About this house rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this lovely house for $304 per night is a great option for your next break. Come stay and enjoy your vacation at the beach! Our newly remodeled beach home is located on Fort Myers Beach! The beach house is registered in accordance with the Town of Ft. Myers Beach (Registration # 19-1129). It is located approx. 2 miles south of the San Carlos Bridge. The walk to the beach is a leisurely 5 minute walk. Enjoy the beach or hang out in the backyard in the heated in-ground pool or just loosen up in the hot tub after a long day. The pool is custom built and will not disappoint! The backyard is an oasis with a 6 ft. privacy fence to give you the privacy you deserve. Maybe golf is your thing, tap in a few balls on the putting green or just soak up some sun. In the evening, let the kids enjoy toasting marshmallows and making smores....while Mom & Dad enjoy a glass of wine or a drink by the fire pit. Feel the breeze of the ocean and experience the palms swaying in the wind, the pool area is truly a place to unwind and relax. We hope you find the peace and solitude you’re looking for. And did I mention, the beach home is located on Fort Myers Beach. As many of you know, our island took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian in September 2022, but has recovered quite quickly. Our island is still recovering and please know construction will be going on for years to come, but there’s still lots to do and see here! The beach is lovely. Many of restaurants and businesses have come back and some are back via “food truck style” until they can rebuild. The beach shops off island are back up and running and there are a few beach trailers that offer beach gear as well. The Publix and CVS are newly remodeled and are up and running on island as well. I couldn’t be more proud to have a place in this community and sharing our little place in paradise again couldn’t be more satisfying. The Kitchen is fully furnished with granite countertops and stainless steel quality appliances. A chefs dream! The floors are tiled throughout with a driftwood style, it’s definitely beachy! The living area is quaint and well equipped with a flat screen mounted on the wall for everyone to enjoy. WIFI is provided. The home is supplied with lots of amenities including this list: A beach cart capable of carrying provided chairs, beach towels, coolers, beach umbrella, etc. There’s a booster seat and small stroller for the littles on site. Come enjoy some warm sun, beautiful sunsets and one of the best beaches in Florida. Loved the location! Walking distance to beach! The backyard is amazing! Beautiful home throughout! The large island was perfect for buffet style dinners with the family. The master shower is huge and nice walk in closet. There’s nothing negative to say! The host was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our 5yo twins. They also loved playing minigolf in the backyard. There is a short walk to the beach. Only real issue was showers only had one temp—super hot. The owner was very responsive to the other plumbing issue which was a fluke. None of us wanted to leave!

Host thought of everything in this well-appointed house. We used the pool, hot tub, grill, the kitchen was easy & well-stocked, the rooms were private. Great for a refreshing time. Host was very informative prior to arrival & had laminated cards for need-to-knows. Amazing time!

We were only able to stay in Ft Myers a few days but my family really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the mini golf in the back yard!

Very nice place. Great location. Would stay there again. Having a pool, hot tub and mini gulf in the back yard was amazing for the kids. Beach just minutes away. Publix a mile away. Resturants minutes away. Sure FMB is going through some reconstruction but its not as crowded and very peaceful place to get away from it all.

The house was very nice and clean. Tammy was so fast to respond to any questions I had. The backyard was amazing! The pool and putting green were perfect for our family. We spent so much time out back. Was an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect and as exactly as shown in the photos. We have rented many vacation homes, and this was the best equipped home that we have ever rented. The pool and lanai were perfect for our afternoons, and we shall return for another stay.

Vacation Paradise
Our stay at this property was awesome, so good in fact we didn’t get to the beach all that we had anticipated because we enjoyed the pool so much! Many great restaurants around and only a short walk to the beach. Property was exactly as pictured in the advertisement. Only two things we lacked, one was a pizza cutter and the other was a full length mirror for all of us adult Ladies getting ready to go out for the evening, we all were a little upset that not one full length mirror was in the house to check out our outfits before leaving for a night out. The house provided every other amenity that you could think of and the hot tub and fire pit would’ve been a great time had we used them but this time of year we did not have need of them. Four bikes were at the property we would’ve liked to use those but most of us were just over 5' and could not get on the taller bikes, these would’ve been great for two male and two females to ride. All in all we had an awesome time and this property and the owner were fantastic to work with, I would definitely stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book this property you won’t be sorry!

We always look for a house with a private pool and we hit a home run with this house! Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of the beach. House is very bright and welcoming. Kitchen, bedrooms and baths have everything you need. Our favorite place to be was on the back deck - there is a tv with a cute sitting area overlooking the pool, hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing days and nights. The sundeck in the pool (if your like us and want to soak up the FL sunshine) was sheer perfection. Short drive or walk to the Publix down the street. We did use instacart a couple of times too.
Rent this house you won't be sorry at all. Tammy truly makes your stay as pleasant as it could be! We have done girls trip for 6 years now and have never stayed someplace we entertained the idea of going back. This property has us already planning next year and we can't wait to go back!! Truthfully we didn't want to leave 😢

Perfect for families - all the bells and whistles!
I can't rate this high enough! Tammy's property is amazing. It has absolutely everything you could ever need on vacation. Crock pot, dishes, utensils, cutlery, blender, Keurig, etc. the list goes on! We especially loved all of the supplies that were available for our 10 month old son. TWO strollers to choose from, a pack and play to sleep in, booster seat for meals, and a baby bath tub - it was so nice to not have to worry about lugging any of that around as luggage. The space was perfect for my parents, husband and I! We spent most of our time at the incredible pool and backyard space. The beach was only a short walk away, so when we did venture out, there was everything you'd ever need available for us to use! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, floaties, multiple coolers, a beach cart, towels, and even four bikes to use to get around! Another great feature about this place was the Xfinity cable that was provided and so easy to use. Anytime we had a question Tammy answered it immediately. She was so great to work with and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

This property has it ALL! Tammy is such a wonderful host and the property could not be more gorgeous! I’m a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and this was the cleanest property I’ve rented to date! They’ve thought of every single thing you could possibly need for a fun vacation at the pool or beach! We loved having the beach cart and the pool toys were a hit with our children! The pool feels like your own private resort! Safe and quiet neighborhood just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants! Will 100% be back to rent again! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!!!

House was as described. Very clean , well equipped and stocked. We spent all of our time at the house & beach…. Didn’t need anything else! Outdoor space was everything! Pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor living space is all you could ask for! Beach was a short walk and Tammy provides everything you need: chairs, cart, cooler, and umbrella! We loved using the bikes also ( best way to get around with the spring break traffic). We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for and amazing stay!!

Wonderful vacation
We came for spring break with our children and absolutely loved the property. Everything is clean and well organized. Tammy had all the beach and pool toys you could imagine. We loved walking to the beach and then having the afternoon at the pool. We have a pool in Michigan and enjoyed this pool so much we want to remodel ours . We planned to book the property again, but was already taken. We will be back
