Located in West Beach, this lovely condo for $449 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Please note our unit 1001 is Adults only as follows - 4 Adults maximum, 25 and older, which includes occupants and guests. Located at 921 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, we purchased our unit in the Winter of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The Unit is a Wonderful 10th Floor East End Corner Unit offering a large wrap around Balcony with access from both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. The Spacious Condo offers Two King Suites each with Private Bath, Nine Foot Ceilings and Crown Moulding throughout. This complex offers a private outdoor pool and hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated. There is an exercise room overlooking the beach and sauna located on the Lobby level. Charcoal grills are available for our guest to use but you must bring your own charcoal, starter and lighter. Rental chairs and umbrella's are available March to October (or November depending on the weather) from Ike's Beach Service. There is a place to leave your beach chairs (if you bring your own) in a secure beach side storage area used by the entire complex. You may want to consider bringing a cable lock to secure them. Each unit has a unique Wristband with FOB provided to you which allows you access to the Sauna, Hot Tub, Beach, Beach Storage Room, Exercise Room and Pool. The HOA does not allow RVs or Trailers on the property. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, all common areas and all limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests. There is no long boardwalk and no long walk through the hot sand. Prices and Fees are subject to change without notice so book today to guarantee your rate then come on down to Gulf Shores and Enjoy! Although this was a quick 4-night stay, it was the perfect place for a getaway. Being a corner unit with the wrap around deck was a nice addition. Being on the 10th floor made for nice views. The master bed was comfortable and made for good sleep. We did not need a second bedroom so it was not used. My guess is it is just as comfortable as the one we stayed in. The location was nice, made for easy access to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, with Fort Morgan not too far down the road. The owners were easily accessible to answer any questions we had, including reccomending Voyagers for our 35th Anniversary dinner. I would reccomend as well. We have been to the Gulf Shores area many times and would not hesitate staying at this location again.

Property was even better than pictures! Very clean, laid out well with comfy beds. Had a question I messaged the owners on. Got a very quick response and answer to my question. We all agreed this property would be our first choice when visiting Gulf Shores.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores at David and Angie’s place. It was the perfect place on the beach, walkable to many things, and the beach access was great! The only disappointing part was that the hot tub by the pool was closed for part of the time, and when it was open the water was too cold to go in. Other than that, we had a great time!

Crystal Shores is our favorite place to stay when we make our yearly trip to Gulf Shores, and this is our favorite condo! The Carmichaels are great hosts and the condo is always very clean and we’ll stocked. The corner unit gives such a perfect view, love spending time on the balcony! The beds are very comfortable, and that’s something we always look for in reviews. So, yes, the beds are super comfy!! The pool facility is older than most but the condos are updated, pool is great, and the beach access is so close!! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a great, much overdue, trip with our adult kids who joined us last minute, and luckily, we even extended our vacation a few more days. Thank you for being part of another great trip!!! We WILL be back!

Very clean, it was a wonderful place to stay we loved it, being right on the water was amazing!! Such a great location. We had an issue with the people staying right next to us and David reached out to that property owner and it was resolved quickly, it was so nice that they cared enough to make our stay a great one! This property is amazing! It is everything and more than described and the view is incredible! We did not want to leave. The place was very clean and comfortable beds. Everything we wanted to do as far as eating and shopping was close by, the beach is steps away, we hope to book again next year!

The condo was perfect! The location couldn’t be better, it’s literally just a few steps from the beach. The condo has a perfect view, right down the street is The Hangout and a bunch of other restaurants, it is quiet, and parking is great. Definitely recommend for a relaxing beach trip.

I really can’t say anything bad about this unit. The check in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. The unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy beach access. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Just as advertised. This is a beautiful corner unit condo on the 10th floor with a direct view of the Gulf. It was exceptionally clean upon check in and was everything the description promised. The owners communicated very well with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Very nice covered parking with this spot right next to the elevator. I definitely recommend staying her for your trip. Walking distance to main shopping and restaurant corner of the Gulf Shores.
