Location of the hotel is convenient, very close to the train station and there are many restaurants, mini markets and izakayas in the surroundings.
Room was clean and well equipped and staff was helpful, especially in organising the delivery of my luggage via Sagawa Express to my next hotel.
I have appreciated I could leave my luggages after checking out so that I could explore the city a little bit longer.
Although Japanese hotels generally have small rooms, I have found my room in this hotel smaller than in other hotels I have stayed in before. It was hard to open my suitcase.
Every time I activated the power with my keycard, the TV would turn on by itself even if left it off before before leaving my room. A couple of times the TV would turn on its own during the night, disrupting my sleep.
In order to connect to the hotel's WiFi, you need to register to Marriott's membership program. I have found it a bit inconvenient and a lengthy process.
Communication via Booking message could improve - I had an enquiry that was left unread and unanswered.

Price extremely reasonable with a great location. Staff were top notch for the price paid.

Staff were friendly and spoke good English, location was good, it was walkable from nagoya station and near a lot of convenient stores and eateries, room was comfortable enough for solo traveller.
I had a hard time logging in to the wifi, but once I was logged in it worked fine.
