Located in Key Colony Beach, this lovely condo for $214 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Relax and bask poolside, by the ocean, or under the palm trees. Enjoy walking, running, biking, kayaking, fishing, golf, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball. Boats, kayaks, and paddleboards are available to rent nearby. You can grill your catch under the glistening starry sky on one of the grills at the Tiki hut, then take a very short walk to watch a beautiful sunset at Sunset Beach. There are many restaurants in Marathon, or you can walk to restaurants on our island. We can almost guarantee that you'll book a return visit and not want the magic to end! Sea Isle Condominiums consists of three buildings. Our two bedroom, two bath unit is on the second floor of the building located right on the ocean. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen HD TVs. Netflix, Prime, and others are available on the living room's 50" TV. A secure wifi connection is available in the condo (SSID and password supplied) and open wifi is also available at the pool and Tiki Hut. Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY and limited by KCB law to FOUR persons, including infants. Other check in/out days could be arranged but would impact the rate. Check in will be at 4 PM pm and check out will be by 10 AM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the condo and on the balcony, and is permitted only in designated areas on the Sea Isle grounds. We do not allow fish cleaning in the condo. No pets are allowed. Thank you for condsidering us, you won't be disappointed!

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back if we visit the keys again. The building is located in between the pool and the ocean, so having quick access to either was nice. The condo was clean and had an ample kitchen for us to have breakfast and the occasional meal. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome reprieve from the July heat. There is a decent restaurant just a short drive down the road, and plenty of places on Marathon key to visit, grocery shop, and dine out. The central location in the keys was great for exploring the other islands. Thanks for a great stay!

It was located in a perfect area . A few steps to the ocean and really close to the pool . The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and everything you needed in the kitchen . The grills worked great and gave you a great few of the ocean. The owners were accommodating and they have a great condo . We met a lot of good people in the key colony. We are planning another trip down in the near future.

We spent the week before Christmas here and had a great time. The location is quiet but very central to all the Keys, and made for a good home base for day trips in either direction, from Key West to Key Largo.
We found the condo to be very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to both the beach and the pool, and there's a nice view of both from the little balcony off the master bedroom. A great spot to enjoy morning coffee or keep an eye on the kids in the pool.
The gas grills and tiki hut were perfect for preparing and enjoying a nice dinner beside the water. It's a short 1 minute walk to Sunset Beach park in the evening to watch the sunset.
Ed was very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks for a great getaway!

The condo was very nice and well equipped. The master bed was very comfortable! We really liked the location in Key Colony Beach. The staff employed at the condominiums were very nice as well…we enjoyed talking to them !

Great place for a family retreat. So quite and beautiful. Key Colony is a place to relax unwind and regroup. Beautiful sunrises and steps away from beautiful sunsets! Private beach is just such a nice touch. Can’t wait to get back again

Charming Stay at Isle 8 By the Sea
My husband and I had a wonderful week by the sea in this lovely condo in Marathon. This area us peaceful and centrally located to head up to towards Key Largo or down to Key West. This unit is in a great location for exploring the keys, especially if you’ve never been (as was our case). The pool and beach are superb.
However we were disenchanted with the unit itself, and felt that it needs a wholesale update. To wit:
1) barely enough towels for the 2 of us. Don’t know how a family could get along without bringing their own towels. No beach towels at all.
2) noisy systems. The A/C sounds like a 747 taking off next door. And when the fan in one bathroom (there wasn’t a fan in the other) joined in, there was nowhere to hide. The toilets are not lo-flow, and take forever to be done flushing.
3) supplies. We visited Publix for kitchen sink scrubbies, dish soap, and bar soap, etc. Bring your own amenities.
4) window coverings. We needed to adjust both vertical and horizontal blinds to get them to close completely.
This is not a complete list of our frustrations. Would we rent this unit again? Probably not. We went to relax and not think about the upkeep needed on our home for a week, and this unit did not provide those luxuries.

Always a family favorite vacation spot. Love Key Colony and this unit was just as expected. Great communication, easy to deal with and the condo had many necessities available upon arrival.

Beautiful Key Colony Brach!
Loved the unit! Two small issues… tv’s in bedrooms did not work & laundry outside of unit. Those did not detract from location, cleanliness or property. Fantastic beach area as well as outsides grilling & common areas. Well maintained and lots of extras.

Key Colony is located in a nice family oriented part of the keys - there aren't as many tourists partying, making noise, and being a disruption. So if you're looking for a nice location to relax and be central to everything on the keys - this is the place for you! Many restaurants nearby (some walking distance, many within 5-15 min drive), key west is about an hour drive, and lots of snorkeling and marine animal places to visit within 20 min. The condo was conveniently located in the building between the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked and bathrooms were recently updated; however, the furniture in the living room was outdated and not as comfortable. It was great having two full bathrooms and the balcony off the master bedroom had great view of pool and beach. We loved the pool and private beach - there are lounge chairs and tables next to the beach and the condo also had numerous beach supplies so you don't need to pack them! We stayed early june 2021 and the pool and water were both warm and wonderful! We all got to relax and the beach and pool were never too crowded so you could actually enjoy it! There is also laundry facilities next to the pool (make sure to bring quarters!) and outdoor shuffle board, and covered bbq area with picnic tables available for guests to use. Would definitely recommend to families, couples, and anyone looking for a wonderful vacation to relax and enjoy all that the key's have to offer! Owners and manager provided all details we needed in advance before we arrived so we knew what to expect.

This was a great 2 bedroom/2 bath condo perfectly located between the beach and pool. The condo and grounds are very well maintained. We really enjoyed the balcony off the master bedroom to sit and relax. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location in the keys is perfect.

Fantastic location
This is a great, central location in Marathon. We had four adults in the condo and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and made cooking in very simple. We loved having happy hour on the beach! The grills were always available and there were plenty of chairs at the beach and pool. It was so nice to be able to walk the beach as well. We walked over to Sunset Point several times to enjoy nature's beauty, and also enjoyed walking the Key Colony neighborhood. I would definitely come back!
