Exit the back of the home where a beautifully landscaped courtyard with its small private pool, spa, outdoor shower, patio, and gas grill await for family lounging or evening cook-outs. Just 100 yards from Marimac's Maison private back gate is level (no steps to climb) access to one of the most beautiful beaches in America. This is on the south side of Hwy 30-A which means no roads to cross to the beach. This is especially great for the safety of children. Inlet Beach is a gorgeous, uncongested "sugar sand" beach that adjoins the east side of Rosemary Beach and the west end of Camp Helen State Park and salt water Lake Powell at the east end of Scenic 30A. Sunning, swimming, fishing, and kayaking are available. For those that want to get up and out there is a short bike ride or one-mile walk to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants.
