About this apartment rental
Beautiful condo on the Oceanside of Girasol Sur Condominiums. You can watch the amazing sunsets and hear the ocean each night from our deck right off the bedroom and living room areas. Guests saw whales from our deck in December! There is one room with two large beds, (1 King and 1 Queen with Pillowtop comfort mattresses). There is another room for the TV, DVD area with cable TV and a sofa couch with queen mattress. We have all new bedding and a brand new sofa couch in the living room. There is Wi-fi year round. The Dining room table seats 6 and the full kitchen for cooking area. Features 2 bathrooms -One bathroom has a large tub, vanity and toilet, with security rails too, and the other bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet - very clean. We just installed great new air-conditioning units on both sides that are really cold, and have ceiling fans in each room with remotes. Kitchen has full-sized refrigerator and halogen stove with plenty of dishes to serve with and cook your complete meals.
There is an awesome restaurant down by the pool, they have both Mexican and popular American foods, and there is a store in the lobby area that has about anything you might need for Sundry items. Condo features WI-fi year round. There are 2 TV's and a DVD player. The pool is lightly heated in the winter months. There are two beach areas with white sand. One beach is great for boogie boarding and skim boards. The other side is super for beach, volleyball, and snorkeling, and swimming . We are members of the laundry club, so washer and dryer facilities are available for signup at the front desk for a two hour block of time. Front desk checks guests in and out- the condo and general areas are safe with 24/7 security. We have never had a problem. if you have a Rent-A-Car, there is free parking out front. The buses also pick up in front of the lobby every 20 minutes and they’re about $.50 to ride into town and are very convenient. You can go from one end of town to the other using buses, or you can take a taxi for about $13 from one end of town to the other. We have a coffee maker and it’s pictured with all the rest of the condo photos. If you need to know the type of coffee maker we have. There is also a microwave, and toaster oven. We have a full fridge. We are located 3 floors up from the pool deck area. We believe it’s the best location in the whole complex!! We invite you to come stay with us!

I want to start with, PV is safe! Whatever happened was a one day thing and we did not see anything more or feel scared or worried once. The people are absolutely lovely and everything is safe. Especially in this magical spot! This condo is in the perfect place. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular, just like a postcard! We saw whales jumping on many occasions too! The balcony is amazing to see the sunset, sunrise, and to eat or enjoy a coffee.
We were a bit surprised by the condo not having 2 bedrooms. It is more like one bedroom and then sleeping area in the main room. This suited us fine since we travelled with kids but if it was 2 couples then you might want more privacy. That being said, we loved the beds (King & Double) and there were plenty of sheets and blankets and towels to use. There is laundry in the building too! Everything you need is there to enjoy! All the necessities in the kitchen, including condiments, etc. Great WiFi for all devices. You can also get WiFi at the pool and around. Kimberley was a great host and easy to reach with any problems and she even let us know about when the live music nights were and how to get to town on the bus that stops right in front, for 10 pesos!!! She let us know about a power outage that was scheduled one day and a few other special events!
The staff all around are lovely. The restaurant is great! They even have a shop on site for essentials. We will definitely return! Greatest vacation!!!

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the view was spectacular. We like the whole condo and area.We contacted the host several times to let her know the toilet seat in the ensuite bathroom was broken, she asked us to send a picture which we did but got no response. I hope it was fixed for the next renters.

I’ll first start with the positive. The host was very responsive and communicated well. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Towels clean. Couches comfortable. Those these seemed clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was decently stocked and appreciated the spices and oils available. Left behind some spices to add to the collection. Coffee maker and air conditioner worked well. Appreciated the boogie boards and the views were great. Front desk, pool area and convenience store was good. It’s really a quite relaxing spot. There are 2 accessible beaches. Negative. This place is not a 2 bedroom as advertised!! It’s a one bedroom with a king and queen with attached bathroom. Separate living space with 2 couches (one pulls out), kitchen and another bathroom. We had no hot water the entire time there!! Barely luke warm; Actually the ocean was warmer. The bathrooms had a funky sewage smell especially the one near the bedroom and the shower area was quite dimly lit. The ceiling either is quite dirty or black mold. TVs don’t really work to. If we didn’t have the problems would definitely have rated higher.
