About this condo rental
Located in Brandon, this charming condo for $119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We do not allow pets. We love them but some don't. This is a fully furnished 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo. The Master Suite takes up the whole upstairs and is an open loft with a walk-in closet, vanity and private bath with walk-in shower. A queen size bed, two dressers to accommodate short stays or long. You have a beautiful view of the Lake from all rooms and are also overlooking the Pool. This spacious 967 Square foot of living space will provide you with a full working kitchen with over the stove microwave and new dishwasher. New fans throughout. The downstairs bedroom will accommodate all of your needs for guests or children. A second queen size bed with lots of storage for clothing with another huge walk-in closet and beautiful views of the Lake. The living room / dinning room space is great for entertaining. Everything is included. Tennis rackets & balls, pool cue, all utensils, pots & pans, glasses, towels, coffee maker, can opener, assorted knifes, toaster, soaps & shampoos, etc. This condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit. Also included is a fitness center with nautical equipment, tennis courts, racquetball, pool table and a fantastic clubhouse overlooking the Lake. All utilities included, with wi-fi and cable. 45-60 minutes from Disney and Orlando, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 60 minutes from some of the worlds best beaches including Treasure Island, Siesta Key, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and many others. This is a prime location right in the heart of Brandon. The closest main intersection is SR 60 and Parsons. This is a great school district also: Brooker Elementary, Burns Middle and Bloomingdale High School. You are within walking distance to Brandon Regional Hospital. Close to everything including the Mall, Movie Theater, Restaurants, I-75, I-4, Parks, Library, Little League Baseball (just across the st.), Banks and many other things. This is one of the best condos you will see in Brandon that is currently available. We are adopting a newborn in the area in a few weeks and were traveling to Brandon to meet the birth mom and get a feel for the area. We were excited to find somewhere close to the hospital that was very clean and just what we need. Tom and Sandy were very nice. We hope to be able to stay there when we return for the adoption.

The place we stayed at was quite relaxing. It was right next to lake and swimming pool in this complex. Very convenient to shooing and restaurants. Reasonable priced for a nice getaway. Much more so than staying in a hotel. Thanks to Bob for allowing us to stay in his condo.

We loved staying at the townhome on the lake. It was like our own personal home away from home. Each morning we sat on the porch to watch the sun rise. It was quiet and relaxing. The home had everything you needed and two gracious hosts. It was especially nice to be in the center of town. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away from all the noise. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

This condo was clean and very comfortable, and just as shown and written on their website. It was most relaxing on the screened in porch watching the ducks and white pelicans on the lake, whether with coffee I the morning or wine in the evening.

The property is charming and nicely located on lake Parsons in Brandon Fl. The location is very good for Brandon destinations. It's also quiet and setback from main roads. The property has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. I'd recommend and stay again.

Not at all what we expected…
The location was perfect with views of the water and close to the pool. The screened porch was comfortably furnished and a great place to start and end each day. Pool noodles, board games, and an extra fan were nice touches. Parking was easy. The loft and downstairs bedroom were nicely decorated. With all of the great reviews, I really, really wanted to love this place but instead we got a moldy coffee maker (replacement provided), a random assortment of expired and already opened foods in the fridge and cupboards (host stated in a previous follow-up review that he removed these things, but he did not), shelves coated in crumbs, broken blinds, a walk-in closet door that would not open, and a substantial leak from the bedroom ceiling during a thunderstorm. As guests, we quietly managed and addressed, without complaint, each of these problems as they arose. Prior to posting this review I reached out to Tom to share our negative experiences with him in private so he was aware in case he wanted to make changes for future guests. Instead of apologizing for the uncleanliness and disrepair of the unit, he blamed us for not alerting him each time we noticed a problem. Honestly, I’m not calling someone at 10pm to come fix a broken blind when I can do it myself. I’m not calling someone to come wipe down the cupboards and dump the moldy coffee grounds when that should’ve been done prior to guest arrival. I’m not calling someone at 8:00 at night to come and put a bucket and towels on the floor to manage a leak when I can do it myself. This was supposed to be a time of peacefulness and relaxation. We paid a lot of money to be treated as if we were to blame for the way we chose to handle things that never should have happened. The host lacked empathy and told me that most of his guests have wonderful experiences as proven by his reviews. He said they just maintain the unit as best they can. Not at all what we expected.

Tom and Sandy were very easy to work with. Check in was very easy. Even when I got mixed up on the day I had to check out, Sandy was very nice and worked with me until I could get everything pulled together. Very helpful since I was working at the time.

Great Apartment and Neighborhood
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this rental and it was just as nice as last time. The rental owners respond quickly to any questions and the apartment is well equipped with anything you’d need. We loved how close it was to the pool, the beautiful lake right outside the door, and the quiet neighborhood.
