Nestled in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $440 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. From the moment you enter, you’ll know that you have arrived at a special place that will help create memories for years to come. Our updated NON-SMOKING condo has a unique open floor plan, all new tile floor, new kitchen cabinets & granite, a beautiful new walk-in shower and floor to ceiling windows/sliders that showcase the spectacular ocean views and beach from every room!! We also just installed a Guardian Air Cleansing air system that cleans air and kills viruses for your protection. It is our pleasure to provide you with a complimentary seasonal beach service - 2 lounge chairs & umbrella during your stay! • Our large, end unit on the 3rd floor showcases incredible views of the beautiful emerald waters and white sandy beach from our 2 balconies. You never have to leave the balcony to enjoy the beach! • Our spacious entertaining area features an open plan living and dining area with new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen and direct access to the over-sized, 3-sided balcony with new poly-wood furniture to enjoy the spectacular views while enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset meal. • The large fully equipped kitchen features all the cookware and utensils needed for most meals. There is plenty of room for dining! • Our 3 large master bedrooms are private and separated from each other and feature ensuite bathrooms (double sink vanities and shower/tub combinations and a new walk-in shower in one) and balcony access from all three, so no one in your party will feel slighted! • All rooms have smart HD TVS for your enjoyment. Complimentary wi-fi throughout the resort. • Whatever you love most about the beach life - sunrises, sunsets, watching dolphins, gazing at the waves or just observing the beach activity, you will have a front row seat on the extra large front and side balconies as well as from any room inside! Long Beach Resort is wonderful for so many reasons. We have been owners and renting for over 17 years in PCB and would absolutely not stay or own anywhere else. Long Beach has one of the largest private beaches (very long and spread out due to the smaller volume and large condo layout), a fabulous tropical lagoon pool (over 7500 sq feet), with waterfalls and island, two additional Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three hot tubs, BBQ grills, and a poolside bar and grill. It is a gated complex, with 24-hour security and the parking lot is on the same side of the street so no skywalks and excessive elevators to contend with which we love! The central location is perfect and you can walk to many special attractions such as Wonderworks, Miniature Golf & Rides, Ripley’s Believe-It or Not. Walmart is right across the street (for food and beach items you may have forgotten to bring). There are so many great restaurants, shops and amenities to explore and none are very far away. Pineapple Willey's is a quick stroll on the beach. Pier Park and additional great restaurants and attractions are just a short drive away. Our stay was awesome. We loved everything about the Condo and the Long Beach Resort. The only thing we had an issue with at all was that we had a difficult time finding beach chair rental service. Their was no one at the shack when needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo’s location couldn’t be beat. The property was clean and the pools were perfect. Elevator service was readily available—we rarely had to wait! The complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs made getting to the beach (and spending the day there) super easy, especially with small children. The balcony was spacious and provided the ideal place to watch dolphins swim and sunsets fade away. Overall, the perfect place to enjoy the beach!

A clean and beautifully decorated condo. The view is amazing! Our family did breakfast and lunch in the condo because the kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and wash cloths. Beach service was an added bonus. Working with Kathleen was a breeze. We will be back!

The condo & resort are both well maintained. I loved that all the rooms were “masters” with separate bathrooms w/double sinks. Loved the private balcony & kitchenette in the back room and the wall to ceiling windows with balcony access in both front rooms. You had a majestic view from anywhere in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the 10 of us. The 3rd floor was perfect for us and prefer the stairs which were just outside the door bs the elevators. When we did need the elevator it was fast and smooth. This condo sits just above the smaller pool which was super convenient with the little ones. Grandparents could sit on the private balcony and watch the kids swim. This is our second stay at Long Beach resort and looking forward to staying again. We also enjoyed the balcony plenty and loved the high chairs and tables.

Great condo on the third floor-clean, great view, lots of amenities of home with quick access to grocery and lots of restaurants. Kathleen and Joe were easy and wonderful to communicate with. Would recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

The property location was perfect for us. We walked to Pineapple Willy’s and The wharf. Waffle House and Walmart just across the street. The 3rd floor was perfect for us. We could walk up and down the stairs and not wait for the elevator even though the elevator had really no wait time. Condo was very nice.

Long Beaxh Resort is one of the only properties where there is an ocean view from all bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. This condo is well appointed and up to date. The provided linens are high quality as are all amenities. The large laundry provides extra space for luggage, water toys, coolers, etc. I would stay in this unit again!

We loved this beautiful & clean unit with amazing ocean view from all three bedrooms for our family reunion. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Very friendly and helpful owners Joe& Kathleen made the check in process easy. We would definitely recommend this large unit to our family and friends.

This 3 bedroom condo was so nice. All beds were comfortable, every room nicely decorated and had all the amenities you need. Even had both a regular coffee maker and K Cups. Enjoyed our meals on the balcony with the ocean view. We would stay here again.

We took our three children and their significant others for our family beach trip and this condo didn’t disappoint. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, and walking distance to Pineapple Willies was also a plus. We will definitely rent this place again. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us!

Although it rained most of our stay, we had spectacular views and a wonderful time exploring the area! The condo had everything we needed and more! 2022 PCB Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Everything was just as described. We had a couple small cleaning issues but Kathleen and Joe offered to send the cleaning crew back to make it right. This end unit is spectacular as far as beach/ gulf views and location. The separation of the bedrooms was ideal as we had 2 small granddaughters that were in bed earlier than us adults. We would absolutely book here again. Thank you Kathleen and Joe for allowing us to stay at your gorgeous condo.

We had a great stay at this property.
The property owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.
Walmart was an easy walk to pick up any supplies we needed for our stay. I would recommend throwing in a few garbage bags into your suitcase, as we didn’t notice that none were supplied, so a second trip to the store was required.
The gym was closed for renovations, which had been listed when we booked our stay.
Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. If we every return to Panama City beach we would definitely return to this spot.

Fantastic experience
We have stayed at many condos in PCP over the years, this one was our best experience yet. Clean, great location, a condo with 3 master bedrooms with ocean views and deck access. Owners were great to work with although we did not have any issues to discuss. We already booked again for next year.
