There is a Queen bed and a futon that can be slept on in the loft. The Master Bedroom is very large with a large bathroom, including double sink. One full bathroom is attached to the Master Suit, and the other can be accessed by both of the Guest bedrooms, in a "Jack and Jill" configuration. There are also two half baths. One is in the loft, and the other is in the hallway on the main level. A very convenient and smart bathroom configuration for the house. The Prosser Lake View Estates area is a "hidden gem" in the Truckee/Tahoe area.
