The house was big and fit our family. Beds were good. There were weird plumbing issues with loud pipes. It had all the amenities that you would want but you could tell everything was well used/loved. Location is good being on the north side of the island but it is a long track to get out to the mouth of the river. Overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone.

Would like to say this was probably the best all around vacation we have had. We try to go somewhere different every year but my wife,kids,mom and dad said they would like to go back to Marco and that a good complement cause the last two years we went to St. Augustine and siesta key. The trip had everything we wanted except we need more time to explore everything that we want. It can’t wait till next year. Thank you to the ladies at the desk for all the help getting us started and as usual there’s always questions when you first get to the house and the text and emails were answered and taken care of immediately. See you next trip

My family stayed here a week in April. (Now I wish it were TWO weeks!) This home checked all the boxes for us, starting with the staff at MIVP. When we had a small issue, they were there for us. The home was immaculate, supplied with everything we needed, has a wonderful design and decorated elegantly, but simply, and comfortable furnishing (although the Lazy-Boy recliner is missing its handle to recline), is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, has a nice open view from the patio, and is centrally located in Marco, and reasonably priced. We would come back in a heartbeat!

My husband, our kids and my mom came down for Easter week 2023. None of us have ever been to Marco but this home and the island was absolutely wonderful! Home is immaculate and fit us all quite comfortably. We will definitely be back!

Three senior couples shared a week here. We loved it! The house is very well appointed, even including a meat thermometer that we needed to use. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location is in a very nice neighborhood for walking, and it's close to the pickleball/tennis center and nearby lake.

Our family enjoyed this property. The house was clean, had lots of space and the living room was nice and cozy. The layout of the home was perfect, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. There was an office for the people who needed to keep up on work. The pool caught sun in the morning, mostly. We would go to the beach in the morning and enjoy the shaded pool area in the afternoon. There was a functioning grille and the kitchen was great. We had dining options inside and outside. Communication with the property managers was wonderful. Also, there were 7 bikes and plenty of beach gear in the garage.

Home was beautiful and very clean. Great quiet street plus tons of extras in house from bikes to swimming toys and beach supplies. Loved the master bath. The two items not perfect were the upstairs was hotter and took a long time to get to a comfortable temp and the stovetop was hard to use as the numbers were unable to be read.

We all really enjoyed our stay-would recommend this house to everyone! Plenty of room for 9 adults all 50 plus in age. If there was anything negative about the house was the temperature control-the guests that stayed upstairs complained that it was very warm upstairs at nighttime and temperature was set at 72 degrees but it would constantly default back to 76 degrees. It is southern Florida in summertime with outside temperatures of 90 degrees everyday so being able to stay cool at night would help a lot. Otherwise the property was fantastic and very well stocked we had a great time!

We had a great experience. Everything was clean and the house was spacious. We had two couples plus 3 additional adults and we all had our own rooms. The only complaint was that we like to sleep with the house nice and cool at night and we were unable to turn the air below 72. There were bikes for each guest and lots of pool floats and toys. Several beach chairs and umbrellas were also included. The second bedroom downstairs isnt really a bedroom, but an office with a murphy bed in it. Definitely have to drive to the beach and it was difficult to find parking on the weekends. But you are close to the grocery stores. The pool deck area has plenty of seating and shade for hot afternoons.

We prefer to be walking distance to the beach which this is home not however everything else was great. I would consider staying here again.

Great location, great house!
This house came equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. It was a wonderful surprise. We were able to fish all day or go to the beach located less than a mile away. Look forward to staying here again sometime!

We had a wonderful time the house was perfect for our family. Large enough for everyone to have their own space children and grandchildren close to the beach and the dock was great for fishing I highly recommend this house and we will be back next year!!!

Very nice property, clean and convenient location in central Marco Island. Very well stocked kitchen and garage (bikes, beach chairs, noodles and water/sand toys - great bonus so you don't have to rent). 3 - 4 couples fit nicely in this spacious well appointed house.
Only issues was that the hot tub and pool can not keep the heat up if it is a cold spell like we had for 2 days. If weather is cold and temps below 65 degrees out, don't expect a 'HOT' hot tub or very warm pool.
Would stay there again, next time on Marco Island.

Our vacation was great and the house is beautiful. It was so nice and beautiful that we were going to rent it again for next year before we left. This one week rental went up 70% for 2022. This price increase is unacceptable to us and we will be looking elsewhere for 2022. It would cheaper to stay at the Marriott. Sorry, but this increase is outrageous and a shame because we did enjoy it prior to trying to rebook it.

Very nice and comfortable home.
My family enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and stocked with what we needed. Beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Great lighting throughout the home. Beds were comfortable. The smallish Murphy bed “room”/den off the foyer living area has no closet, so be prepared to tuck clothes always in a couple side drawers or keep in your suitcase. Master bedroom on main level is fantastic! The bathroom is huge! Love the modern upgrades to the upstairs master en-suite. A few fishing poles in the garage were nice to have and the bikes. Didn’t catch any fish, but did see a couple dolphins!! Would stay again!
