Please note my unit 1001 is for ADULTS ONLY as follows - 4 Adults maximum, 25 and older, which includes occupants and guests.
Located at 921 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, I purchased this unit in the winter of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The Unit is a Wonderful 10th Floor East End Corner Unit offering a large wrap around Balcony with access from both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. The Spacious Condo offers Two King Suites each with a Private Bath, Nine Foot Ceilings, Crown Moulding and one assigned parking spot underneath the building on the ground level very close to the elevators (parking for two cars maximum with valid dated parking passes. no RV's or trailers allowed). The complex offers a small private outdoor pool and hot tub that leads to a small indoor pool that is seasonally heated. There is an exercise room which overlooks the beach as well as a sauna located on the Lobby level. Several charcoal grills are located on the East side of the complex and are available for my guests.. Rental chairs and umbrella's are available March to October (or November depending on the weather) from Ike's Beach Service. There is a place to leave your beach chairs and umbrella (if you bring your own) in a secure beach side storage area which is used by the entire complex. I provide for each of my guest a Wristband with Key Fob which allows you to access the Beach, Private Pool & Hot Tub, Sauna, Beach Storage Room and Exercise Room.
SMOKING NOT ALLOWED in my unit, common areas and all limited common areas which INCLUDES BALCONIES.

Absolutely gorgeous property with beautiful 270 views over Gulf and Sound. Spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family or two couples. Great location handy to many restaurants and a grocery across the street. Nice and responsive hosts!!

Listing was spot on! Beautiful condo and super clean! The owners did a great job representing their place that I don't feel like I need to elaborate. Impressed that the Crystal Shores property is well kept up with friendly maintenance and cleaning crew on site visibly working hard to keep things looking great! Other condo owners also doing a good job hosting respectful occupants. View and location was great! Loved the wrap around balcony that we could adjust our seating depending on the sun or wind! We walked the beach for a lunch or dinner at Bahama Bob's and Pink Pony Club. Convenience store right across the street! Loved the included parking pass. Best spot in the lot! Right next to the handicap spot and closest to the elevator. Pool was clean and maybe heated?? Super comfortable temperature. Hot tub very cozy and warm as well. Properly maintained. We originally were going to take a uber to the condo and stay planted during our 3 night 4 day stay but I'm glad we decided to rent a car. It was nice to explore the area and have the convenience to drive to Walmart or Publix when we needed to grab some groceries as going out got to be a bit pricey!

Great corner unit for view of the ocean. As this was a gift for my parents, I had to communicate with the owners prior to the trip and they were very responsive and had everything ready for their stay.
