We have an open air walkway leading to your private entrance to your condo. 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located within walking distance to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. 1/2 block from trolley stop. Master Bedroom has king size pillow top bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in shower. 3rd bedrooms has a queen size bed, all bedrooms has private bathrooms and flat screen TV with cable. Living room has new sofa sleeper, Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player, Seasonal fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, blender, toaster and crock pot. Washer/Dryer in condo. Indoor Hot tub on 1st floor The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain, some sites from Gatlinburg or just sit out back and watch nature and the wildlife. No need to worry about parking or traffic the condo is located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg's restaurants, shops and attractions. Only 10 minutes from Rocky Top Sports World

Very clean, close to everything, and owner communicated with us on time. If you love wildlife you need to stay here! We saw a bear the first night while walking to the strip, a mama bear and her cubs and a pack of coyote pups. Since it was Labor Day weekend and traffic was heavy we were glad we chose this condo.

The walk to the parkway was super easy about 10 minutes. Sidewalks the entire way except right out of parking lot but quiet road, cut through the Village. We saw several bears and cubs around the condo. Separate air conditioning controls in each bedroom and main area. Three adult couples plenty of room. We would stay here again!!!

This house has good views of smoky mountains, even saw a bear at a distance from condo, walking distance to downtown, free trolly stop close by if you don’t want to walk to downtown, walking distance to Anakeesta, sky lift and several other locations. Kitchen is small but has all the necessary supplies, get the groceries from Pigeon Forge .. best part is million dollar view from the condo balcony.. strongly recommend ..

The condo was very nice, as advertised, and well-equipped for our stay. We were able to meet the property owners who were just awesome, and we enjoyed our 4-day stay immensely (this was our second time renting the condo and we definitely plan to return next year. Great getaway!

Traveled for a girls weekend in Gatlinburg. There were 5 of us and the condo was perfect! Weather wasn’t ideal so we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony, but we did enjoy the indoor hot tub and swimming pool after a full day of shopping and moonshine tasting! The condo was close enough to everything to walk yet far enough for peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the comfort and location of this condo! Patty was great to work with and very helpful, but once we got in, there was little need to anything! We were in town for a basketball tourney and it made travel back and forth extremely simple!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo itself was in generally good condition. The property (pool, exterior, elevator, etc) needs some work - dated and in rough shape. The owners were friendly, easy check-in, and offered to allow us to park in their covered spot due to the rain. The living room and kitchen were pretty small for a bigger group (ie >4), but it was just 2 of us - so was very nice. There are some closer units to the strip, but this wasn't too far - got a little tiring if multiple trips per day. I think a unit near us was under repair and they started early and it was pretty loud, but it was fine. Overall, worth the price - but we were on winter season (low) prices. Thanks for the stay!

Had a Great long Weekend in the condo. Jim & Patty are super easy and nice to work with. Everything was as expected and as described in the posting. The only issue we had was with the cable TV but that wasn't Jim or Patty's fault, that was Charter/Spectrum. We have the same issues in our area with the cable service from them.

The condo was amazingly furnished and in a perfect location and in walking distance to the strip. The owners were so friendly and were available 24/7- they made sure you knew they were there to help if you have questions! The 2 back bedrooms have a shared balcony with an amazing view! The pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable. This condo housed 7 adults, a 3 year old, and 6 month old comfortably. There is no crib/pack and play so be mindful of that! Our family made amazing memories here and we can’t wait to visit again. 🥰

Had a great time here, 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, who could ask for more. Within walking distance from main street we had a great time enjoying the wonderful roads in the mountains by day and the fun of Gatlinburg at night. We came by motorcycles and the owners were able to let us use a covered parking bay, super appreciated. The washer dryer allowed us to pack light. What a great place.

Thank you for allowing us to stay on your beautiful property. The property was clean, and property guidelines were clear and accurate. However, the first time I over-crossed the building, as the building number was a little elevated from the road, but it was not an issue.

This condo was perfect! Patty was a great host and helped in so many ways. She was very fast at responding and explained the check-in and check-out process very clearly. She accommodated all of our needs, for example, my parents drove a Telsa and she had a charging cord set up for them. Everything was very clean and each room had their own bathroom! The beds were very comfortable, my 8 month old daughter loved the King bed! Quick walk down to the Parkway. We will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg Towers! While not the newest facility, it was perfect for our stay and very reasonable. We were in town for a marriage retreat, and we had three couples in our party. Our requirements were the following: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an elevator, and a recliner. This fit the bill for all we needed, and Patty was great to work with.

Elevator and building may make you wonder but condo is better. You are not quite as close to the strip as it sounds. A pretty good hike but if you don’t mind walking a pretty good grade up you will be fine. Owners were very accommodating.

Condo itself was nice and clean. A lot of updates but needs a few (minor) more. Building definitely needs some updating. Not far from downtown
