Located directly in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Oceans One Resort is close to all the downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just enjoy the beautiful sights. Downtown Myrtle Beach is full of life and excitement with tons of shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance of this resort. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a spacious 1000 sq ft directly on the oceanfront on 2nd floor of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, and 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens, lots of closet space and flat panel tvs. The master bath has a large jetted tub/shower combination, 2nd bath has a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to clean up when coming in from a full day at the beach. The large kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own private washer/dryer in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use. The resort is full of fun amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. Not only because it's master bedroom has a glass door walking out to a direct ocean front balcony, but also it's on the second floor. It is so fun to watch kid playing in pools or people on the beach. This is one of the largest two bedroom condo in the resort that offers two direct ocean front balconies MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT Two Free Parking Spaces Provided! We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late. Free Parking is across the S Ocean Blvd in the big open parking lot behind the two story building of Oceans One front desk.

Absolutely stunning just as stated, even better in person than in photos Room was very clean location was great for outings and amenities were true to being heated indoor. My family and I will certainly be visiting again. Management communication during booking and after was incredible.

We stayed the second week of October and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and not busy this area was this time of year. Pools were heated and warm and plenty of open pool seating.
The beds were comfortable.
I rated cleanliness a 3 as this needs a deep cleaning badly. Drawers and cabinets have crumbs and debris.

We stayed with another couple in this unit and it met our needs and we had a great time. Would have liked to have known in the write up that this was a 2nd floor unit. Quite a bit of noise comes up from the pool below and it was a biker weekend- but that didn’t keep us from having a good time. Loved the indoor and outdoor options at the pool and being so close to the ocean.

Check in was smooth but overall the property was pretty worn down and had out of date furnishings. On the first evening we saw our first cockroach. Owner was responsive in saying she would get pest control to come but swore that the property was not infested. While waiting for pest control (did not arrive till Monday the day before we were to leave) I experienced bed bug bites on several parts of my body. I informed the owner and she stated she would get the property cleaned prior to next rental.

Great place and location. If you are going to cook, you will need to buy everything. There wasn’t even salt&pepper there. Also no containers for leftovers, only 1 baking dish, no large cups/glasses. Very limited for cooking/eating. I made it work for our group of 4 but thought a heads up for others would be helpful. Still rated it a 5 as it is very clean, nice place, and loved the location.

We have stayed in many beachfront condos and this was the worst by far.
Grease was spattered on walls and doors throughout the condo. Counters were not wiped down. A lamp was sparking at the plug. I called and got no response for hours, then texted. There was no sense of surprise, regret, or apology and she said things like "understood". The tub faucet in the shower sprayed water sideways and plumber had to replace. That would have been noticed by cleaning staff, if they actually cleaned the shower. The instructions emphasized things that would incur extra charges, and overall the place had no sense of being comfortable or hospitable. Advertising pictures are old. Cabinets are peeling. Rug is frayed with tack nails coming through. It was clear this is not a place owner cares about. I stopped after 3 problems bc it is not how I want to spend my vacation.

The condo was perfect for our group. The beds were all very cozy. There was so much space and I loved the 2 ocean view balconies. My son could be on one balcony with his friends and I had the other. Having 2 bathrooms was great for traveling with teen boys as well. We had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. There is so much to do in Myrtle beach and everything is just a short Uber away. We also were able to walk to a few stores and restaurants. I would definitely return again.

The condo was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. The host communicated with us prior to check-in, after check-in to make sure everything was good, and after check-out to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The condo was exceptionally clean on arrival and the location was great, providing great views of the ocean and the pool.
Our family would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We had an amazing time! Janet was excellent with communication and made our stay a breeze- literally! The oven view is perfect and the giant sliding glass doors open made it feel like we were sleeping on the beach! All in our family would whole heartedly recommend this oasis in Myrtle Beach!

This was a super kid friendly room and condo. The beds were very comfy and both bathrooms offered a bath for the kiddos. Communication was great with property manager. Splash pad was perfect for my kids and they loved the heated pool as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Janet's place, whenever I needed her she was very prompt. The place was very clean and had plenty of room for the family. The room had everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate at all to book with her again.

The property is exactly as advertised. Amazing ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Was missing small things like hand soap and dish soap, but the contact with the property manager was great and she had them to us in a very quick manner. We arrived literally the day after Hurricane Ian came through which ruined the outdoor pools. Not anyone's fault, and something we knew we'd probably be dealing with. Great stay for us.

The living room furniture could be more comfortable but other than that we are very happy with our stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved that it’s in the second floor. The resort is a wonderful place to stay.

The condo was great. Living room white chairs need updating and floor needed vacuuming (there was one in the bedroom closet and I used it). I loved the ocean view from the bedroom and the living room. Access in and out was great and check in and out was amazing with no headaches or delays. Pool rith outside my window and only steps to the beach. We had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and share with my family and friends. Thanks Janet for everything.

We had a great vacation staying at Ocean One. Everything you need is right there or within walking distance. The pools and lazy river were awesome. The beach was amazing and the fishing pier is a short walk away. Every morning I would walk to the boardwalk to get coffee. Our host Janet was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Nice place, easy check in, parking, beach access. It was as advertised. There was only one inflated tube for the entire lazy river. The place was clean and comfortable, but my wife and mother-in-law weren't overly impressed with the cleanliness.
