Charming 2 Bed, 1 Bath Cottage on Private Lane in Town with Parking - Leeward
About this cottage rental
Nestled in Nantucket, this attractive cottage for $550 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on a private lane just a short walk to town and easy access to bike paths and beaches, our property is a quintessential Nantucket getaway. Our property consists of two cottages, duplex style, with separate entrances and decks and a large shared yard (see listing #994545 for our other cottage). There is also a separate studio on the property that the owners use occasionally. Cottage A (Leeward) has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and main living room with efficient kitchen and living space. The first bedroom has a full size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The deck overlooks the large shared, nicely landscaped yard, and with comfortable outdoor furniture and a Weber gas grill. There is also ample off-street parking. Linens, beach chairs & towels provided. Kitchen is updated and features an LG refrigerator, compact stove, microwave and a dishwasher. Everything that you would need for a week's getaway is provided. The bathroom has also been updated in with marble floors and tile walls with a modern glass shower surround. Outside features a large professionally landscaped yard and a large outside shower. The outside shower features hot water and a dressing area for privacy. While just a short walk to Main Street- the cottage is down a secluded lane that is quiet and private. You will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle. WiFi and a flat screen TV with Cable TV are provided. Pets are considered on a limited basis depending on size and breed. In July and August, we rent by the week, Friday to Friday. As a small business, we have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to mitigate the risk of disruption due to illness (including COVID), transportation issues, etc. We will try to work with you in the case of extreme circumstances but may not be able to in every situation. This property was perfect for a couple. The yard was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had a car and appreciated having a parking spot for the week! Even with a car, we opted to walk to town a few times each day as the walk was both beautiful and quick. This was our favorite rental we’ve stayed in in Nantucket and would recommend this property to anyone! We would love to stay again.

Boyers Ally is a gem! It was the perfect space for my family both indoors (where we spent a rainy day) and outdoors enjoying the deck and beautiful yard. We truly felt like we were staying at home having all the amenities needed from being able to cook a meal (fully functional kitchen and grill) or head out for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). The home is beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a central location. Very easy to get into town or go in the other direction for another shopping center that has everything you need. Communication was easy and clear and the home was very clean. We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived we loved this cottage! Gorgeous gardens (the little bunnies were an added treat!), lovely outside deck, private, 12/13 minute walk to town and such nice home decor! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, as well as a beautiful washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have been happier with this property! Oh, and the owner is amazing! Very quick responses, kind and understanding! A 6 out of 5 stars!!

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the Leeward Cottage! It is adorable and convenient. We were able to walk into town, we rented bikes and the cottage was our home base for all our excursions. Had so much fun. Would definitely come back to this location - next time with others to rent the Windward as well!!

This property is perfect for a small group. Very clean, close enough to downtown to walk and the backyard is amazing! The property is small, but perfect for a small group who will mostly be out of the house like we were. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Leeward cottage! It was perfect for our small family - clean, well-maintained and the shared backyard was a game-changer for our dog and 1 year old. The location could not be beat - we were able to walk into town easily! Great communication with Kendra & Phil - would absolutely rent the cottage again.

Perfect Cottage
This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was close to town, clean and exactly as described, I would actually say it was better in person, the photos didn't do it justice. Kendra and Phil were great to work with and I look forward to staying here again.
