Love the condo and loved the three levels for more privacy. The condo was everything as expected and very clean and comfortable.

Our property manager Lisa was great to deal/book with. We had several questions due to only two parking spaces allowed. She was very responsive to all our interactions. It worked out well for us after all due to some family to leave and arrive at different times and one took a flight in. The property was very spacious for five adults and one rambunctious toddler. The condo itself was nice, but we ended up washing all the bedcovers we keep seeing a lot of dog or cat hair. Especially on the toddler, cause we couldn’t keep him off the floor/rugs. We removed all the decorative bed pillows due to hair again. We are not animal people dogs nor cats! We lint rolled the couch and swept the rugs. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything we needed for our “at home” meals….. breakfast. The other time we took advantage of the local restaurants and enjoyed all that we were able to get into. The home is in a great location we walked to several restaurants with a 20/25 minute walk. We walked to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. The TWO bicycles came in handy, only two adults chose to ride. We chose to take the trolley back to the condo one night only because the sky threatened of rain. You could tell our condo had a remodel inside, Howe the Community seems a little worn. So work on the grounds and pool area is needed. We enjoyed our stay and have plans to come back. It’s been a few years since our last visit to HHI, so much has changed for the good!

We were a family of teenagers, parents, and grandparents staying in Hilton Head over spring break. We have been going to Hilton Head for six years now, and this was the nicest unit we've ever stayed in. Really enjoyed the beautiful beach decor and layout. However, the stairs to the master bedroom on the 3rd level presented a bit of a challenge for my mother-in-law's mobility. It helped having the elevator to get her up to the entry level of the unit, and she was able to manage alright going up two extra flights of stairs to her bedroom, but it had been a concern for us before our arrival. The two bedrooms on the lowest level were perfect for my husband and me and our teens. I also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and drinking my coffee among the treetops and can see why they named the complex as they did. We also got some use from the provided bikes and were impressed with their near perfect condition. The unit is very centrally located to all our favorite spots at Coligny Plaza and Sea Pines, and we enjoyed hanging out and playing cards at the Loggerhead Bar in the afternoons. Lisa the owner was very friendly and helpful when we had questions come up. It was my in-laws' first time at Hilton Head, and I think they were so impressed that they want to return for a big family reunion next time!

We loved the location. It was close to the tennis matches we attended and to great restaurants and shopping.
Quiet neighborhood. The condo was adequately furnished. The sectional provided comfy seating for many to lounge at the same time. We had plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils. A few more washcloths would be nice. One of the reasons we choose this condo because it was pet friendly. We have a dog that does not shed. There was dog hair on the bedspread and some of the soft seating. I put the bedspread in the closet so that we didn't get hair on our clothes. There are steps to / from the condo and inside the condo. If you struggle with stairs this could be a challenge. Overall it was a great condo and I would stay there again.

The unit was exactly as advertised - which we always appreciate! The layout was great, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Even the bikes were brand new.
The location was fairly central which we liked. The beach is a short 750m walk down a straight path (with the Marriott beach bar right there) and Coligny is a short bike ride away.
Lisa was accessible and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Super clean! Very comfortable! Short walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen and nice pots and pans. We cook quite a bit and this was the best

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s condo over Thanksgiving. It was just as pictured and well equipped. My 3 year old granddaughter wanted to know who’s house it was an I told her my friend Lisa let us borrow it for our vacation. She said she loved staying at and Lisa’s and wanted to know if we could come back next week.

Plenty of room for family of 5. Nice location, with a short (6-8 mins) walk to the beach via a shaded walkway. Two bikes provided, making trip to beach even quicker. Several onsite pools available too. Well equipped unit, furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our 1 week stay. Owner provided plenty of detailed info, and was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend.

First, our positives-the property was spacious, tree-lined, and very close to the beach-two bicycles were added which was nice. The owner, Lisa, was very communicative about our stay and with some challenges with the fridge. There were some other challenges with the lock box not working and the property not completely clean. Lisa is very kind and she lives a distance from her property. I think having someone that could help us access some of the bumps that lived closer would have been nice.
Overall, we had a good time at hilton head, but would have preferred some of the challenges with the property to be addressed before we stayed there.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head, South Carolina, and obviously our first stay in this home.
First, a few thoughts on Hilton Head. We live in West Tennessee, so the majority of our beach trips are the closer communities along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coasts. Hilton Head was a beautiful alternative and we're so happy we chose to visit. Even though we visited at peak tourist season in June it never seemed too crowded. Getting on the island did take time; probably an hour or more from the outlet mall in Bluffton to the property in late afternoon on a Saturday. But that's to be expected with just one bridge. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops of nearby Coligny, and found this section of Hilton Head easy to drive or bike. The neighborhood is next to the paved bike path and it really was an easy walk or ride to the beach. I loved being able to walk or ride almost anywhere and being in the shade on the trail instead of the hot sunshine. I love how there are trees everywhere and it's not just clear cut for large condo towers (our typical experience on the Florida Gulf Coast).
The property: I didn't fully grasp the concept of Tree Tops until walking along the elevated boardwalk around the property. We found the property quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the main pool, which is seen at a distance from the home's patio. We spent a lot of time there. We appreciated having access to two bicycles; our teen son and his friend lived on these bikes all week, and I rode one multiple times for longer rides around the island. On that note, it is crazy how wide the beach gets when the tide is out and the ease of riding bikes on the hard sand. We really loved this beach. The water was about as warm as Gulf of Mexico and much warmer than Outer Banks.
House: This house couldn't have worked better for my wife and I, our 15-year-old son and his 16-year-old friend. Their bedrooms are on the first floor of the unit, giving us lots of separation from their late-night video games. The second floor living room/dining room/kitchen is spacious and the third-floor master had plenty of room as well. We cooked a couple meals in the house and did a few loads of laundry. Everything worked really well as a great home away from home during a week at the beach. We're really happy we found this home.
The owner was really quick in responding both via the VRBO app and text. We hope to return to Hilton Head again and also to this property.

There were a few slight hiccups, most of which were out of the owner’s control. The previous guests were late leaving so when we arrived, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Lisa called and had the maid service there promptly but you could tell it was a rush job. Nothing that we couldn’t clean up ourselves though. The key code lock on the front door gave us problems and the refrigerator wasn’t staying cold. We would have appreciated having someone come out to fix the fridge but otherwise Lisa was very prompt at responding to all of our texts or emails! The walk to the beach is doable but closer to a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, we had a nice stay and a great week at the beach!

We love it location and we love the condominium. Stayed for two weeks and enjoy the property and quick walk to the beach. Please specially enjoyed the walk every morning to celebration Park which is right across the street from Coligny plaza and Piggly Wiggly Grocery. The owner is kind, courteous, organized and the sleeping arrangements are very generous and flexible for families of all sizes, including infants! Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to HHI and we loved it! The condo was spacious and in a nice wooded setting. The trip to the beach was a pretty shaded short bike ride that we all enjoyed doing each day a couple times a day. The location is great and the space was perfect for our family of 5. Lisa is a fantastic host and responsive within moments for questions or concerns.

Nice condo, not too far to walk to the beach.

The owner is super nice and communicative, and this property is located in a terrific spot. It's also very spacious and it's set up nicely so the master is on the top floor, living space in the middle, and 2 other bedrooms on the bottom floor. That said, when we came in, the office where you pick up passes was already closed at 5:00 p.m. on Dec. 23 for the holiday and no one had called in our passes. The owner had us write a note and post it in windshield, which was ok until after the holiday. When we got into the property, the floor hadn't been swept and there was a bug and dog fur on floor, and a bug in the downstairs sink. I know that SC can get buggy, but the cleaning people should have taken care of this. There were a few things broken (dining room blinds and door to master closet) that I reported right away just so we wouldn't be charged for them, and the owner was really pleasant and communicative. The overall place was not properly cleaned - there was grime in the grout and corners in bathrooms, on floors, etc. I think looking at the reviews, this probably started happening over the past year, so hopefully the owner gets a better cleaning service/management company or figures out how to make sure the place gets a really intensive cleaning. We ended up only using it to sleep and going out during the day so it wasn't so bad, and I'm not trying to be negative here, but the cleanliness of the place needs work. If that gets corrected, it would be five stars for sure.

We had a Great Week with the family at Treetops. The condo was just the right size for everybody and we all enjoyed it very much.

Nice area . Two of the 3 bedrooms had some kind of biting bug. 2 of us had an allergic reaction to it. The washer had a leak. There was nice decor. And they had everything we needed.

I was thrilled when my girls and their families agreed to join us for a family vacation. We had a great week of beautiful weather and enjoyed first time beach fun with our grandchildren. We have visited HHI for many many years now and are familiar with the many resturants in the area. I'm going to put this out there for those who love wholesome low country meals. You've got to visit Lowcountry Backyard Resturant...Hands down the BEST place we had dinner. Now, as far as the accommodations...somewhat disappointed on the cleanliness and upkeep of our stay. I'm somewhat particular on cleanliness I guess since I have my own business in residential cleaning. I feel that shower curtains, baseboards, refrigerators, under cushions on sofas, and furniture pushed away from walls should be paid attention to on a regular basis. If I didn't say anything at all about these concerns, the property owner would not be informed. I also am respectful that these ladies have to work fast, but what I was charged for for the cleaning, I expected a much cleaner atmosphere. My husband actually scrubbed the refrigerator out himself😊 that's unusual for him! Please know that I'm not that picky I just expect what I pay for

Amazing condo with lots of privacy! Very quiet safe area! Loved the walk to the beach, such a relaxing pretty walk. This condo is close to everything! Great location! Lisa is super nice! We will stay again!

Wonderful location, close to beach and Coligny area. Condo owner was easy to talk with and very responsive. Two bikes were included in rental. Minor things that would have made the stay a five star: patio vertical blind missing multiple slats, lightbulb above the stove burned out, condo could have used a deep clean. There are many stairs in this condo. You enter on the bottom level (two bedrooms and a full bath, second level (living room, kitchen, half bath), third level (master bedroom, full bath). For us it was fine but anyone who has trouble with stairs would have a hard time.

Lisa, the owner, was efficient and enjoyable! Our trip was very last minute and she made it happen. I was very impressed with the updated furnishings and the cleanliness. Convenient 8 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

Had a great week at Tree Top. The walk to the beach was nice-a great trail to,get there. Condo was furnished nicely and had lots of kitchen items- plates, glasses, toaster. My daughter lives on the island so we Were at her house for most dinners. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. So the three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked great. I would definitely rent this unit again

We spent a week in this condo with our young children and friends and their children. The floor plan was perfect for a large family. the condo was beautifully furnished, very well stocked with all household items you would need, and the owner was wonderful, making us feel very comfortable and welcome. The location is perfect...very short bike ride or walk to the beach, close to Coligny and Sea Pines. Wonderful family vacation! We are already looking forward to planning another trip to HHI and hopefully this condo!

The condo was very accommodating. It was beautifully decorated and had everything in the kitchen that we
could have wanted. The master bedroom was very spacious, and it offered much privacy being on the 3rd level.
The other bedrooms were great and plenty of bathroom space for 6 of us. The view off the balcony was spectacular-much foliage and view of pond. The beach was great! The pools were not heated, but by Friday after
a week of hot/sunny weather, we were able to jump in and enjoy.

I loved how quiet and peaceful the condo was this time of year. Loved bike riding to Coligny Plaza for breakfast, lunch, ice cream and dinner. I loved Jim's Tiki pool bar. Loved the floor plan. Kids downstairs and adults downstairs. I liked the windows and the island view.
