Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.

Had a super experience. Unit was spotless, in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Location was good and enjoyed the community. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great room and nice location. Very clean and perfectly located near lots of activities and eating establishments. Would not only recommend but plan on staying there again.

My wife & I enjoyed our time here. Everyone was very nice. Property was in close proximity to national parks and our fishing charter.

Communication with the host was wanting. Had to sign an agreement with company who manages the property. They said they sent it but I didn’t receive it. They sent it again and it came right to my in box. Arrived in Miami and inquired about check-in because I hadn’t received any info. No timely response. Headed toward the Keys. Still nothing. Called VRBO. They were very responsive and had to get in touch with property management for me. Finally, only 30 min out from the property (after stalling to have dinner-we had planned on eating in) we received a call. His first go to is that the email was sent and it must have went to the spam folder-as if I didn’t check that. He gave me the check-in code so we could get in but check-in information didn’t show up to my email for almost 2 hours. And it showed up right to my in box as I’m quite sure it didn’t do the ‘first time’ they sent it. After that things went well but left a bad taste. Admittedly, I should have verified check-in info before we left, but it has never been a problem in the past. VRBO was very responsive but this management company-not so much-unless your willing to wait.
