Nestled in Lincoln City, this lovely house for $284 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Open Mothers day week! Big oceanfront views from everywhere. Lovely Cape Cod style with N to S wall of windows overlooking the oceanfront. The deck is huge with 10 wooden adirondacks and picnic table for some great meals or relaxation while listening to the waves roll in. Hot tub and BBQ also overlook the oceanfront. Enjoy whale spouts, sunsets and moonlight as you gaze out to sea. Private beach access! Surfing is popular in front of this home (famous Nelscott Wave). Pirates Lookout now has 3 Roku TV’s. One 32 inch in the upstairs bedroom one 50 inch in the downstairs bedroom and one 65 inch in the new game/rec room in the basement. Along with a new foosball table there is a 65inch Roku smart tv and couch in the basement for you to enjoy streaming all your favorite services as well as an HDMI hookup for you to use any gaming console you have. A great area for teens or anyone to relax and enjoy. The location was great, isolated from 101 traffic and the most amazing ocean view. The house is older which I didn't mind, but they beds weren't the most comfortable. The bedroom are split between three floors, providing privacy, but old house sound carries.

We loved the deck and view. Everything was clean and comfy. There are a lot of stairs including to get into the house. There is only one bedroom on the first floor and the stairs going up and down are narrow and steep. This was fine for us but those with mobility issues should be aware of it. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked and the beds were good. We would definitely stay here again. 😃

Great overall property. This is the 8th year we rented in Lincoln city and our family thinks this was the best house yet. The House and kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need. The deck and the private beach access(100 stairs down) are a huge plus and great exercise. House is older but very clean and well cared for. Had no need to contact host or management company but based on how well the house was put together I’m guessing they would have been very responsive. Overall great stay would rent this unit again.

There are 3 sets of very steep stairs in this house (one going into the house and two inside) that should be noted in the listing. The beach access is over 100 pretty steep stairs with a ladder at the bottom to get to the beach. My husband has a prosthetic leg and stairs are hard to navigate. I would not have rented this house if I knew that. Now, me being picky…. The toilet paper sucked (1 ply and very ruff), same for paper towels in kitchen. The hand soap was also watered down and would not stay on your hands. Not sure that any of this saves them money since you have to use more to get the job done. The bedroom in the basement smelled a little musty probably because it’s next to an unfinished part of the basement where washer and dryer is. We had a pair of dirty socks in the bedroom on the main floor and cob webs around the whole room so I’m not sure how well they really clean. The rug under the dining room chair is disgusting (I was sweeping one day and lifted up a corner and underneath was very dirty and sandy). The dining room chairs are very wobbly and the cushions on them stick to the chairs leaving the backing of the cushions stuck to the chairs. The kitchen is well stocked but it really needs to be updated. I rented this for my family to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. For the price I paid I was really expecting more. The view and deck is awesome but that is about the only thing I enjoyed. I would not rent this place again, it needs major updating.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this beach house! We love it. The deck and view are amazing and it’s close to town. The house is always clean and in good order. But this year we had an issue with the coffee pot. Needs to be replaced.

This house was perfect for us! It does have alot if stairs which was fine for my spouse and kids but for my parents that are older it had a room at the normal level which that was perfect. The view of this house is spectacular! They have the deck well equipped. We were blessed with good weather so it made our stay that much better. It does have private access to the beach but it is alot of stairs so be prepared for a good work out. Overall we had a great stay! Would rent again.

The website is very accurate and everything seemed to work fine. Lovely space for 8 ladies. The hot tub was great! Very clean and cosy. The deck was amazing and well kept up. Beautiful place to sit right on top of the beach. The house isn’t brand new but it’s well maintained. 124 steps to the beach so not for the faint-of-heart. We would all love to come here again! This house is all about the views. Loved the wall of windows across the main floor - living room, dining room, family room. Even when the weather was less than stellar, we had a great view of the ocean and skyline from inside.
The 89 stairs to the beach are not for the faint-hearted. But there are three resting spots (seating) along the way. Several of us used the stairs to the beach every day. Those with mobility issues drove the couple blocks to the public beach access.

Even 92 year old grandfather made the stairs! Views were beautiful- we saw whales from the deck. Everything was exactly as listed and the house is comfortable.

If it's clear out, you simply won't find a better view of the Oregon coast than this rental property with a huge deck and plenty of chairs. We had 8 people staying there, and 6 more came to visit during the day. Plenty of room to spread out. Great views from most rooms in the property. Steps down to the ocean for private beach access, along with ample parking made this the perfect place to stay! We will return.

We had such a lovely time in this perfect beach rental! I liked that the house felt like it had three different sleeping sections for our family members to spread out in and have their own space. The view is incredible and the location provides a spot to enjoy the beach away from the crowds. The stairs to the beach were fine for most of us but those with knee problems started to feel pretty sore after the third day of climbing up and down (so keep that in mind). Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem and make new family memories to cherish forever!

The definition of magical is beautiful or delightful in such a way as to seem removed from everyday life.
That's exactly what it's like to stay in this lovely home.
The views are spectacular! The family all gathered on the deck and viewed the whales! We played ping pong and chess and cooked and enjoyed meals all while taking in the view.
We played ball on the beach and explored the tide pools.
All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well
stocked with everything we needed to eat in and a grocery store just minutes away.
Our family LOVED every minute of staying at this wonderful home. I gave this rental five stars and would give more if available!

The home was in an incredible location! Very clean! Beds and rooms were comfy and quiet. The only reasons that we can’t give it 5 stars is a couple of things. Be prepared as the bbq requires briquettes. Which would be fine if we had seen that in the description. But, we went out to grill and had to completely change gears once we realized.
Second the water pressure in the main floor shower is non existent. And there was not enough hot water for more than 2 showers, even though there are 3 showers in the house. This was tough as it ran out quick and there were 10 of us staying in the house.
Outside that, we really loved the property and the location on the beach, just need a couple of things addressed.

So nice to have 2 gathering spaces, a family room and a living room. Lots of space, each with a tv for separate viewings. Dining area in between which connects with openness. Downstairs is another ping pong play area with bed-s for the kids. Bathroom on each level. Cute country bedroom on main level. Our bonus was the upstairs, berth type bedrooms (reminded me of those I imagine being for the captain on an old ship) completely done in various bead board panels. Very cool !! One can see or hear the ocean from everywhere. Big deck. 2 or 3 broken chairs (A-1 will fix) Nicely stocked kitchen. Everything working.But, for me the best part were the tidepools. We found lots of collectible shells and lots of non collectible amazing living creatures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! I was supremely impressed with how clean it was. The attention to detail was noted. We loved the VIEWS! And the hot tub. The kitchen has almost anything you could need. The 2 living spaces allowed us to spread out a bit. We had some trouble with the tvs but it wasn't a super huge issue for us. Thanks for a wonderfully memorable Easter weekend!

We enjoyed staying at this beach house, the view is gorgeous! The house overall was nice and spacious for the whole family. The camera outside caught us a little off guard that wasn’t mentioned in the posting. The stairs are pretty narrow inside the house and to the beach access for a heads up if you have kids and is quite a workout to get down there but after walking down it’s very private and so beautiful. We really loved being in the hot tub where you can enjoy the beach view as well. The basement could use some updating to look a little more inviting and unfortunately the tv didn’t work down there but other then that we would come back. :) had a great time with family and friends.
