Location, comfort and cleanliness
Parking is a little tight and timing can be tricky but I was able to get a spot in the restaurant / hotel spaces.

Location was amazing
As advertised- upstairs has some floor noise (scraping chairs) until around 10.30pm.

2 complimentary drinks for the bar up stairs. Good vibes and meet new people. Room always was replaced with fresh towels and clean when I was out for the day. Not far from the beach. A lot of restaurants and shopping spots around.

Location and ease of check in.
There was constant people walking above the room that it made difficult to sleep. The front door was constantly left open.
