Nestled in Naples Park, this attractive house for $255 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Fun-In-The-Sun.ca! We are extremely well set up to host either 6 adults OR 4 adults and 3 children. This cheerfully decorated vacation villa awaits your arrival. It has all the ingredients you will need for a memorable Southwest Florida vacation. A Great House with a Great Location! The House has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated in a happy blend of tropical and seaside decor. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. This very spacious Bungalow sits on a double-wide lot with lots of room to move both inside and out. The south-facing Backyard is fully fenced and private. The large covered Lanai has ample seating, a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling and overlooks the heated Pool with waterfall and swim-up seating. Our split-plan House is divided into 3 zones: The heart of the House has the entrance Foyer, a Dining room and Living room. The Dining room is steps from the Kitchen with an extendable table that seats up to 8. The spacious sunken Living room has a wall-mounted 55'' 3D LG TV (with 3D glasses for 8) and a 3D Blu-Ray player. There are lots of movies, books, puzzles and games for your entertainment. The Living room also has a 12 foot sliding door that opens onto the Lanai with fabulous views of the pool and backyard. To one side of the House there are 2 Bedrooms and a 3 piece Guest Bath. One room has a Queen bed with double closets, wall-mounted 32'' TV/DVD/Roku and a sliding door out to the Lanai. The other room has a Twin and Double bed, standard closet and wall-mounted 29'' TV/DVD/Roku. On the other side of the House lies a very spacious open-concept Kitchen, Breakfast, Family area and the Master suite. The fully equipped Kitchen is a cook's delight with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters with a breakfast bar for 4, and a large sliding pass-through window to the Lanai and BBQ. The Breakfast area is a great spot for a quick bite to eat or a game of cards. The Family room is a nice area for reading or napping and has an over-sized desk for your computer or current project. This area also has a sliding glass door to the Lanai and overlooks the Pool. The Master suite has a King bed, wall mounted 42'' TV/Roku with DVD player, a private 3-piece Master Bathroom and a walk-in closet with a standard hotel security safe. The House has an attached two car Garage with full Laundry facilities and a double driveway that will easily park 3 cars for your convenience. We also offer the use of 4 adult cruiser bikes, an assortment of beach chairs and towels, a cooler and umbrella for those long days at the beach. Choosing to stay at 'Fun-in-the-Sun' puts you almost in the middle of Naples Park. Once you are in 'The Park' you are extremely well-located to all the amenities Naples has to offer. Our home sits between two world class Beaches: Vanderbilt Public Beach has been voted one of the top ten in the country and has a large public parking garage. Delnor Wiggins State Park is one of the most popular seaside destinations in Naples. A 166 acre park that is considered a tropical paradise for beach lovers, boaters, divers and fisherman. Your rental includes a Family Park Pass for Delnor Wiggins so you can take all the necessities for a day at the beach and park for free anytime. Both beaches are minutes away by bike or car. The sunsets are especially spectacular! Fabulous shopping and dining can be found just a few blocks inland at the ever-expanding Mercato. It is so close you can walk, bike or drive. It has a Whole Foods and Silver Spot Cinemas plus many wonderful shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Other places to check out are: The Waterside Shops, The Venetian Bay Shops, Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South. All are within a 10-15 minute drive. Considering the exceptional year round weather in Naples it is not surprising that so many outdoor activities are available. Visitors can bike, beachcomb, kayak, canoe, sail, kite, deep-sea fish, play tennis or golf. As for Golf - Naples has more golf courses per person than anywhere else in the world! Many of the courses have been designed to meet the exacting specifications of professional golfers. In addition many PGA tournaments are held here throughout the year. This house was perfect for our family vacation (me, husband and three kids ages 20, 18 and 14). We had everything we needed and more- they have literally provided all you could want/need for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back.

The home was amazing! Beautifully decorated. The home had everything we needed and more! Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and labeled where to go. Nice appliances and everything was in excellent condition! There were plenty of nice towels for the bathroom and the beach/pool. There were plenty of pool and beach toys and everything you need for the beach. We really appreciated the nice sand chairs , beach umbrellas and bikes. Lots of sitting area in the home with ROKU TVS in all the rooms. Would definitely recommend this home and can’t wait to stay again!

We very much enjoyed your home for a visit with family - the split plan gave privacy for all, the pool was clean and warm, and the living room and family room near the kitchen offered numerous comfortable places for conversation. Our daughter wanted your contact information for possible future visits. We had so much fun in the pool and at the beach, we didn’t even have a chance to enjoy your bicycles! We certainly made good use of all of the facilities provided included for the beach and of course the cycles. The pool area was well maintained and we did spend a lot of time around it.
The curtains across the Lanai were an added bonus and kept the pest away in the evenings.
The beds were comfortable and we always slept well.
All in all this property is well located for beach, local amenities and the interstate connections.
We highly recommend this property and you will not be disappointed.
There was good communication with the owners before and during our stay.
Thank you once again, hopefully we will back, even if only to try out the new washing machine!!

We (family, 2 adults, one 10year-old) have stayed at this house a number of times over the past 8 years. We would have stayed there every time we were in Naples if only it wouldn't have already been booked by someone else during our travel dates. :-) It is just as described on VRBO and has everything that we need: spacious, very well-maintained, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes to the beach (Vanderbilt Beach; Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is still closed due to recent hurricane Ian). Communication with the owners as well as with the local property manager was perfect and super nice again. We plan to come back for sure. :-)

We loved this property! We’ve been visiting southern Florida on our spring breaks for over 20 years now and have stayed in several different rentals over the years. This was one of the best, if not the best! We loved the layout of the home, the comfort of the furniture/decor, the south facing pool, the bikes, etc. It seems every detail was thought of(including certain stocked items) and the owner was ready to help and answer any questions we had. The location was great and it was easy to get to groceries, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Unfortunately Wiggins park was closed while we were there but we were still able to find free parking that wasn’t too far of a walk! The beach was pristine!!!!
We loved every minute of our trip together and spent many lazy hours playing games(the covered lanai area was perfect), laying by the pool, biking and playing at the beach! We hope to get back someday soon. Thank you!

The property is exactly as advertised. It was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed, especially the two lounge chairs in the lanai which was a nice touch! Highly recommend staying here. We will for sure be back when we visit Naples again.

This home was perfect for a family get away. The home had everything we needed from toilet paper/paper towels, DVDs and 3D glasses to extra sunscreen and beach towels. Not to mention all the beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas which saved us tons of room in our car for travel. The pool was well maintained and so refreshing on those hot South Fla afternoons! We loved it so much that we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Fun In The Sun, knowing the area well we wanted a rental where we could all relax and have our own space too - family of 4, 19 and 16 year old kids.
The home is spotlessly clean, perfectly laid out and had absolutely EVERYTHING we could’ve possibly needed. The outdoor area was great, immaculate pool, lanai and garden and lots of space in the sun and under cover. We enjoyed being able to close off the lanai with mosquito curtains in the evening so we could still sit outside and enjoy the warmth without being pestered by the little biters!
Communication with host and house manager was 10/10 before, during and after.
Home came with a state park pass which we used for Delnor Wiggins, and bikes which made it easy for me to get to Vanderbilt beach when the rest of the family wanted pool time.
We could not have asked for a better home to stay in for our 2 week holiday.
Would absolutely re-book if heading there the Naples area again

This is an amazing house . Our family and friends had a blast. They have everything you need or want, from bicycles to the awesome pool. Plenty of room. Has an amazing system to watch 3D movies with surround sound.

It is really a great place. The patio and pool were perfect. Location is good with an easy drive/bike/walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Lots of space with room for everyone and having the bikes and beach gear available is a plus. Nancy made the check in/out process easy and was available if anything came up. Hichly recommend.

This was better than we EVER hoped for! The owners were easy to work with and provided so much information- the house was amazing- clean, beautifully decorated, full of thoughtful items, so well done! Terrific, quiet neighborhood and close to everything- shopping, nature adventures, beaches! Such a unique vacation to have us all together in this beautiful and relaxing space. Best owners we have ever worked with as well. We would recommend them to anyone going to Florida.

AWESOME Home!
This place is AMAZING! They have thought of EVERYTHING here! From the well detailed Welcome Binder to the bikes with locks, all the way to pool toys, beach umbrellas, sand toys, wagon and coolers! We could not think of anything to add. Everything here is spotless, the rooms are large and so nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything, too! Yea, a Keurig! We really enjoyed having our own pool, lanai, and grill. The main bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms which gave extra privacy and space. There are games and so many DVDs and books to choose. There’s even a state park pass which we used almost daily! Nancy responded immediately to any question we had and she gave us multiple contacts in case any problem occurred (which it did not on our stay). What an outstanding place to stay. You won’t be disappointed here! We will definitely be back! We really had Fun In The Sun here!

My family just returned from a week at Fun In The Sun. We would definitely return to this peaceful neighborhood centrally located in Naples Park. The home was ideal for us, and clean, neat and tidy. It accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. The owners and property manager have taken care of everything for a fun filled time. We loved it!

The nearest beach is the Vanderbilt Beach -- took me less than 15 min of morning jogging to get from the house to the beach.
The communication was super easy and quick. Both the owner and the manager were available at all times whenever I had any questions. The first request on VRBO, then the renting process, the week before the vacation, the vacation itself and the post-vacation communication was very easy.
Would love to get back some day.

Fun in the sun it was!!
This was the perfect anniversary get away for me and my husband! Although it was just the two of us, we rented this three bedroom, two full bath home because of the pool and its proximity to Vanderbilt beach. The home was everything we expected and hoped it would be.
The layout of the house was excellent -- if you had a large group or family there was plenty of space inside and out to spread out. There were essentially two living / family room areas inside. All of the furniture was comfortable and the home's decor was beautiful. The first couple days I spent just looking at all the artwork -- lovely!! Another nice feature was that nearly every switch in the house was labeled so you knew what it went to (e.g.: "lanai light" or "pool light" or "lamps") -- no guessing needed.
We loved the pool and the lounge chairs were great. There were floats and pool noodles at the house. There were two recliners outside under the porch that we used when we'd had too much sun or when we drank our morning coffee. There was also a nice table with chairs outside if you wanted to dine there.
We can't rave enough about the binder the owner left for guests. It included detailed information about everything in the house, from locking the doors, using the remotes and roku for the TVs in each room, to the thermostat and pool. There was a welcome page and a checkout list page. It also included the pass for the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which was a nice bonus that saved us ~$6 for each visit. The binder and contained info was perfect, and I wish more homeowners did this!!
The owners who are remote and the local property manager were wonderful to work with. The communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and extremely timely. We felt that they really cared for how our vacation was going and were there to help if we needed anything.

The Publix is close, and so is everything you can imagine. The property itself was simply amazing! It was VERY clean and it comes with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking a breeze. I'm gonna add that the blender was PERFECT for evening drinks. The owner, Nancy, has given your stay a lot of thought. Beach chairs, float, coolers, boogie boards, a beach wagon with the big wheels, umbrellas, beach towels, washer/dryer, bikes.......Nothing was missing. After a few days it felt like home. My favorite beach in Florida is Delnor Wiggins State Park. There is typically a fee to enter the park, but not when you rent this property. The owners provide you with a State Park pass. I feel like this was just above and beyond expectations. Now let's talk about the pool! It was wonderful. We used the pool and the lanai everyday. We floated, we swam, and we watched the storms. In the evening it was quiet and there is a nice retractable screen to keep the bugs out while you play UNO. We are absolutely returning in the near future.

Wonderful House!
We had a nice relaxing stay in this great North Naples home. The house is close to everything. We really liked the layout giving my wife and I a little privacy from the kids. Next time down south we will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The house is in great shape. Lanai and pool are just great to relax and enjoy. The house is fully equipped and full of nice decorations and details. The bikes in the garage are perfect to go to the beach and discover the area. The location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and many restaurants. Owners and property manager are very kind.

Great place & location, beautiful house close to evertyhing, plenty of accomodations!
We've visited Naples at end of May. We chose this property based on the size and amenities. It was perfect for our family. We looked for an open pool with a sizeable backyard - and the kids loved it! Plenty of water toys, chairs and lounges on the pool deck, even a sandbox on one side of the pool. We've spent most of the time on the outdoor patio. Loved the options of sun and shade and the convenience of everything. The layout of the house is well-thought, the cleanliness is impeccable. It is 2 minutes away (drive) to the beach and 2 minutes to all the food and retail stores that you want. The owner and the team are very considerate and communication was a breeze. We would definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Great Stay!
This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, very comfortable accommodations. We barely left the lanai and pool area except to go the beautiful nearby beaches. We especially liked Delnor Wiggins State Park beach and the house came with a pass to the State Park. It was an easy bike ride to the State Park on the nice bikes included with the house. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Nancy was pleasure to work with.

Property was as shown in photos. Owners and Property Manager were professional, accessible and expedient! Our family enjoyed our time together and this home aided in that. Biking to the beach was fun!

Incredible !, everything about it was 5*
We have just returned from a 10 night stay, and from the moment pulling up on the Driveway we knew we had made a Great choice, the Communication with Nancy & Ken was faultless, so kind and Helpful. The main thing that struck us was the Wonderful "Flow" of the property which feels a whole lot bigger than it is, and so well Equipped, it really can only be described as home from home, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our Children aged nearly 6 and 2 loved every minute of the stay, and with the added security alarms on each door leading to the Pool area gave us peace of mind for there safety. The property we felt is situated perfectly, with everything we required within easy striking distance. We all did not want to leave and hope to stay again in the Future.

Beautiful vacation home
We were very pleased with this well decorated, comfortable vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals when we chose to stay in and eat poolside. Nancy emailed several times to make sure everything was ok. Our family enjoyed the pool every day, which was nice for us since there were a lot of thunderstorms the week we were there which made it hard to go to the beach most days. The location is also perfect! There are so many good restaurants and places to shop nearby. We would definitely rent this beautiful vacation home again!
