We had the best family vacation and it had everything to do with this house and location! The house is beautiful inside and out. From the minute we walked in we were impressed. The living space and kitchen are large and feels even bigger with the high ceilings. Each bedroom is cute and comfortable. Very nice master bath. Two out of the three rooms have a walkout to the balcony overlooking the stunning backyard. The pool and hot tub honestly made the whole stay. It is kept at a very comfortable temperature and it's deep, about six feet! The hot tub is wonderful and gets very hot! It's a nice quiet neighborhood. The views are amazing backing up to the canal and across from other beautiful homes.The location is perfect, definitely walkable (8-10mins) to a very quiet beach. Or a short drive to busier areas too. We rented jetskis (Wind and Water Sports) right in front of Lani Kai Resort. Tried to parasail as well but the weather didn't cooperate. Thankfully they were kind enough to refund us. We also rented kayaks through Kayak Excursions in Bunche Beach. Highly recommend, this was so much fun! Go early in the day so you can go through the tunnel in the mangroves before low tide, it was the best part! There is a Publix just a few mins down the street. I pre-ordered groceries for pickup, which worked perfectly the day we arrived. The host is incredibly nice and accommodating. Answered any questions I had very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Erin!

PERFECT for a quick, relaxing 48 hr fly in/fly out Florida weekend. The accommodations were excellent and the location couldn’t be better. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5-10 min drive to shops and restaurants, a 20 min drive to kayaking (Kayak Excursions @ Bunche Beach) a 20-min drive to Sanibel Island … host provides beach towels, wagon, cooler for beach ease. Coffee on the upper deck in the morning / frozen margs by the pool in the afternoon (the FULLY stocked kitchen includes a blender!) / spacious/comfy couch for a night time movie…a grill that 5 girls who have never grilled before could easily figure out … powerful AC that cools the 2nd story in minutes … OH! And we saw dolphins in the canal. 12/10 will be back. This was a girl’s reunion trip; we all talked about coming back with our spouses and kids. Next time I would pack my own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, because the provided items are very basic hotel single use. If you’re really sensitive to pillow quality you might bring your own pillow. But those are 2 extremely minor notes — this truly was such a perfect place.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 2025 Pros: - great location with close proximity to the beach. Kitchen was beautiful aesthetically. Beds were Very comfortable. The outside BBQ grill was clean and worked well. The host was extremely accommodating and polite, allowing us to check in early and check out late, which we appreciated. Lots of games provided to play for fun. Washing machine & dryer worked well.Cons: - Upon arrival, the house had a musty odor, and the floors were both crumb-covered and sticky. White socks turned black from walking on the floors. The master bathroom lights and toilet paper holder were covered in dust. The kitchen was not very well equipped. Cheap coffee maker and toaster. Not enough towels provided - had to do laundry every other day. Pool was dirty and had an unpleasant odor (we had a 2 week stay and pool guy came once). Only 2 mismatched poolside lounge chairs available on the pool deck. The Garbage cans were filthy and too dirty to touch… I realize they are outside and used for garbage but they were really bad. Very dirty exterior door to the back deck. Had we seen a review like this for this property, we would not have booked here. I am not trying to be unpleasant but rather to be honest and give possible guests an accurate picture of what our experience was.
