There is a $200 pet fee if pet is approved. No Large dogs. Pet must me under the weight of 30 pounds

Excellent property with Sarasota Bay views and right across from Cortez beach. Kimber was super quick to respond to our questions and needs. Would definitely rent again!

Enjoyed the view! Great to be close to the beach and close enough to walk to Bridge Street to nice Restuarants or catch the Monkee Bus!
The condo worked out well for us. The only negative thing is it is dark in the living area and we had to move a lamp from the bedroom so it would be nice to have maybe a floor lamp in the corner by the table and also maybe add a couple of colorful pillows in there.....but we did enjoy it! Thanks!
