This pet friendly two story, two bedroom, 1 3/4 bath home is located just steps from the beach. The first floor has a spacious living area with a 50-inch flat panel smart TV, with extended cable service, WIFI. Blue ray DVD's in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with a Cal king bed and flat panel smart TV are also located on the first floor. . The second floor is a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, a sitting area, the 3/4 bath (shower) and the third flat panel TV. The upstairs bedroom has a small step out balcony that offers an ocean view. This vacation home also has two wall unit air conditioners, both two downstairs. The downstairs toilet did not work because there was rust in the tank, so it could not be used during the stay. The upstairs shower was extremely small. It required bending over the entire time just to shower.An email was sent to the contact provided about the toilet issue, but no response was received.Overall, the place did not feel worth the price paid. The location on Catalina is great, but the maintenance issues and lack of communication made the stay frustrating.
