Nestled in Kihei, this attractive condo for $140 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. My condo is in Kihei and is not impacted by the Lahaina Fires. All services are open on the Island except Lahaina town. Welcome to my newly renovated, modest, tropical island retreat. The charming vacation condo is conveniently located in sunny Kihei, across from a stunning, white sand beach, Kamaole Beach Park II, a short 528-foot walk from the condo front door. If you are looking for a convenient location, coupled with an affordable price, this is the place to be. The condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that sleeps, two people. The Kihei Kai Nani condominium complex, a magnificently-landscaped, low-rise condominium resort on the leeward, dry side of Maui, is the perfect place for a relaxing and fun-packed vacation. Great for a romantic getaway and vacation, the designer-decorated interior features cool tile floors, ceiling fans, and a Polynesian theme. Comfortable furnishings from all over the world provide the look and feel of a time gone by in a South Seas haven. Just outside are lush flower gardens and palm trees that are home to colorful tropical songbirds. The bathroom and kitchen are renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, tile, and fixtures. They are clean and functional, and the rental price and location make all the difference. After a day of swimming, surfing, or relaxing on the beach, stroll to the many nearby shops and restaurants. Dine out at over ten locations nearby pick up-up groceries without having to get in your car at the local Hawaiian Moon Natural Foods, just a short 352 yards walk from the condo door. You can prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. All of the tools and utensils needed to make the most elegant meals are provided. Several outdoor gas barbecues are available, two just a few feet outside the condo door. Cook at home and enjoy twilight dining on the lanai, a perfect setting to enjoy a tropical evening in paradise. The large swimming pool with a lounging deck nearby (approximately 150 feet) is paths, parks, and beaches for walking, jogging, and cycling. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in. Perfect location right across from Kamaole 2. Met many friendly owners/renters. Complex has a very laid back vibe. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of plates, utensils, bowls & appliances. Lanai looks onto green space and side of building 11 so very quiet and private. Closer to back of complex so no street noise. Washer in the condo with rack on the lanai for drying or commercial dryers($) by the pool. We were there for 6 weeks and it was a perfect holiday. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

The condo was perfect and clean. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was close by and easy to get to. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed a luau, and also a sunset dinner cruise.

East check-in/out. Clean and had EVERyThInG needed to stay a week. So nice to have a washer and plenty of hangers to wash and air dry. Beach chairs were convenient in addition to the complex clean water rinse off hose. Friendly front office staff and literally across the street from beach access. Air conditioner in living room was great. Only wished for one in the bedroom. Realized quickly no other unit had that either so we slept with two fans and minimal or no clothing. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and bedding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this VRBO! Everything was very close and driving along the beach was a pure joy for longer trips. Maui Strong! Mahalo!

This condo was lovely, location is perfect, easy drive from airport and close to shops and food as well as the beach! The whole complex was very chill and well equipped. Perfect for my wife and I. Wi-Fi was strong and fast and kitchen was well equipped for the few times we made breakfast.

We loved the location- close to beach and restaurants, shops, food trucks and supermarkets. Kihei is a great location if you enjoy walking. The condo is well furnished- even with beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely come again.

Nice small condo for a place to call home while on vacation. The air conditioning is in the living room, therefore the bedroom gets warm. The fans help. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and other basics. Theres a washer but no dryer. It was quiet and enjoyable.

This property was perfect! The location was an easy walk to the beach each day, and provided everything we needed for the beach. We rented snorkel gear from a small stand nearby. We could walk to many nice restaurants and sweet shops as well. Parking was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay!

The Condo is in South Kihei, not too far from anything it is very central and just across from one of the the Kamaole Beach Parks. Close to any shopping including groceries if needed. The Condo is Located at the back of the resort away from the road noise but unfortunately not far enough away from the noisy abundant Roosters, who by the way were very loud throughout the night and between them and the early sunrise you were up bright and early around 4:30am. Parking is very abundant and close to the Condo.
The Lanai is has a nice area for your morning coffee. And you can hand wet clothes if needed.
The bedroom is very hot, it has a ceiling fan which is no help for the heat and needs either darker drapes to help keep the sun out or extra a/c. The living area and Kitchen had been re-done and looked very nice, the Kitchen was perfect, it was well stocked with everything you needed. It was also supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and supplies for the pool too. Overall we were comfortable.
There was a few things that need some attention, the washing machine needs a deep clean… the bathroom fan is thick with dust although I did get some of it off. The shower doors need a good clean and the floors. Also the steam mop was left with a dirty mop head on and a very loose handle no tools to tighten it, I did take the mop head off and wash it. The TV changer does not work very good and has a mind of its own. Over all we enjoyed our stay and had an Amazing time. TY

Thank you for a lovely stay. The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is probably the best stocked with every imaginable cooking requirement than any other place we have stayed at. Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit in years to come.

Melodie's place was perfect for my needs. There was a minor issue with the bathroom plumbing making noise, but maintenance is easy to reach & they came within 24 hours to fix it. The location, right across from Kamaole II beach is super convenient, despite the high traffic location; I loved being able to walk 3 mins to the beach. Her condo is recently renovated, attractive, & the perfect size for 1 or 2 persons. It's well stocked with cooking utensils/appliances and beach gear. If you're there long enough you'll get to meet her neighbors; a friendly group of retirees. There isn't a waterfront view, but there is a lanai which gets morning shade & is perfect for enjoying breakfast. She has a washing machine in the unit, but bring quarters for the dryers which are located centrally within the complex. A hint for those unfamiliar with the dead bolt: enter the code provided, then turn the DEADBOLT to lock or unlock the door, and THEN turn the doorknob to open the door. And if you have to communicate with Melodie while there, you'll have better luck earlier in the day. Overall, a great little place.

We had an AMAZING time! We absolutely loved Melodie’s property and the proximity of the condo to everything in Kihei! We could walk everywhere and relax on the patio on beautiful evenings! This is our favorite place to stay on Maui. It is a short walk to our favorite beach, aside from the chatter of birds the neighborhood is quiet, and the pool is clean and spacious. Just a wonderful place to relax.

We love Maui. Kihei is our favorite area. Melodie's condo was Great could not ask for anything better. Totally updated condo kitchen was great all new appliances and cookware. We sure hope she has condo available for long time to come we would to keep returning it was the best 6 wks we ever spent on Maui cant say thank you enought after the rough yr we all had in 2020-2021.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is a beautiful condo that is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. It's a two minute walk to an amazing beach and great restaurants right round the corner. Melodie was so amazing! She was so nice and accommodating! We highly recommend this property! Even before we arrived on our 2 month vacation we found Melodie a joy to deal with. We had a few hicups with cancelled flights and Melodie was very helpful and flexible with the dates. The property was comfortable, clean and right in the heart of Kiehi. We totally enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back hopefully for many years to come. This is a very nice place, the location is super, quiet, we slept well. Everything you need for life is there, a lot of good dishes. There is an excellent beach in front of a 3 min walk, 3 min drive to the beaches of Wailea. We are very grateful, thank you Melodie!

Great spot for exploring Maui!
Melodie's condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Maui. It is also well-situated on the island as a base for exploring both the east and west side of the island. There's a great grocery store called Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods located a 5 minute walk from the condo, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is very close.

First Trip to Maui and First VRBO
This was our first trip to Maui and our first VRBO experience; neither disappointed! The condo was exactly as advertised and was excellent. Perfect for two people, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic; across the street from a great beach and close to shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. Kihei is a great home base to explore Maui.
We would absolutely rent from Melodie again! A wonderful vacation!

My husband and I finally took our honeymoon after three years and two kids later. It was my first time in Maui, and I am so glad we stayed in Kihei. It was centrally located and close to some great restaurants. The condo was beautiful, quiet, and walking distance from a beautiful beach! Normally I struggle to get a good night's rest in a bed other than my own, but I slept so good here. The pool looked nice, but we were drawn to the beach and sea turtles instead. :)
Prior to our visit, Melodie answered all our questions in such a timely fashion. We are so grateful we chose to stay in her condo.

This was our third stay at Melody's condo. We have already booked November 2021 (unfortunately November 2020 was already taken when we went to book).
This was our first visit since Melody's renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. Before the renovation the condo was the best value in Kihei. With the renovations it represents outstanding value.
The complex has a great pool and is a short walk from the ocean.
Melody is very approachable and quick to respond to questions.
We will be back.

Nice Condo - Cleanliness?
The condo is as described. Nicely put together with most things you will need. New appliances and nicely redone. The bedroom is in the back of the condo and the air conditioning is in the front. It has been unusually hot in Maui this year and the bedroom never cooled down. The fan provided in the bedroom was encrusted in dust. I wiped it down, but it really needs to be replaced or taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. I contacted the owner but got no response. The counter tops looked clean but weren’t and the floor is just grimy. If you walk barefoot you have dirty feet.
