Take a dip in your private, heated, screened in pool which is surrounded by trees and foliage. This tranquil 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has vaulted ceilings and skylights in the main living area, dining room, and kitchen to let in just the right amount of Florida sunshine. Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal in the updated, open kitchen, complete with new stainless steal appliances, or relax with a glass of wine and take in breathtaking sunsets on the open top deck of the home, which overlooks the front yard and faces out toward the gulf beaches. This is the perfect getaway for those looking to be close to all that Naples has to offer. About a 10-15 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, DaRuMa Japanese Restaurant, Naples newest hotspot the Mercato (shops, bars, pubs, relaxed and upscale dining, Whole Foods, etc.), The Pavilion (Paragon Movie Theatre, Local Restaurants, and stores), The Ritz Carlton on the Beach, Buzz's Lighthouse, The Turtle Club, and the list goes on and on. Perfect for entertaining thanks to the open floor plan! The kitchen features a counter with bar stools for enjoying a glass of wine or an 8 person table to seat friends and family in the dining area. The home features elegant decor with a warm feel which sets you at ease and in the mindset for a relaxing vacation the moment you walk through the door. Of course, the view from the front door looking out to the pool certainly helps. The yard area is well-manicured and has fencing on the sides for extra privacy. The house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. It is less than a half mile walk to the public access to the beach and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Having 3 bedrooms is perfect and a large open living floor plan is great. The back is all glass the opens to a porch and the pool is so peaceful and relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Had problems with the check in and didn't get our access code prior and couldn't reach the property manager but other than that they were responsive to any issues and it was a perfect stay! Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

As the title implies, we loved this location! On the southwest side of Naples Park, this is a short walk to the beach. We liked to walk over and view the sunset and head to Buzz’s lighthouse for a grouper sandwich. If we had planned ahead, we would have booked the Turtle Club. The house is comfortable with an open layout. The screened in pool increases the living space. Pelican Bay park is less than a mile away with drop in tennis available and well maintained lighted clay courts. The house came with a state park pass which we used a lot! We will definitely book this house again.

Spent the week at this house. Perfect location, just a half mile walk to the beach. They also included a pass to Wiggins Park which we frequented, nice perk to avoid the heavy beach crowds at Vanderbilt. Very close to lots of entertainment but best to rent a car. The property had lots of amenities like beach towels, chairs, toys, a cooler, and much more - this really helped us reduce what we travelled with. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, small/large appliances. Enjoyed the open floor plan as well. A couple things that could be improved on: 1) the rooftop deck, albeit a nice feature, definitely needed work. One of the boards fell through when just walking over it - some of the boards had been replaced and a good amount were very clearly rotted so of course this brought forth some safety concerns; 2) there were quite a bit of mold spots on the rooftop and in the pool area that could have easily been cleaned up; and 3) super minor but annoying, the batteries in the living room TV remotes were dead, so we thought we’d grab some from the extra bedroom, and those batteries were also dead. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite these issues!

Alison, the property mgr. was great- super responsive and offered help with any issues we uncovered. Once we were settled in, we really didn't want anyone else in the house so we declined. The property itself is a bit dated and we had some issues with water pressure and the pool skimmer (both of which had been turned off for some reason but my handy husband was able to figure it out). The neighborhood is quiet but the street is a little busy if you have little children. The master bath spa tub/jets had film on it (but I tend to stay away from using those anyway) and one of the faucets had algae along the rim but my husband soaked it in a baggie with a bleach mixture. We enjoyed the quiet of the house and the layout was great for our young kids. We also bought a motion sensor for the sliding glass door (leading to the pool) since our kids can't swim, and I highly recommend it (on Amazon). Finally, the beach equipment was lagging, but we added to it. For those beachgoers, Vanderbilt beach is a short, easy walk and we bought a radio flyer wagon, umbrella, beach games/toys that we left onsite. The house has chairs that were useable, coolers and a great supply of beach towels. It's also great to jog throughout the neighborhood as the houses along the water inlets are amazing to look at and the neighborhood is clean/safe. Overall, our stay was super relaxing.

What a beautiful stay!
It was in a wonderful neighborhood and everything was close to us!! The super market, malls, and beaches. And mostly the restaurant were very close also! The house gave towels separately for the beach. The pool was very nice and big! And it's a perfect family home! It's full of kitchen ware and it has a lot of beach stuff. The bike rentals were 10 minutes away. Over all it was a beautiful home!!

This home is located a bike ride or walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Ten minutes to the heart of Naples for more restaurants, art & shopping. The home was very clean, kitchen well-equipped for basic cooking, new looking bed linens. We would stay here again.

Fabulous stay in Naples
We had just spent three days in Orlando at the parks and we were ready for relaxation. We found it! The house was perfect for our family of five. Our three teenagers were delighted with the house & pool. There was more than enough space for the five of us. All of the property info on the Vrbo app was so helpful. We walked to Vanderbilt beach & used the pass for the state park beach everyday. We have stayed in quite a few rental houses and I have to say this house had everything we needed. Everything from beach gear, kitchen essentials, bbq grill to laundry detergent. The house was in a great location. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and it was a 2 minute drive to the Mercato shops & restaurants. Allison was great to deal with. We would definitely return and I would recommend this property to friends.

Spring Break 2019
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was great. Grandkids enjoyed sunning and swimming before and after the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The only thing I missed was a tv in master bedroom. The others didn't want to share very well. Everything worked very well in the house. We used the pass to State Park since Vanderbuilt is so crowded. We all had a wonderful time. Hope to come back again.
