About this condo rental

Nestled in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely condo for $274 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (master bath has shower only/guest bath has full tub) comes with 2 parking spaces. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker (and regular drip coffeemaker), mounted hairdryers in both bathrooms, KING size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom plus pullout couch in living room. Electric fireplace/media console just added to unit. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels provided. Condo located next to beachfront park. Access to the beach is through the park, immediately to the south or 4th Ave. to the north. The pool gate that opens to the dunes is locked permanently to protect the dues. There is a path next to pool that accesses beach through the park. The city is very serious about rebuilding and protecting the dunes. Walking distance of great food, 4 blocks south of Beach Blvd. Comcast with HBO. Unit is on fourth floor with parking being first floor so ... 3 flights of stairs, NO ELEVATOR (sorry). I look at it as guaranty of at least a little exercise. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. We now have INTERNET. Guest room has Roku TV as there is no cable outlet in guest bedroom. Just bought 2 beach chairs with small cooler pouches and storage pouches, drink holders. Beach chairs come and go as they fall apart….PARKING: somewhere in my listing is INCORRECT parking info as assigned spaces have changed (not sure where this info is posted in my listing). Correct info will be texted with check in info to guests.

Had a great stay with a friend and colleague while we were attending a conference nearby - lovely views and easy access to the beach :) Unfortunately, there was a very loud party in a neighboring apartment on our final (Saturday) night which went on until the early hours which meant no sleep ;(

The view and pool location/arrangement was the reason for picking this condo. That did not disappoint. The condo was clean and comfortable. The downside was the 3 flights of steps going up to the 4th floor. The outside hallways needed a little cleaning/maintenance. However, we had a great stay and I give the property 4 stars.

The condo is as advertised and spot on for what was promised. Clean, well maintained. View is the selling point. Can’t beat the views from the balcony over coffee or cocktails. We had a nice quiet and relaxing stay. Would definitely revisit.

First of all the owner is amazing to work with, so kind and helpful. Condo was cute and perfect for our girls trip. I loved the convenience of always having a parking spot. Now the steps (no elevator) gave us a good workout for our legs, it’s not terrible and it’s good for you! Close to grocery store, restaurants and coffee. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my friends.

We loved the views. With the sliding glass doors across the front and being on the fourth floor, the views were panoramic. There is no elevator so being on the fourth floor and having to tote groceries and suitcases was a challenge and may not be a good option for people with limited mobility. The location is perfect, On the beach with shopping and restaurants near by. The ocean is right in front of you. The ocean breeze and sounds are easily heard on the balcony or with the doors open. My family will be back.

The property is spacious and the ocean view is awesome. The condo has everything you need and more - full kitchen, washer/dryer, ample towels and toiletries, dishware, cable TV, boardgames, deck chairs/table, dining room table, and just a lot of thoughtful touches all around. Host was communicative and all instructions were clear. Onsite pool was nice and beach access is super close. Checkout tasks were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and we're hopeful to return next year!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo had an incredible ocean front view with everything we needed. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept on during our numerous travels. Short walk to beach. Owner was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great family friendly place to stay. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. The public spaces could use a little TLC, but the apartment itself was well appointed, spacious, in a very convenient location, and has a phenomenal direct ocean front view for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee.

Overall our stay was lovely -- view is breathtaking, easy walk to beach, pool looked clean (although too cold for us to swim), easy access to restaurants. The deck was great, small, but worked for our family of 4. Open concept was great -- sink looked out over the ocean and into dining and living area. The condo seemed a little tired -- curtains stained at top, tile near the slider was unfinished, screen on slider was off its tracks, some dust around. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, though. Master bed was very soft -- uncomfortable for us. Owner was very responsive to our texts and access to condo was easy. Again, our stay was lovely and overall great, but the condo could use a little TLC.
