The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, and 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Plenty of space for everyone to clean up when coming in from a full day at the beach. Beautiful condo with spectacular views. Two huge bedrooms made everyone happy, having a kitchen and dining area was a bonus:)
Very responsive host made sure I knew everything prior to arrival, even sent me a parking pass.
Traveled with two pre-teen kids and they loved it - even wanted to leave the amusement park to go back to the condo and chill for a couple of hours. Indoor pool was a big hit and waking up to spectacular sunrises was a bonus!

Very easy check-in process, very up-to-date with keypad and with communication with Janet. She was very polite and offered services as needed throughout the stay. Couldn't hardly beat the view being on the top floor. Everything was in close proximity and location was walking distance to food and entertainment. Would stay again.

This place was amazing! We stayed here for 6 days for a tournament and we were really happy with everything! The pools and lazy river were heated which was a huge plus with coming her in October. The condo itself was very clean and well-kept. The host was amazing with having everything ready for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Good size condo with a great view of ocean. Great for small size family vacation. Has multiple heated pools for kids. Watch out for the raised threshold going to the balcony, could be a fall hazard. Guest bathroom tub drains a bit slow, and make sure to wait a second for the door to unlock after punch in the code. Overall minor flaws.

While laying at the pool, it’s obvious that many people (who clearly are not residents of the building) are coming into the pool area from the beach. They use the amenities with their families and/or friends, some for the entire day, then leave. Since there is no security lock on the pool gate, this is how they enter the pool area. Throughout our stay, the pools, jacuzzis and lazy river have been full of adults and children (sometimes fully clothed) making these areas difficult to enjoy and unappealing due to the cloudy water left behind.
From the pool area, ANYONE can then enter the lobby and have access to the elevators. This is extremely concerning and unsafe for us. We were under the impression that every area required a code. Safety is very important to us. Had we known that anyone could have access to your building, we would have made arrangements to stay at a building that actually implemented security instead of using codes for random areas rather than all areas.
Also noticed stains on some of the bedding as well as a very yellow stained extra pillow in one of the closet's.
Owner responded but blamed HOA and housekeeping and stated there are cameras and security. Never once saw security.

Janet is wonderful she answers every question you have fast and officially and she made our stay wonderful when we walked into the condo it was clean and beautiful the views from the 21st floor is the best views on the beach and oceans one is a beautiful Resort and I very much recommend you stay at this property my son was celebrating his 25th birthday it was me and my husband and him and his girlfriend we all had a blast you can see the flywheel from the balcony you can see everything going on on the beach and down at the pool the pools are great always kept clean I highly recommend just get away

I had to work so I arrived late, I had no issues with the electronic code and enjoyed the entire stay. The location of the condo is phenomenal. We rented a golf cart from a golf cart location beside the gas station on 3rd street. (walking distance) We found a lounge a block away a really enjoyed the vibe and service. The pool was so nice!! A large pool deck area with different areas to choose from when deciding where you want to lay, and it was so nice to have an assessable chair. The beach was so close, and I enjoyed the view from the master suite!!! The shower was refreshing to say the least, the water pressure was ideal to be on the top floor!!! The host was by far the easiest host I have ever worked with!! She was attentive, informative, transparent and friendly!! We will definitely be booking with her again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We absolutely loved the space. It was clean and fresh when we arrived. Remember to bring towels for the pool/beach. There was even a Pack & Play for the little one. It was a busy weekend but there was never a long wait for the elevator. The space was exactly as listed. Cannot wait until the next vacation. Thank you again.

Even though we only stayed 3 nights, I wish it had been more. We found places downtown that we never would have known existed if we hadn't been staying in that area. The condo was lovely and the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. I even got several up close and personal photos of pelicans flying right by our balcony. It was very roomy for the 5 of us and we hope to stay there again in the future.

First, the good points. The condo was clean and centrally located. Great view. Janet was responsive, answering emails promptly.
Now for the not so good. The check in time is 4:00 p m. This is the check in time for everyone at the condominium. We arrived a few hours early but knew we couldn't check in until 4 so we went around the corner to eat lunch before heading back to check in. We arrived at 3:30 p.m. to find a huge cluster of people vying for the baggage carts. There were maybe 5 carts available for what seemed to be over 20 families waiting to move their stuff into their units. We were all out on the street with our piles of baggage, beach chairs, boxes of food and all sorts of vacation related items. Only 2 elevators were working and everyone in the queue was frustrated and tired. It took me 2 hours to get my things moved into my room.
It was ridiculous. Not neqrly enough carts or elevators. It's a 21 floor condominium so way too many people for so few elevators at check in time.
Also, dirty towels in the washing machine from the previous tenants. I washed and dried the towels...not really a big deal but still, I noticed it after just getting into the unit. I think I was just so tired and frustrated that it just hit me the wrong way.
One more thing. The kitchen is super small and the cooking pots and utensils could use an upgrade. No large bowls for mixing, no collander, no mixer, 1 casserole dish, no large bowls for eating. My 22 year old son eats large portions and the teeny bowls provided were inadequate. I'm thinking that it's not that difficult to provide a few extra kitchen items for families who are spending a lot of money for a vacation stay at this particular unit.

We had such an amazing beach vacation, primarily thanks to the wonderful accommodations provided by our gracious host, Janet. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the views from the 21st floor balconies were nothing less than breathtaking! The centralized location made it easy to get to all the attractions. Janet's communication - even emailing us during our stay to make sure everything was in good order - and instructions were detailed and thorough, providing a seamless check-in and care-free vacation. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Upon check in the following ,
1. The grounds were found to be very dirty, unkept and lacking severely in maintenance upkeep!!
2. Upon unloading there are no valet carts to move luggage , groceries etc. to room. Had to move all up to 20th floor on several trips.
3. Elevator , hallways were filthy. The glass in hallway looking out into pool area hadn’t been cleaned in ages! Not to mention an offensive smell in the entry area.!!
4. Upon entering room noticed unpleasant odors,
5. Upon turning all the lights on the unit was still very dark. Multiple bulbs out and not working.!
6. The windows were so filthy you literally could not have a clear view of the so called Penthouse Panoramic View. That statement in their the listing is misleading as well.!!!
7. The room interior, treatments and finishes are old , worn and totally not as depicted in the listing pictures!!!
Bottom line, we stayed long enough to reload the car and found a wonderful location in North Myrtle Beach. In total we were in the room no more than 1 Hour. !!!
Owner refused to refund our money after only requesting 50% of which was more than fair!!!!!!
Renter Beware for the photos and description of Condo, Grounds and Amenities are not even a proper representation whatsoever.
After several text back and forth with the owner asked as to how long ago the pictures were taken and she would not reply.!!!!!!?
I allowed her to keep my money and hopefully they use to clean the place up!!!!
If you have read all this then you will have saved yourself valuable time and money as we lost on thus trip.

I have back issues and shared the king size bed with my daughter. Had plenty of room and mattress was comfy and didn’t bother my back at all. My boys had the other bedroom and were happy to have their own beds. Was great to be in a condo rather than a hotel room as we had storms/rain come in while we were there. Condo has a fabulous view, we had a short stay for New Year's and golf getaway. Check-in was very easy as we just had to use codes provided, and did not go to the office across the street to wait in a long line. The view was perfect for NYE fireworks as we were above them!! Did not use the pools. They seem small if the building were to be fully occupied in prime season. Elevators were quick for 21 floors! Owner/Manager was extremely friendly and helpful during booking and stay!!!
