Our downtown condo is a short walk from the shops and gourmet restaurants of Downtown Traverse City, a stone's throw from the Tart Trail that takes you to the nearby marina and all the nature trails. This premier unit has a gorgeous unrestricted lake view of the Grand Traverse Bay. Hang out on our two balconies and take in the view. A pleasant drive outside the city takes you to the breathtaking golf courses the Summer Golf Capital of America has to offer. (Check out the TCgolfguide for the incredible golfing Traverse City has to offer.) Walk across the street to the beach and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. Or relax with the kids on the adjacent park and play ground. The spectacular color tour of the autumn canopy draws visitors in the Fall while the 35 plus wineries and eight plus breweries within a 30-minute drive are open year round. Vacationers return with the snow to ski and snowboard at some of the Midwest's best ski resorts. When your day is done, rest in the 2 story condo, comfortably furnished with a 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, another queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, all located in the upper level, along with a full bath, plus your own washer and dryer. Comfortable living and dining areas are on the 1st level with a fully-equipped kitchen. Our first level also features a second full bath, the only 3-bedroom unit in the complex so equipped. 3 flat screen TVs located throughout with plenty of movies and kids channels. Enjoy our 43" Samsung Smart TV to stream your own media or enjoy or ample in house channels. No cable but we have 40+ streaming and aerial HDTV channels. We enjoyed our stay here in Traverse City over New Year's. We had a great view of Lake Michigan and it was an easy walk to downtown. We had everthing we needed for our stay and would definitely come back again! Thanks!

The condo is in a wonderful location, a couple blocks from downtown. Check in is at 5p & I wished it was earlier. The condo was spacious, clean, all kitchen supplies were available to use. The only two upgrades our group find are necessary is the 1 ply toilet paper (upgrade to 2ply) and the beds could use a mattress topper; we all thought they were too hard. But even with that being said, we would definitely recommend and come back to this VRBO. Again, it was so clean, the owner responded to us quickly during the booking thru check in process, perfect location.

The owner, Roy Morscher, was very responsive to our requests and needs. For example, because we were traveling with my 13-month-old grandson, I asked Roy where I might rent a pack n' play. He immediately responded and said he found one and put it in our condo to use at no extra charge -- he even included sheets! The condo has everything you might need and the location is terrific - quick walk to West Bay, downtown, and neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay at Roy's VRBO condo!

I notice the mirrors still had water spots all over them and the shower walls still had soap scum and a dirty ring on tub. So whoever is cleaning for you is not cleaning the bathrooms very well. I hope the sheets and pillow cases were washed they were pretty wrinkled. The location was great. someone parked in our parking spot the last night good thing there was two extra spot to park in. Everything else was nice. would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels and paper goods. It has a good view of the bay. We have stayed in this complex before and liked it very much. It’s within walking distance to the downtown shopping district. It’s only about 7 minutes walk to the Little Fleet food truck and craft beer complex which we enjoyed. We would would recommend this condo without hesitation. Traverse City is our #1 Michigan place to visit and this was a great place to call home for a week!

My family and I were in town for paddle for pints. This place was in a perfect location for us to quickly bike ride to our event, and to many restaurants and breweries! We had a blast! Two bathrooms and showers, along with 3 bedrooms made it perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first trip to Traverse City and it did not disappoint. The condo was exceptionally clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The kids absolutely loved the park next door. They were mastering their frisbee and basketball skills. We were a little mistaken about the distance between the condo and shopping. It is about a 14 minute walk, but the residential neighborhood is lovely and well cared for. Front St is very busy, so we did have to walk a couple blocks to get to a crosswalk. My husband tried to go walk to the lake directly from the condo, but it was impossible. Roy was absolutely wonderful responding to all my questions. He is a wonderful resource when deciding where to go and what to see. Hopefully, we'll get to make the trip again in the future.

Among the newer condos and charming properties in Traverse City, this is a very nice accommodation. With a bathroom on each of the 2 levels, this space worked well for a medium size dinner group of adults. Each balcony had a bay view that was very enjoyable and there were extra chairs to set out to relax. The condo was very clean , no odors, with linens provided. I especially enjoyed the smooth sheets. I am rather much like the "Princess and the Pea" who needs a good bed with quality sheets. This condo fit the bill quite well. The check-in and directions were prompt, And the keypad system worked like a charm. The kitchen had several sizes of tumblers and wine glasses as well as plates and tableware for 6. The parking situation was fine for us with 2 vehicles. We used the parking passes with good results. Roy answered our questions with in a reasonable time. We were very comfortable. I recommend this place and will return if Traverse City is on a travel plan for me.
