Kitchen fully furnished, towels, sheets, beds, king-size in MBR, full and twin bed in second BR. WI-FI-TV. Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.

The condo was spacious, clean and well cared for. It was such a great place for our family to have a girls weekend for shopping. I can’t wait to come back because the condo was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There’s have a view of the water and shopping downtown is very close by

Some friends and I stayed here for a wine-tasting weekend in Traverse City.The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal. Lisa was tremendous with her communication in the week leading up to our trip, as well as available all weekend if we needed her. She was also so kind and flexible with a last-minute change of plans when my friends ended up needing to bring their kids (7 and 3). We appreciated all the amenities and the additional parking pass. This condo is exactly as it looks in the photos, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Three friends and I were on a girls wine tasting trip for a few days and this condo was the perfect property for our trip. Both the owner and concierge were quick to reply to any questions I had prior to the trip. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, beds were comfy, and anything we needed was in the kitchen. It was a short walk into town for dinner and shopping, close to the water to enjoy the lake air and sunset. We would definitely stay again.

Property had great amenities and would stay there again. Our one recommendation would be to replace the living room furniture which looked fine however it was past it’s prime and in much need of cushion replacement. Other than that, great condo and location!!!

Our stay went very well! Lisa communicated ahead of time and during our stay. She guided us to a couple excellent local restaurants, responding to our questions almost immediately. Kitchen was great to work in when we did stay in, and all needed supplies were quite available too. Great location, too!

Lodging was perfect for a mixed group of friends that traveled north for the Iceman Mountain Bike race. Great location near restaurants. Plenty of space and equipped kitchen for meals. Would definitely recommend to others!

This is the second time I’ve rented here during TCFF week. It’s a great location. Very walkable. I like that there are 2 parking spaces. I also like that it is located on the first floor. Very little noise from above. Lisa makes checking in very easy and she can answer all your questions. Some toiletries are provided and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s a great place to stay.

Our family enjoyed this comfortable, clean and spacious condo! We were in town for 4 days of wedding events and it was perfect for us! It was very clean, comfortable beds and great kitchen with lots of extras to enjoy! You can't beat the location, walked to downtown, parks and beach! This condo was the perfect home base for our family during a sport tournament. They supplied everything we needed while there and it was very clean upon arrival. Walking distance to little fleet and other restaurants, one block from the beach!

Our group came up for a girl's weekend in Traverse City and we loved this little condo. It was very clean and well maintained and Lisa ensured we had everything we needed. This condo was easy to access and right within walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown TC shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again in the future.
