Cute and colorful Avalon cottage offers a very relaxing atmosphere. Small kitchen with adjacent dining area for seven, laminate wood floors, and comfortable living room with round, glass top table to enjoy family games. Large side yard with tables and chairs, and a quick walk to the beach from this great family vacation home rental. A total of 994 square feet. 225CL | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

It was really nice, the house was clean, and spacious. The air cirulated well and it didn't feel hot. Everything was functional and we had a grill which was great for a barbecue. 10/10 will try to book again when I come back to catalina.
