About this house rental
This air conditioned home is situated on the Rio de Flag and the Urban Trail System. The Urban Trail provides an easy, 1 mile walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown Flagstaff, restaurants, breweries, shopping, boutiques and art galleries. We are 1 hour south of the Grand Canyon, 2 miles north of Northern Arizona University and 7 miles north of Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. The ski resort is a 20 minute drive, north. One does not need to look far for beautiful scenery. Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am

This home is perfect for the area. Flagstaff has tons of things to do All summer & Winter. Located very convenient for hiking, biking, or the Snowbowl. The house was immaculate and very well stocked and cared for and if shows. The attention to detail showed in every room and the patio. The dogs loved having a play area outside too. Neighborhood is really nice and very quiet. Tall trees and parks all over. Great for walking and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Walk to downtown is easy. Host was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer. I loved this whole trip.

Our stay was great! The house is cute and in a great location. This is one of the best stocked kitchens I've had in a rental. Providing oils and seasonings, plus the coffee and creamer, is so helpful. Bobbi was also a great host. We enjoyed our stay!

This home is an excellent location- near trails and parks. It had everything we could have needed and was warm and inviting. Will definitely make this my first choice for travel to Flagstaff!
