The Dolphin Dance South side, located at 803 Gulf Drive South is an impressive and newly furnished, two bedroom one and one half bath duplex with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the sunsets from the large palladium windows overlooking the beach. This spacious, town home unit will sleep six with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It features a 42 inch television in the living room and a 19 inch television in the master bedroom. There is a gas grill onsite for your use as well as a Shared washer and dryer. The Dolphin Dance has a 3 night minimum! Parking is limited to two vehicles.

This unit was long in the tooth, janky, rinky dink. It felt like "death by a thousand cuts". Nothing major but too many smaller items that contributed to our overall frustration, time required, and a bad experience. It was obvious to us that the owner nor the property manager had spent any recent, useful time in the unit in order to identify and fix the items that needed attention. We provided the property manager with a list of 13 items that contributed to this bad experience. A few examples include malfunctioning, older appliances that should be replaced and intermittent cable and wifi service. The cable and wifi is shared with the neighboring condo. It is important to note that the location is excellent and the unit was clean. The property manager was responsive but still should be more active working with the owner to get these items updated.

This unit sits on stilts so even though it’s across the street from the beach, the view is awesome. It has a very nice layout with bedrooms upstairs. Much has been redone in this unit but appliances need to be upgraded. Would still highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in my rental. We checked in no hangers, immediately asked for some, two days later they were delivered. Unit was not clean, old dirty carpet, old dressers, etc. I usually rent from RCI, and am always pleased, never again will I rent from someone else.

We did not want to leave. We had everything we needed. Having keyless entry was wonderful because we didn't have to worry about loosing it. There were chairs to use and towel for the beach. The little outdoor shower to hose off was great. We were just right across the street from the beach so we spent every morning and evening with our feet in the sand. And the sand was so soft and being white it didn't burn our feet. We went during spring break and it was suprisingly not as crowded as we worried it would be. I didn't worry about leaving our thing on the beach while we played in the water. We loved the strip of little shops to walk to. We did travel down Florida along the Gulf to Venice as well to look for shark teeth and up to the tip of the island to find sand dollars. We even caught crabs and watched dolphins fishing near the edege of the beach! It was so much better than I imagined and that says a lot. Our children thanked us daily for planning such a wonderful trip. The condo was clean and the bedrooms worked fine for our family. We had an issue with the garbage disposal when we first got there so I sent an email. There was someone there within 30 mins and fixed it! It was hard to leave and it will be hard to stay anywhere else after.

The place is much smaller than anticipated and is much more worn out than what I like to stay at. First, it is missing many of the vertical window panels on multiple windows, and everyone can see in. The vents are filthy!! Not sure what the cleaning people do as there were toothpaste marks on the faucet in the bathroom. The furniture is not very comfortable, the carpeting is old and matted down, the walls have scrapes, knicks and generally not in good shape! The shower is small and has a rusty shower rod that gets rust all over your hands as the shower curtain doesn't move smoothly !! They supply no hair dryer...the first place I have ever stayed at that didn't have a dryer. There were also no coffee filters. For how inexpensive filters are you would think for spending a significant amount of money a week they could supply that, so off to the store we had to go again. The toaster also takes three times to get toast brown. We ended up leaving a day early as we were so disappointed. I will not be staying here again.

The city never picked up the garbage the whole week. The renters already there in the duplex had 3 cars and stayed up all night doing laundry from 12-3am but left monday so no more awake nights as laundry is shared between units. OTHERWISE the unit was adorable, comfortable and the beach so close and such fun. Last night there we were awakened at 3am from the fire alarm and do not know what that was about..Suggestion would be to place tape or paint on last step as a women fell on that last step. You can walk to the village.

Perfect getaway
My fiancé and I booked this along with our 1 year old son. This was PERFECT! It was across a street from the beach (which it says) but it is a rather busy beach. The condo was perfect when we arrived and we loved EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY! We will be back
