We had 6 adults; as couples we had nice clean rooms and showers; water pressure on the island when all wanted showers at once was a bit low till we figured shifts would be better. The house is 1 block off the beach and oh what a beautiful beach it is; along with its own beach bar a short walk down the beach. Never have we stayed so close to a beach. The house had kayaks which we used. The house caretaker came by every 2 days to be sure we had enough water for drinking and showers. After a full day of beaches; we would retire to the top lanai and look out over the water; fix dinner and enjoy. Note: being so close to beach the no seems or (sand fleas) come out about 6:00 pm and are horrible. We left with many welts (but that is part of island life) bring spray. The house is island themed and tastefully done. If I had any questions Cindy the host was right back to me with the answers. I would come back and stay at the sea breeze in a heartbeat. Remember ….. suntans will fade, but memories made at sea breeze will always remain! Thank you for a relaxing vacationSandy and family

We had one of our best vacations ever here. The house was spotless, the views were amazing, and it was only a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach. The location couldn’t be better. Cindy was wonderful and quick to help with anything we needed. The property and pool were very well maintained. We would definitely return.

House was great! Well stocked, comfy and plenty of seating, beautiful view from top deck...very short hop to an absolutely gorgeous beach..often by ourselves out there....cute little beach bar just a short walk....the drive from Georgetown is a flat 30 minutes on a pot holed road...so be careful and the road to the house is very rough but the small SUV we rented did well.. if you dont mind a bit of a drive to town...this is a great house....had dinner at Blu..very good snd beautiful location...overall Very pleased with this house...Thanks!

I would’ve given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the last 1 1/2 days we were there without power. The house really is beautiful and was more than accommodating for our party of 7. We had a lot of rain when we were there, but the pool table kept the kids busy. We had the beach to ourselves with the exception of 2 friendly dogs that came over and visited with us for a while. The homeowner contacted me prior to my arrival and was very helpful. The day before we left the power went out. The caretaker stopped by in the morning and we he said it should be back on soon. We didn’t have any cell service outside of the US and I was using Wi-Fi to call places and communicate with everyone. It started to get pretty hot and humid in the house as the day went on. No electric = no running water as well. We had to use the drinking water to flush the toilets and do dishes. They have a grill so we cooked everything on that.It was cooler outside than inside but the mosquitoes were terrible because of all the rain. We would’ve left and stayed somewhere else for the night but we had no way of looking for any place or calling anyone. My biggest concern was if there was an emergency we’d have to run to a neighbors and hope they answer. A lot of the homes around us had backup generators, I’m guessing this kind of thing might happen often. We were traveling with kids and my nephew has special needs. Honestly, if I would’ve known these issues prior I would’ve booked elsewhere.
