Located right on the Golf course, we have the best views in town. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to town and our famous healing waters of the Pagosa Hot Springs Resort. Known for having the 'BEST' snow in Colorado, come stay where you can play all day and then come home to a warm and cozy house!! Bring your furry friends and don't worry. We were so curious about the property as it was 11 years ago when we first rented the unit and it was as good if not better than we remembered. Nice property and owners very attentive. Thanks for giving us the chance to enjoy your rental.

Really nice place
We loved the house, yard, and location. Fun to watch the golfers and balloons each day. Pretty quiet street. All the good things others have said are true.
The only issue we had was the owner told us on our check-in day (Wed) that he would be working on the roof on Fri. The only reason he even told us was because I emailed him about checking in a little early (which we were allowed to do). Fixing the roof went on for 6 hours. Cutting metal sheets occurred right outside the windows. Then, without letting us know he showed up to mow in the middle of the afternoon...again with no notice.
We always start a load of laundry when we leave and wash the dishes, so the $25 (for each) threat wasn't necessary.
Again, we loved the house, the price, the location, amenities, etc. I'm sure we were just the unlucky ones but still we would have liked a little better communication with the owner.

Love the property! Everything you need is there. We had three small dogs with us and a huge backyard with good fence was a big help. Enjoyed to play pool in the evenings. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown, shoppings and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We are so happy that we found this property for our long weekend mini-vacation to Pagosa Springs. Not only were we able to bring our dog with us, but the property itself is great.
The home is just as listed, with all of the amenities needed for the stay. The fenced-in yard was great for the dog, and the views of the golf course were incredible (we also saw hot air balloons every morning!) One of the highlights for my wife and I was the pool table & dart board. It was very windy outside one day, so we stayed inside and played pool / darts / games. So fun! The property is also very conveniently located near a grocery store, Wal-mart, and lots of restaurants. This property really is like being at a resort, and we look forward to returning someday.
SIDENOTE: While it is not a reflection at all on the property itself, as dog-owners we would advise future guests NOT to walk their dogs around the neighborhood. Very few homes in the area are fenced-in and there are quite a few dogs that are just let outside off-leash. We had one almost scary encounter with an off-leash german shepard that semi-aggressively "escorted" (not quite an attack or chase) us down the street. Sorry, that was long. Anyway, we HIGHLY recommend that dog-owners instead use the San Juan River Walk in downtown Pagosa Springs, which is paved and has great views of the river and mountains. (Try the Root House Coffee while you're there too!)

Better than a resort!

The Sunflower & Colorfest
We chose the Sunflower Rental for its location and views. It did not disappoint. We loved looking out from both upper and lowers decks to take in all the beauty. Brian the owner was responsive to any of our questions, but we had complete privacy during our stay. The kitchen was more fully stocked than any rental we had previously used. The location was close to the main section of Pagosa Springs, but, when in the home, we felt far away from any hustle or bustle. The perfect place to relax inbetween our activities & the highlight, Colorfest. It took over 5 years to put this vacation together and hope our return will not take that much time. Thank You!

There is some road noise from the highway, but otherwise pretty quiet.

Perfect mountain getaway
This was the second time we stayed in this cabin. It is the perfect size for my family of 4. It has everything you need for a week in the mountains and close to skiing at Wolf Creek. We will be back!

Great place/location and gorgeous view
The property is in great condition, very well located (10 minutes from downtown and 5 from Walmart) and big enough to accommodate a family. The house has all the accommodations to have a great time and relax plus a pool table with a great view to relax. The property manager was very flexible and friendly. I am sure I will chose this place for my next trip to Pagosa!

Great Time!
Absolutely loved our stay, the place was absolutely beautiful and Brian was so helpful with any & all questions I had. My kids loved the backyard (full of snow) and I was at ease knowing they couldn’t go far with the fenced in yard. Everything you need to feel as though you are at home yet still on vacation.

Great stay at the Sunflower Cabin!
Wonderful stay at cute, clean home that fronts the golf course with beautiful views. Two great outdoor decks to sit on - house has everything you need to cook, stream movies, and easy access to town. Brian was a great host, easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We stayed with our three dogs, and it was a huge bonus to have the beautiful, large, fenced yard for them to play in. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in Pagosa Springs
The cabin was perfect for the two of us. The deck off the back was great for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine, enjoying the cool breezes. The entire place was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was the perfect launching point for what we wanted to do -- hiking and biking and only 10 minutes to downtown. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool table was a nice bonus. We would definitely rent here again!

Holiday in Pagosa Springs
This is a perfect VRBO. The location with a balcony that looks over the green golf course with the mountains in the background is impossible to beat. The kitchen is well stocked and a joy to work in. The master bed along with the Colorado climate encourages restful sleep. The location is out of town yet close to shopping, numerous restaurants and other services. The owner is very responsive. For certain we will plan to return.

Beautiful View
Brian and Sara were great host and helped with any prior questions that I had before arriving. I will say that due to no air-conditioning, and it being the beginning of summer, it did get pretty hot at night but there were a few additional fans around the house to use. Will definitely book this place again... after summer lol. Thanks guys!

The view from the back deck overlooking the golf course really makes the stay. Property was spacious, well maintained, & very clean. Felt safe having my kids doing kid-things without breaking anything. Would visit again.

Nice, ‘Homey’ Duplex
Home was very clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked with all the house goods needed to cook most of our meals on the property.

On the golf course in Pagosa
The location/view of property was great. Very easy to find. close to town, close to shops, really right in the middle of the action. To get to Wolf Creek Ski Resort, was 30-45 min depending on roads, traffic, etc. The house was fully furnished. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had more tools, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. It was perfect since we did cook a meal or two at least once a day. We loved it, the kids loved it and especially our dog loved the freedom to run in the backyard. We would love to come back.
