The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
We didn't like the aggressive timeshare sales. We also would have preferred more dining options.

Incredible stay, exceeded our expectations. The condo is immaculate, and comes with daily cleaning and turn down service. The condo has everything you need for an exceptional stay including water, coffee, robes, towels, and access to all of Garza Blanca amenities, which are a 5 star on their own.
We opted in to the all inclusive option upon arrival which we found to be a better value than paying for individual meals at the hotel. The food was of top quality and came with great service. We even had the ability to use the all inclusive for room service at the condo, which was a nice option to have.
The condo also has a jacuzzi on the balcony where we enjoyed sunsets and admiring the surroundings. The main shower also has a steam option which was very nice.
The hotel has a trolley that takes you around the complex, it comes around every 10-15 minutes and added to the great experience.
The host was super responsive and we felt like we always had support when we needed it.
Overall this condo experience was one of the best I have had. They payed very close attention to detail, food and service was amazing, we had access to numerous pools all with their own vibe. We tracked with 2 kids (14, 6) and this was the perfect place to vacation at.
The property is a 10/10 so nothing negative to note here, but the hotel does try very hard to get you to attend a time share presentation. Other than that, this condo is perfect and we will be coming back.
