This 800 sq ft condo was redecorated in 2013 with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in 2016! It is located on street level for your convenience. Parking and coin laundry facilities are in our secure parking garage downstairs. Two flat screen TVs, one DVD player, secure Wifi, and a wood fireplace. This warm and cozy condo is the perfect place for your vacation! We had a great stay! Thanks Scott and Susan! The directions sent prior to our visit were clear and everything was laid out perfectly. We loved the location and ease of getting to the lodge and also used the PC transit right out front! We would love to come back again in the future!

Scott is quick to respond to any questions, the location is very convenient, and the condo is a great size for two people. The check in and out process is great. The kitchen and living area could use a deep clean, but the bathrooms and bedroom were very clean. It can be difficult to find lodging for two people who like to eat in, and this condo is perfect.

We just returned from our week-long ski trip to Deer Valley and Park City. Everything was great. Hosts provided everything I needed! Parking is included. It is super quiet; I didn't hear my neighbors once. The bus stop is literally right there. I'll admit I was lazy and I would stand and the bus stop and a Deer Valley courtesy shuttle would pick me up and drive me the 0.2 miles to the Deer Valley base. I rode with Team USA Men's Aerial skiers one day.

Walk to Deer Valley parking lot to take shuttle up to Snow Park Lodge. Real Wood fireplace and fabulous underground parking garage, spacious. Hope to be back soon

We stayed at the condo for 12 days while visiting family and exploring the area and it was just perfect! The location was brilliant with a bus stop into Main Street right outside the building. The property had all the things we needed in it and was so clean! The hosts were great to communicate with and will definitely be returning again in the future!

We had a great trip. Location can’t be beat. Park City free bus outside the door to get downtown. A short walk down the street to the lifts, or cross the street and ride the Deer Valley Resort tram that circulates all day. Spacious floor plan, nice to have the extra 1/2 bath… and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The lock situation was a bit of a challenge for me… I kept thinking it hadn’t unlocked, when it had. Susan was responsive & gracious in helping sort it out when I called. Thanks again we hope to return next year.

I stayed in this condo for five nights with my wife and another adult family member who slept on the sofa in the living room. It perfectly served our purposes for our trip. The bus line to Park City was right outside out door. It was easy to access the room upon arrival and Scott was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks again.

Clean, cozy. Next to bus stop. Nice place, comfy master bed. Although LR sofa sleeper was memory foam, supporting spring was uncomfortable. We put mattress on floor and it was great. Great place convenient. Loved the gas/wood fireplace combo!

Loved the location of this condo for easy access to Deer Valley ski area as well as main street in Park City. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Special touches like the ski boot drier and humidifier were greatly appreciated.

Deer Valley cant be beat for skiing, and this property is in an excellent location at Deer Valley. The owners have included many little personal touches that make the condo very welcoming. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality kitchenware and food storage options. The bed is giant, and the shower is awesome. We hope to stay again when we next visit Deer Valley. Well done Scott and Susan!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its owners, Scott and Susan. The location is prime as it is within steps from our favorite mountain, Deer Valley. The property itself is super clean and well equipped. Communication with the owners is so great that this is our third time renting. Great for a cozy ski family vacation. We will come back for sure.

We had some problems with entering the property due to the codes. Once we got that taken care the condo wasn’t as clean as it showed in the pictures. The Vanity in the master bedroom had an extremely slow drain which was so annoying. The heater’s fan was extremely loud and it would keep us up at night. For the condo that doesn’t have washer dryer there wasn’t enough towels for our six nights stay. The only good thing about this condo is it’s location. Which is very close to deer valley ski resorts. We will not stay there again and we left a day early because of the above issues.

A well-appointed, cozy nest stocked with firewood, plush towels, great coffee maker, and even a sled provided us with a delightful stay near Deer Valley slopes. I highly recommend this rental. The ONLY item to make my stay more pleasant would have been a heater in the bathroom. However, I WILL book this rental again, even without the heater!
