Located in Mesa, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Casa Mesa Villa , A Luxurious 4 Bed , 2.5 Bath , Custom Home , 2400 sq ft single level home features a Unique Backyard Oasis for endless fun and relaxation including Large Heated Pool that is heated with a heat pump at no additional fee. (In rare, cooler weather, the pool may not hold it's optimal temperature.) Lots of Pool Toys and Floats as well as a basketball hoop and rinse off at outdoor shower after a swim. Also has a stand alone Hot Tub that is heated at no additional fee. Play a few rounds on the 6 hole putting green with a challenging layout. Try your skills at the Bowling Alley and Pool Table or relax at the Gas Fire Pit and enjoy the Mountain Views. Situated on a large 16,000 sq ft lot with a large covered patio , provides a quiet , private , tranquil retreat. Has a built in Premium Weber Grill with its own gas line (no worries about running out of gas) Outdoor Patio furnishing include Chases for Lounging , Dining Area for 6 and comfortable Patio Set. The home has 16 foot sliding doors from the Great Room that leads out to a spacious south facing backyard OASIS. The 14' Ceiling Great Room also has a 75" Smart TV, DVD player and lots of board games. Please do the Virtual Walk Thru of the property to better show the floor plan and amenities. This vacation home is nicely furnished with large rooms, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and 20 inch floor tiles. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an extra beverage fridge. The Master Bedroom has King sized bed , 65" TV and there is also a door from the Master Bedroom to the patio and pool. The Master Bath has double sinks on a high vanity, a soaker tub and a lovely glass block snail shower. The two guest bedrooms both have King size beds and each have a separate sink and vanity with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom and both have 50" TV's. You have Netflix, Max TV, Pluto, Live TV, UTube, and antenna for local channels. The Bonus room has an Office desk with printer and a Single Day bed. High end Washer and Dryer in Laundry Room with Counter & Sink. Make sure to take video walk thru tour in pictures to show complete layout of house. We had a great time at this house in Mesa- nice quiet neighborhood and the kids (13-21) loved the pool table, pool, hot tub, and bowling. Brad has many amenities so our shopping trip was for food and extras. Plenty of room to relax together or apart ;). Would stay here again when in the area.

I can not say enough good things about this property. Endless activities for the family, home was close to everything & the little extras that the hosts provided (shampoo conditioner, body wash, detergent,etc) made our 9 day stay PERFECT!!! We wanted for nothing. Thank you for making our trip one with many fun memories for our family. We will absolutely be returning to this property.
Check-in was a breeze & host, Brad, was in constant communication, he even text us with a weather update & video on how to use the solar pool cover as the temps were dropping a few days during our stay. Excellent communication!

Great location, I am a big hiker and the location is central location to miles of trails and great running trails within 5 minute drive. The property is well taken care of and extremely safe feeling! My wife and enjoyed early mornings drinking coffee and watching all the animals (rabbits and quail) run up and down the green space next door.

Our family of 6 just returned home from a most amazing stay at this home in Arizona!!! It was our very first trip to Mesa and Brad’s property was the PERFECT oasis for our family to kick back, have loads of fun, and experience adventures that awaited us in the Sonoran Desert! We were surrounded by canyon views, mountains, and desert wild life!! Upon arrival, we entered a beautiful home w tasteful decor and excellent cleanliness!! House was fully stocked w everything we could possibly need, including full family-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash! We were spoiled by all this home had to offer including its picturesque location, spacious rooms, open-concept kitchen/living room, and the SPECTACULAR backyard complete w huge pool, mini golf, and pool table/outdoor bowling areas. We never had to worry and couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation to keep us busy w fun & completely comfortable , despite the record-breaking heat we experienced the ENTIRE 10 days we were there!!! If you are looking for a well-taken care of home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood within short driving distance of Lower Salt River, Saguaro Lake, and Apache Trail, then this is the place for you!!! Looking forward to returning sometime in the years to come! We are missing it already!! This property really does have it all. The house is clean, very well stocked and has all the essentials like hair dryers, beach towels etc so you don't have to pack them. The backyard was amazing, tons for the whole family to keep entertained. By far one of the best rentals you will find.

You really can't go wrong staying at this property! Kitchen is large and open to the living room. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Backyard is AMAZING and private! Fantastic neighborhood and location to local stores or to hop on the 202. Short drive to several hiking trails and everything worked as expected during our stay. Our active boys 11 and 9 voted this house their favorite rental so far. We'll be back.

We loved the house. The pool golf hot tub and bowling alley were very nice touches. We had several very nice hikes 15 minute drive away (treasure loop at the lost Dutchman and the wind cave at usery park). Very close to the highways. The house had most everything you could need. All the spices condiments that we didn’t have to buy. We also enjoyed the popcorn machine. It was nice they had a high chair, pack and play for the infant. The doors to the pool had a high latch that our kids couldn’t escape to the pool without us.

Amazing Mesa
The property was amazing! I’ve used Verbo a bunch of times, and this was by far my favorite property. The location was perfect since we planned our trip to the salt river, but we canceled our second day to the river just to stay and hang out at the property. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. Thank you for making me believe in Verbo again.

Home Away From Home
This has been our second year staying at Brad's home. It is truly an amazing home to stay. There are many outdoor activities to do on the property besides swimming in the pool. There is a putting green, bowling lane and pool table. It was to hot for the firepit but was still enjoyable to sit around, it must be fantastic in the cooler weather. Brad also allows guests to use their pool toys so there is no need for you to bring anything but you swimsuit!!! This is a paradise!!! We will definitely be returning...

Excellent Getaway!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! The inside of the house was very clean on arrival, and instructions for our stay were clearly laid out in the welcome booklet.
The best part is obviously the outdoor area though! The pool is amazing, along with the putting green, bowling alley, and pool table, you never need to leave the property!
