We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.The property itself was clean, well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was thoughtfully set up to make guests feel at home. The hosts was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check in and the overall experience smooth and stress free.Overall, we would definitly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Bradenton Beach. We would happily stay her again!

Stay was absolutely perfect. Able to walk to beach, shops, restaurants and fishing. You get to see both sunrise and sunset. The best of both worlds!!

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and is now our definite favorite, even during spring break! We have visited several gulf beaches over a handful of times now. This was perfect for shortest walk to quiet Cortez Beach and enjoy every morning sunrise off the balcony. The walk over to Coquina Beach and the inlet was so nice and beautiful! The home was quiet despite occasional slow moving traffic during busy times. This unit is one of the cleanest we have ever seen. It is truly well stocked like a home and was nice to see typical spices in the cupboard! Beach chairs were used everyday. We do have kids and note that for now, there were no beach toys in the home and so we did bring a few with us. Beach towels as well as an abundance of linen and bath towels are available. The mini vacuum for quick clean up is pure genius. There are hoses to rinse off before going inside. Host was very responsive. Would love to live here, honestly. The area is stunning, lovely, quiet. This was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Thank you! We would definitely book again!

Location is excellent…walkable to beach, nature preserve & Bridge Street plus near trolley stop. Quiet and clean. Definitely get some exercise climbing the steps up to the condo but the bay view is worth it.
