. we were a little concerned about the size of the pool BUT the photograph doesn't do it justice. It was large enough to accommodate all of us easily.

Plenty of room and close to beach
Our large family enjoyed this home! With the two family rooms a dockside lanai and courtyard pool area, we had plenty of space to be together or spread out. The beach is just down the quiet neighborhood street. And on windy days the courtyard pool area was perfect for enjoying the sunshine.

Beautiful home - Comfortable and convenient
We had a great week on Marco Island. Our first time there. My husband and I and friends enjoyed relaxing in the home. Some of us had to work a couple hours in the morning and the internet was reliable.
The house is well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the beach carts and chairs were so nice to use for the short walk to the beach!
The screen porch was our favorite morning coffee spot overlooking the water.
Bedrooms were all comfortable as well as the living areas.
The Spa was the favorite spot at the end of the day!
Julie was extremely helpful in answering questions before and during our stay! Very prompt too! She really cares about her home and her guests.
She gave us several suggestions for boat rentals and we totally enjoyed a couple days exploring the waterways around Marco.
I highly recommend this house and would love to return again soon!

Perfect Mother/Daughter Week
We traveled to Marco Island for a mother/daughter week and it was perfect. I wish I had recorded the teenage girls reaction when we first entered the house - lots of squeals and "oh's and ah's as they ran from room to room checking things out!! The layout of the house was unique with spaces for either gathering or privacy depending on the individual wants. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the inlet for morning coffee and the courtyard with the pool and spa in the afternoon. The girls loved sitting down on the dock and the upstairs bedrooms provided them with privacy when they wanted to get away from the adults!! Another family that was traveling with us had rented their own condo 1/2 mile away and they were very envious of our situation with Julie's beautiful home and private location and commented (several times:) that they wished they had rented a home instead.
The kitchen was well stocked and the owner provided pictures of how the various dishes and glasses were to be arranged on the shelves. Some may consider this a little over the top, however, for me I loved it because nothing annoys me more than when I book a rental and you open the cabinets to find mismatched and miscellaneous dishes and pots/pans. We had everything we needed and didn't have to search for anything - even the tupperware bowls had matching lids!!
The garage was organized and included everything you may need for a beach vacation (carts, chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrellas, etc.). The area is very safe and the girls loved the independence of being able to bike to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
The owner Julie was a joy to work with! She was prompt in answering any questions that we had and it was apparent by the way that she manages and maintains her property that she wants her guests to be happy and want for nothing. If we ever make our way down to Marco Island again, we will definitely try to book this house again.

Christmas at Marco Island
We had an amazing trip to Marco Island and this property is better than advertised. It is bigger than the pictures make it look and the rooms are separated allowing for privacy. We loved having breakfast and watching the sunrise from the back deck. Having bikes was great, but we were also able to easily walk to the beach, shops and multiple restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Don't Hesitate to Book This Home!
Just got back from a family vacation at Julie's home in Marco. The location is amazing, the house is amazing and Julie was the best hostess we have had so far in renting a home through VRBO. Everything you need is here - this home not only has a perfect layout, it is so well stocked! Coffee in the morning in the rear lanai, beach during the day and late afternoons in the pool and hottub. The dock was perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding and we rented a boat also - perfect location and easy gulf access. The neighbors were fantastic and friendly - morning conversations about dolphin sightings and manatees. Comfortable mattresses, pillows, plenty of room for every activity. I would hands down always check to see if this home is available first for any trip to Marco (until we find one we want to buy). Julie was helpful and just genuinely nice - extra care and details make her home your perfect vacation get-a-way home! Thank you Julie!

The Best
Julie is fantastic. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about her. Her home is immaculate. She is very attentive and responsive. If something is wrong she will not stop until it is fixed. She wants to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible.
The pictures of this property do not do it justice. My partner and three children (23, 15, 14) stayed for 9 days and none of us wanted to leave. In fact, my 14 year old asked if we were staying there again when we come back. I told him I certainly hope we can. There's nothing like sitting on the back lanai watching the moon rise over the water after a fun evening at the beach. You will not regret staying at this property.

Great place for family vacay
The property is beautiful and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the short walk to the south beach access as well as sitting in the screened in porch and on the dock. Our family of nine was comfortable and spent a great holiday together. As a bonus, the kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was very responsive to our questions both before and during our visit, and we not only definitely recommend this home but also hope to return in the future. If you prefer a quiet neighborhood with less traffic both (vehicular and human) on the south end of the island, this home is for you.

Great Location on nice quiet street close to South Beach
We greatly enjoyed our time here. Our "core" group was three adult couples; throughout the week we had one visitor who stayed one night and two visitors who stayed three nights. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is very nicely equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. There are beach towels in the laundry room. In the garage there are lots of sand toys, some foam noodles, a beach ball, a wagon for the beach, a beach cart and a wheeled cooler and one umbrella and several beach chairs. There are also bikes for adults and one childs bike. There were also bike helmets. I think there was a boogie board or two as well. The pool area is lovely and private. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub very much., We spent some time on the back porch which is very spacious with lounge chairs and regular chairs and table. There is a switch inside to lower the "blinds" on the porch so that the early morning sun doesn't wake you if you are sleeping in the master BR. We were thrilled that on our last full day, a manatee came to visit in the canal behind the house! We watched him/her for at least an hour. We were also fortunate to see two young dolphins frolicking a few houses down. At the end of the block are three burrowing owl nests that we had to stop at each day as we walked past on our way to the beach. The owner also has a grill for guest use but we did not use it. There were plenty of basic supplies to get us started; toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. It did take us a bit longer than 4 minutes to get to the beach but no more than 10-probably because we had to stop and say hello to the owls! It was so convenient not to have to find parking! Every day there was a line of cars waiting to park at South Beach. I would definitely recommend this owner's home.

Perfect location, great house.
We were 6 adults and 3 children and the house was perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants, very nice overall. I relly recomend to rent this house. No problems at all with the owner, she is very nice!
