• Location! Location! Location! Next door to Bridge Street Key West-style restaurants, bars, Bridge Street Pier, + Sarasota Bay!
• Unbelievable water views to Cortez Bridge!
• Fish!!! Teenage Guest in June 2024 caught all these fish multiple times off our seawall just 12 feet from the home and announced they were returning to our home ASAP!
- Snook, Flounder, Sheepshead, Snapper, Drum Fish, Lady Fish!!
- guest used shrimp from the local bait shop.
• Sit back and relax with the fish jumping and birds flying along Sarasota Bay!
• Fish off the patio right outside or the entire Bridge Street Pier and have your own fishing station!
• Fabulous pool next door at Pelican Post (extra charge)
• Kayaks + Paddleboards for fun on the Bay and Gulf of Mexico.
• Grill at your home.

Great location, you’re only steps away from all that happens on Bridge Street. A quick walk to the beach, the provided wagon makes it a breeze. We love that our dog could be with us. The property was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The communication with the owner was perfect.

Great place has everything you need. It's clean, comfortable and close to the best beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed drinking coffee & watching the sunrise from the front of the house then in the evening walking a short distance to the other side of the island to walk along the beach and watch the sunset. We were adjacent to the AMI Oyster Bar on the Pier and enjoyed the best fresh oysters we have ever eaten. It was fun to watch people fishing on the pier, watch the boats in the bay and see the wildlife. We are planning on returning as soon as we can to make more memories.

Very clean, comfortable bed, the kayaks were fun and easy to use, we spent a whole at out on them. The location was amazing! You can walk to so many places, pizza, restaurants, shops, ice cream, bait shops and more. The parking is a little tricky, but very manageable with a small car.

Overall, unsatisfactory! For the price we paid, to get shuffled around two residences, shorted our vacation, and dealing with cigarette and weed smoking alcoholics by the pool… I’d say we got screwed. After all that BS, the owner had no problem with blasting us for not putting a couple gallons of gas back in his golf cart.
