This is the only handicapped accessible unit in the resort with large bathrooms!! Amazing Oceanfront on the second floor,Located In Heart Of Myrtle Beach, Walk To All Attractions! Located directly in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Oceans One Resort is close to all the downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. The condo will sleep up to 6 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, and another king in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens, lots of closet space and flat panel tvs. The master bath has a large jetted tub/shower combination, 2nd bath has a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to clean up when coming in from a full day at the beach. The large kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. Lovely property! Comfortable beds, good equipment in the kitchen. Chosen for the fact it was classified as a handicapped unit, for my mother. Hallways & doorways were wider than usual, shower head was perfect. Wish it had a walk-in shower, but otherwise perfect!

Advertised as handicap accessible which meant a large bathroom. Bathtubs were high and we needed to use a portable handrail to get into the shower. Hallway washing machines water pump was so loud you could not talk in living room while it was used. Ice machine in fridge did not work. Got ice from 4th floor but it was wet ice so it froze to a solid block in freezer and had to be chipped. There are no plugs for electronics and few outlets. On arrival a title was laying on the bathroom floor and 1 chair on balcony was broken. Place was clean and had good linens. Agent responded to messages but did nothing to make things better.

Just like the description states, condo was spacious, clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Janet sent all reservation information prior to our arrival to make everything as smooth and easy as possible.

Communication with owner was excellent, always kept us informed, checked in often to make sure everything was ok and that we were able to get into the unit without any issues. Rental was described exactly like what was advertised. Unit was very clean and my wife and I are very picky when it comes to a clean rental. Would definitely stay there again, met and exceeded our expectations.

The condo was very clean and conveniently located to main attractions. The owner, Janet was easily accessible and kept us informed of check-in/check-out procedures. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Apprehensive first, but the VRBO experience, and the Property were immaculate. The Host is very interactive and sends you enough and more communication of steps involved. As an example, the address is misleading, but if you pay attention to the communication to put a specific ZIP it works. The no-person, automatic check-in was very smooth. Good property to stay and on the beach. Thx - will definitely refer and/or stay again.

The condo was amazing and the location was perfect! Being on the second floor was so convenient. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 4. Having 2 balconies was a treat! Janet the host went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be back to this condo.

The Condo was clean and the beach was very easy to access from the condo. There were restaurants in walking distance and some shopping. Take you own beach towels, they are not provided. The Pool area was unkept and as were the common areas of the building - not terrible but it needed attention. Overall it was a good option for the area.

A group of 2 couples stayed, plenty of room, very clean and great location! Beautiful view off the balcony of the beach and ocean. Janet was awesome at communicating with us and so helpful!

We had a great time. The unit was clean and nice and the manager did a great job communicating.
The tower itself needed help the elevators, floors and windows was dirty but it did have a indoor pool, a outdoor pool and a small lazy river and it’s located right on the beach.

We had such a great time!! This condo’s location was awesome & seemed right in the middle of everything. It was great being on the 2nd floor, especially with 2 young children & a bunch of beach stuff. The balcony views were amazing as well!

Stayed in Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. The weather was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. There are places to eat within walking distance.
The parking situation is confusing at first as it is across the street from the building. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes for preparing meals. Only has salt and pepper so bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. Bring some coffee filters, if you plan to make coffee.
The unit sits above the pool area plus there was construction so there was a lot of noise all the time.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and had absolutely no issues with the unit. I think it would have been perfect if the we were at a higher level.

The place was nice enough, on line it looked beautiful surrounding, but there was construction going on in front patio and pool while we were there, so we could not enjoy it & no gym usage even when they advertised it

Very clean, wll furnished, and well kept up condo, it has 2 very comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, each has its own full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything necessary to make most meals if we wanted to eat in. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

I have stayed at this resort 2 times before. This was probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in so far. Janet was very easy to get a hold of and always texted right back. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The "starter" supplies were very helpful. We decided last minutes to make a quick trip to the beach and was happy this condo was available. I wish I knew ahead of time that the pool was closed for renovations. But it wasn't really a problem. We will definitely return to Myrtle Beach and seek out Janet's properties to rent.

Very nice stay. Janet was polite and easy to contact. She always replied to my messaging a timely manner. The only issue was the living room TV. She sent a repairman the day we contacted her. We will stay again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding felt rough. Hardly any items to cook with and furniture for watching TV was uncomfortable. The condo itself was not very clean upon arrival. The building itself always smelled badly and waiting for an elevator was an absolute nightmare.

Very pleased with the condo. It was just as expected. The property was clean as were the common areas. The layout was nice and things were all together amenity wise. Being on the 2nd floor made it easy to use the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator. Overall, I would rent this property again.

We had a really great time!! The pools and downstairs area was very impressive an looked really cool!!😎 Due to it being black biker weekend there was a bit more people and activity than expected but we still had a very great time and it's a very cool place to visit!!

From the outside the Condo building looks very stunning and contemporary , however, behind the facade the building is filthy and poorly maintained. The lower stairwell smells of urine and the bulk of the lounge furniture is broken and unusable. Common areas are run down , smelly and tired looking.
Insofar as our particular condo was concerned it was on the second floor just above the River pool which meant that kids were in there screaming all day long in a cavernous area which made the sound travel even more. The condo bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the carpet which was probably original to the building was in need of replacement as was all the furniture. It had been banged around for years. Paint was falling in the shower and the face plate of the microwave was detached creating a potential to cut oneself on it. Both king mattresses were completely collapsed as if a family of rhinos had slept on them. They offered no back support and after 5 days we had had enough and left early and went to the Hilton for the duration of our stay in Myrtle Beach.

My wife and I booked this hotel in January. After booking I sent multiple messages to the property owner with no response. March 25 we finally received our first response...
Check in process went well, owner was nice enough to check us in early and said everything was in order except for a loose toilet seat (which we ssid was not an issue) and responses during the check in process were quick.
When we arrived at the unit it was dirty and needed cleaned badly. The floors were disgusting including the perimeters, dining chairs were sticky, door jams needed wiped down. The door track that's exposed inside when the slider is shut was full of debris and our 1 year stuck her hands in it. Luckily there was a sweeper in the closet so we used it immediately to clean what we could in the apartment.
The master bathroom had peeling paint and a broken showerhead holder. The tub needed cleaned and the grout lines were disgusting. Although I fixed the toilet seat, the toilet itself was disgusting, yellow rings around the base and not properly cleaned.
The 2nd bath and bedroom had a smell the first 2 nights but went away with continued use of the air conditioning and recirculating fan.
We had read a review that stated the kitchen had the BARE essentials. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and never had so little in a unit. There were only glass cups so we were a little timid of letting our 5 year old use them. Bring plastic if that concerns you. There was only a $1 salt and pepper shaker, no Pam or any type of cooking aid if you plan on cooking in the unit. The main front burner is broken, the fridge light is out, the front cover plate of the microwave is peeling off. The cabinet veneer is peeling in areas as well.
Other notes
Batteries were missing from one of the remotes so we needed our own. LR TV is wobbly and does not appear to be mounted to its legs properly.
LR furniture needs replaced as it's flaking and leaves the appearance of dirt/dust on your clothes. Pillows are dingy
Patio furniture outside is rusted.
When leaving for a trip we like to have our own home clean so when we return we don't need to first clean, it was disheartening to find out that upon arrival we had to clean our own unit and honestly had we not have just driven 14hrs to get there and were exhuasted we would have just demanded a refund.
We did not let the owner know about this due to 90% of these issues being standard things that should be done before a unit is rented

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay, particularly the children with the pools and beach access. There is an indoor, heated pool and the lazy river and main outdoor pool were heated also. There wasn’t access to a bathroom in the main gathering areas on first floor, which was a bit of a pain for those staying on higher floors. The condominium itself could use a nice deep clean, but was functional nonetheless. Janet was very responsive, helpful, and kind.
