Located in Jamestown, this charming house for $835 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Looking for a house close to the beach? This 2,800 sf home is located directly across the street from Jamestown Shore's private neighborhood beach! Sleeps six adults + children. Total beds sleep up to 12. (2 kings, 2 queens, 4 twins). Enjoy full views of the bay from almost every room in the house, or relax on the top deck as you watch spectacular sunsets and colorful sailboats in West Passage's Narragansett Bay. This home is located in a quiet, family neighborhood and is comfortably furnished with genuine leather furnishings, plush linens, and memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The front porch, which overlooks the bay, is a great place to put your feet up after a day at the beach. You can watch your children swim or search for sea life from the top deck or front lawn. The fenced backyard provides privacy and a cool place to spend the evenings outside for dinner on the patio. Use the grill to cook some fresh fish on the barbecue! This house is located in one of the most prime locations of Jamestown island; an island said to be lost in time. Come experience the beauty of it all! Downtown Jamestown is an easy drive and offers several great restaurants and shops. Newport is only a 10 minute drive or short ferry ride away. Here, you can explore more shops, beaches, fantastic restaurants, and the famous mansions on Belllevue Ave. Providence restaurants are just 25 minutes away, and Narragansett's beaches aren't far either. Or, you can take a short ferry ride to Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. The first floor of this home has a living room with two large sliding glass doors that open onto a porch that overlooks the ocean and brings the afternoon sea breeze. Also on this level is the kitchen, dining area, and separate family room, which is separated by a door for additional privacy. The second floor has a large master bedroom w/ a king size bed and sitting area overlooking the ocean. It's magnificent. It also has a full size master bathroom. The house also has what we call a second master bedroom with a king size bed and sliding glass doors to the top deck overlooking the bay. This second master bedroom and the third bedroom share a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The 4th bedroom is connected to the master and the master bathroom. You can access this large bedroom through the master bedroom or through an outside sliding glass door off this bedroom's private deck in the back of the house. It has four twin beds in it, which is great for families wanting to stay close to little ones! This home is also equipped with whole house air conditioning.

The house was very nice, comfortable and clean.There was a issue with the front deck. It rained for 3 days and the water from the upper deck drips on the lower deck especially in front of the front door and leaves a good size puddle. Plus everything on the deck gets soaked.
there was no broom for the house to sweep with.
The knifes for preparing food were so dull they were useless. There was only 5 spoons and some nice glasses
were needed. I am just pointed out these little problems to help out. The home was great and we would do it again.

This house does have neighbors quite near by, but it is oriented in such a way that from it, one sees only the bay . The house is very large, with so many beds It would be possible to house a good-sized family re-union. There are many comfortable seating areas, indoors and out, room for children to play, tv’s, games and grills enough to keep a group happy too. The kitchen could use a bit of organizing and re-stocking, but again we found everything we needed. The beach is shell, and is frequently used by other residents in this largely residential neighborhood. We were thrilled with the ease of visiting popular sites in Newport and, at the end of a day surrounded by many tourists, returning to this quiet, private lodging in the comparatively rural area surrounding Jamestown.

My family stayed at Alyssa’s beautiful property when we went to Rhode Island for a wedding in Newport. Her property is simply gorgeous! The views of the water and the sky from her house – especially from the decks adjoining the 2 king bedrooms - were amazing. She was very nice talking to us before our trip when we were trying to figure out the sleeping arrangements for our family. We didn’t need to contact her while we were there because everything was perfect. While at her house, we enjoyed taking morning walks on the beach and in the neighborhood, and I enjoyed riding my bike all around the island. We will always have fond memories of this stay by the Narragansett Bay.

Me, my wife, my adult siblings and some friends stayed here for a weekend to get together in a neutral spot. The location was perfect to be close to the water, close to the town of Newport while still being removed for a quiet space. The house is a great for a large group with plenty of things to do. The host was extremely communicative and created a smooth process. Would stay again!

My family of 11 stayed at this home and we were not disappointed! Clean, spacious, in a beautiful neigborhood and just steps from the beach. Short drives to many wonderful Rhode Island towns and activities.

The family ranging from ages 1 to 66 all enjoyed the spacious clean home. It is well stocked with everything you need. The beach across the street was perfect and the family and dogs enjoyed the water, beach and the awesome backyard!

The photos of the property and location do not do this house justice. The house is warm, welcoming and very well furnished. The location is beautiful with great views of the bay from all locations of the house. We enjoyed drinking coffee watching the boats in the morning and the cozy den for reading. The kitchen is well equipped and great if you want to cook. The fenced yard was a major plus for us as the dogs loved it!

This property was absolutely breath taking. The house itself was perfect. It had so much room for everyone. There was 10 of us celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The house was so clean when we got there. There was everything you could need. The property owner was great with communication and was extremely nice. The views were gorgeous. It was a great neighborhood to stay in.

Got to enjoy laid back vibe of beautiful Jamestown with water view from house/beach option across street, and easy drive to other parts of Jamestown. Loved being able to also ferry over to Newport!

This was a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay on the island of Jamestown. Easy access back over to town and Newport, but a tranquil spot to come home to. There is a small beach area right across the street from the property which is a lovely adjunct to the house. House had everything we needed , comfortable cottage furnishings and good sized comfortable bedrooms. We would stay again. Hosts were very easy to reach and prompt in all of their responses to our inquiries. No issues whatsoever. Excellent experience.

My family came from all over the country to meet for the "Blessing of the Fleet" 10 mile road race in Narragansitt. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights so also had time to take advantage of the local beach (across the street), attractions on Jamestown, as well as Newport.
I wish I could show more than 5 stars for the location. It was just perfect for my little family reunion. It is across the street from a small and lovely beach. Also had easy access to Narragansett, and Newport.
The house itself is lovely. Extraordinary views! It had plenty of beds for our large group. There were spaces where we could all congregate comfortably, and still nooks and crannies where people could go to find some privacy or peace and quiet. The sunsets were spectacular.
The entire house was well appointed with all we needed (towels/linens, kitchen items, gas grill, plenty of chairs everywhere, things for the beach, et al).
We were able to bring our service dog which was a bonus. The owner checked to make sure he was up to date on flea and tick medicine which I greatly appreciated because we also knew that previous furry guests would not be bringing little critters either.
The owner met us for check-in and gave us a few pointers. She lives on the island and, while we never had to call her, it was comforting to know that if we needed anything, we could reach out.
We all agreed that the house was literally perfect for our gathering. Thanks for everything!
