Medical trip - easy drive to Lions Gate Hospital. Close to wonderful trails for walking. All shopping needs within a 5 minute drive, or a walkable distance away. A creek runs below one of the borders of this property, and it cuts out all traffic noise.

This property was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We treated a couple of family members on a mini vacation in Vancouver for their birthdays and couldn't be happier with our choice of places to stay. Dan was extremely accommodating and even left champagne for us to help celebrate the two birthdays. Highly recommend this property to others looking for a nice VRBO in the Vancouver area.

We stayed at Dan’s property for our short vacation in Vancouver. The house was perfect for us, and Dan is the most gracious host ever. Knowing we would arrive late at night, he left a marker in the drive so we could find it when we first came in. He supplied enough breakfast items (even cream for the coffee!) that we didn’t have to run out first thing the next morning. The house has been perfectly designed for comfort and style: gourmet kitchen, well-stocked with basics and spices; comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside on the heated porch, with sounds of the brook rushing by below us. The check- out process was streamlined, too. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you, Dan, for providing a wonderful vacation stay experience!

We recently returned from 5 days at Daniel's beautiful home. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Daniel went way above and beyond every aspect of being a super host. He truly cares that you enjoy your stay and will respond and help with anything you require. The house is the most well equipped rental we have ever been in, there is absolutely nothing you could possibly need. Daniel made sure the fridge was well stocked, there were snacks and coffee/tea and even treats for our dog. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to get downtown and Horseshoe Bay ferry. The house is set in a lovely wooded residential area and the sound of the creek was an extra bonus. It is exactly as posted but even better in person. I almost didn't want to share this fantastic home! It will hopefully be our home away from home when we visit Vancouver. Thanks so much Daniel!

This beautiful property is perfectly located only minutes away by car from Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park as well as Capilano Suspension Bridge and a big mall just down the road. We had a great time, couldn't have been any better, the house itself, the huge backyard, the deco, the appliances, the utensils, everything.. everything is just perfect! Dan was a great host, always very responsive and willing to provide assistance and guidance whenever it was required. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved Dan's home. He was super-attentive from the moment we booked. When we arrived, we had a little care package waiting for us. He reached out during the stay to ensure the stay was what we expected. The home is in a great neighborhood in West Vancouver, very quiet and near access to Lions Gate Bridge to Stanley Park. The home was very comfortable, with great couches for lounging, a kitchen with lots of space, and comfortable bedrooms. While it rained during our trip so we didn't utilize the backyard and patio as much as we would have liked, we hope to stay again so we can utilize them. The backyard backs up to a creek, which you can hear with the windows open at night--very relaxing. My wife and I highly recommend Dan's home and hope to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our week at this property. The location was great, away from the busy city, but a convenient launching place for all of our adventures. The house is very comfortable and Dan has provided pretty much everything we needed. He was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this home.

Enjoyed our stay at Dan’s house in West Vancouver. It was a great house for our family of 5 adults. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed eating on the deck. We had a rental car and the location was great to go into town or explore the sea to coast highway and other attractions outside the city. The neighborhood was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Dan was very responsive and offered great recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in Vancouver exploring the many parts of the city. The house and the host made it perfect! Dan had great communication leading up to and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed. There was even a little snack basket on the counter welcoming us. We were a little worried about how well our map app would work on our phones in Canada, so Dan lent us his Garmin. That saved us many hours of frustration. The house was perfect. It was clean, well stalked, and spacious. There was a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. With two living areas and two dining areas, we had plenty of space to relax. The patios were our favorite place to hang out and relax. The backyard is a very peaceful place to have coffee in the morning and BBQ at night. We especially liked the location. It is no more than a 15 drive to everything; highways, stores, aquarium, coffee, suspension bridge, downtown, restaurants, etc. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

My family stayed at this property in early June for 11 days on vacation. The house provided a great foundation for our trip. My 18-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter had their own rooms and my wife and I had the master suite. The house has full tech accommodations including fast WiFi, cable, and Netflix. After long days of hiking, it was nice to let the kids go their rooms while my wife and I could sit on the couch and watch a movie. The entire house was professionally cleaned and fully stocked with kitchen appliances, plates, and everything else needed to prepare a meal. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and had clean linens. Located in a quiet, secure neighborhood, the property lies 5-20 minutes from all necessities and nearly all Vancouver area attractions (including the city and many parks). The host was very helpful with any questions or travel recommendations. I feel we were very lucky to have stayed here as it exceeded all our expectations.

This house is very convenient to downtown, Stanley Park, Grousse Mountain, and the ferry to Vancouver Island. It is located in West Vancouver which has fantastic shopping and fabulous restaurants. The owner Dan is a extremely nice man and very accommodating. He has lived in Vancouver is entire life and can give you great information on sights to see and places to eat. The home is very well stocked with all you need for your stay. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home from Dan.

This was my first trip to Vancouver Canada. It was a business trip along with two colleges. We stayed at Daniel's place. It was a great place that brings the outdoors in, with all the many glass doors, windows and huge skylight ceilings. Very comfortable for all types of stays.
