Nestled in The Bight Settlement, this charming condo for $298 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This stunning, spacious two bedroom condo is located steps from the sought after Turtle Cove Marina. This is the largest property in the Queen Angel Resort. This impeccable and completed renovated home is professionally cleaned between visits. Additional precautions have been implemented for guest safety. The property has been renovated and all appliances are brand new. Our property manager will make every effort to greet you upon arrival and is always available for assistance. The unobstructed views of the famous turquoise waters of Grace Bay from the balcony, private outdoor dining room and lounge are magnificent. The huge, open concept living area is full of light from triple french doors. Walk to great restaurants, snorkelling, water sports, deep sea fishing, boat tours, and, of course, the number one rated beach in the world. Take a five minute drive to the Provo golf club for a round of golf in paradise. Enjoy the on site gym and two inviting pools. The living room has a large smart TV with free cable and internet service. The modern and spotless kitchen is fully equipped. Complementary cold beverages and pantry staples are provided. Each private bedroom has a queen size bed. A barbeque grill is also provided. We invite you to spend your vacation in this light, airy, meticulously maintained and comfortable property. A security surveillance system and in person security agent are additional safety measures. Note that this property is on the third floor and accessible only by stairs. There are no elevators. This may not be easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Guest Meals are not provided. Name on credit card must be the same as the name of the primary renter. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. The maximum number of guests at any time is four. Kindly note that the number of guests includes any minor children. Everything about John's place was as shown. It was super clean and well appointed. So close to our favorite food truck restaurant, Hideaway Grill and Chill, Beautiful Grace Bay, and many other places. Hope to return soon!

We have a wonderful time in Joe's condo. Spacious and exceptionally clean. Joe response to our inquiry fast and efficient. Property manager is very kind. The property is very close to Smith reefs 5 min drive and Bights reefs is only ten min drive. The condo complex is nice and quiet being Sept is a low season. Our third time to Turks and would not be our last. thanks Joe.

There are definite pros and cons to this property. Pros: very clean, excellent indoor and outdoor spaces, air conditioning, well stocked kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, webber bbq, amazing view, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, hot water, close to restaurants, great snorkeling and beaches close by. Cons: 3 flights of stairs (which is normal - just be prepared), the resort pool was broken and out off use (the resort was trying to fix the Brinker), both beds need replacing (sink to the middle and you can feel the springs).
Overall it was a great holiday.

We (4 adults) had amazing time and would highly recommend - great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean nice and quiet. Well stocked and furnished. Communication with owner and property manager Melicia was awesome . Beds very comfy. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. Would stay here again

While a short distance to the ocean, the ocean view from the third floor was outstanding, along with beautiful gentle breezes and coconut palms. The balcony also had a lounge area with very nice sofa and chairs. The unit was extremely clean and included everything we would want -- well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, beach chairs/towels and a good supply of bath towels. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the cable TV and Wi-Fi too. The pool was pleasant and good for swimming laps. There is a smaller children's pool too. We also liked the Turtle Cove location and easily found parking at the many nearby beaches, including Smith's Reef. Mel, the property manager, was very warm and welcoming. The outside of the property is well maintained and parking was no problem. It is important to note that it is a third floor condo with no elevator, which may not be suitable for everyone. We plan to return.

This condo was perfect for our vacation stay. It's exactly as it is described. The view from the balcony/patio is beautiful (You will definitely get your steps in! haha). Turtle Cove is quiet and peaceful, walks on the dock in the morning were lovely. Smith Reef is easy to get to(it's a little bit of a walk, esp. if you're carrying chairs, beach bags, etc. I recommend driving if you can - there is a small parking lot) But snorkeling right off the beach was A-Mazing!

Very nice condo with great amenities. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, clothes drying rack, cooler, etc, available for use. The property manager was very pleasant and helpful. She gave great suggestions for restaurants, what to do, etc., and was easily available to reach if you had any questions. The view is actually really beautiful, nicer than I expected! While the location is not on Grace Bay, it’s very easily reached from the condo, as is off-shore snorkeling at Bight reef and Smith’s reef. Recommend having a rental car to get around. All the places I wanted to go were a 5-15 min drive away. All Provo beaches are public, and have public access and parking, if you know where to look for it. Would definitely recommend.

This was everything that was advertised. The condo was very clean, and spacious. The deck was huge, and the property was very peaceful. The location was great, right near Turtle Bay and most of the sites were within 5 minutes away and no more than15 minutes: Even the airport! We rented a car, and explored what we could with our tiny car. Which I highly advise as we had heard taxis are at least $40-$60 one way. The people are friendly and so welcoming. and I look forward to coming back and renting this condo again. Thanks Joe! We miss it already!

We’ve been renting via VRBO for years and developed have a good feel to match the listing with reality, and this unit was very much in line with expectations, except one thing…the view: it was much better than expected!
Communication with owner and property manager was excellent throughout which helps minimize worries as we know there’s plenty of other things to think about when traveling internationally in this COVID era.
The unit is well appointed and even includes beach chairs & umbrella (that has not always been the case in our other bookings). The exterior lounge area on the patio alone is worth it…when we were home that’s where we spent almost all of our time. And of course the goodies in the fridge upon arrival add a nice little touch!
Two additional comments for general awareness, the unit is 3rd level which gives it a great view but since it has no elevator you need to be healthy enough to handle stairs. Also, to truly enjoy Provo from the Turtle Cove area you really need to rent a car (but conveniently located nearby is Scooter Bob’s auto rentals, who will leave a car for you at the airport upon arrival and will drive you back on the return flight).
For anyone into snorkeling, nearby Smith Reef is possibly the best spot on Provo and one that is accessible from the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Provo and were sad to leave.

We'd a very enjoyable time at this property and although the weather wasn't the greatest, we still made the best of it. The spacious balcony was great and we made use of the BBQ on the deck. Very clean and modern unit.

Property was clean and well-located on Provo. Highly recommend checking out some of the nearby restaurants as well (Mango Reef & Magnolia were favorites). Loved starting & ending the days on the balcony!

We had a good time in Joe’s apartment. It is a beautiful place. We stayed for a week. The two best things with our vacation was the apartment and the amazing color of the ocean.

Great Stay
Joe's place is as pictured, conveniently located to restaurants and Smith's Reef, comfortable, and well supplied. We loved being on the 3rd floor to get the view. Communication was effective and efficient. We rented a car as we love to explore so went to different beaches every day, however you don't need a car to enjoy your stay. Coco Bistro was our favorite restaurant.

Right from the beginning when we went online to rent this property, Joe has been very responsive. His place is exactly as described and is very comfortable. It is in a great location and very convenient to everything. Joe left detailed instructions regarding his property as well as lots of ideas for things to and places to eat. We had a fantastic time at Provo. Truly a beautiful place

Beautiful Condo Walking Distance to Restaurants
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were four of us and plenty of space. Having one bathroom with three girls worked fine. The balcony was relaxing with a nice breeze for morning coffee with a nice partial view of the beautiful water. The marina was close enough to walk out the back to a few restaurant options. Mango Reef was our favorite for dinner. The only cons... as it stated in other reviews, the condo is on the third floor... with a few more extra steps up from the front. No elevator so pack bags you can get up several flights of stairs. Also, we are used to having AC set at 73-75 degrees, but due to the high energy costs and possible freezing of the unit I am sure during the hottest months, they ask that you keep the AC set at 78 degrees. We used the ceiling fans which are in the bedrooms and living room, but still got a bit warm at night with two people in the bed. I only provide this info so you are prepared when visiting. The food costs are high as well. If you have snacks or non-perishable items you can bring with you, it couldn't hurt. If we make a trip back to Turks & Caicos we would definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome!!!
The condo is incredibly comfortable, well maintain with new furniture and appliances throughout. The complex is very nice with large pool the kids used occasionally when we weren’t enjoying the beautiful ocean water. Beach chairs and inflatable rafts, umbrella all made our beach days that much more enjoyable.
We are already planning our return trip!

Spacious, lovely condo within walking distance of beach, reef and restaurants
Staying at Joe and Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice for us (2 people). We avoided making a firm decision about whether or not to rent a car during our stay, and we are glad we tested the possibility of doing without a rental car during our week in the Turtle Cove area. We did hire a taxi service for a half-day island tour, and the driver picked us up at the resort; we also purchased a half-day snorkel trip at the Island Vibes office at the bottom of the hill below the resort, and were able to meet the boat at the marina instead of the official, more distant pick-up points. The Thursday night fish fry at Bight Park was an easy 10-minute walk away. We walked a few miles to the hotel- and resort-filled area one day, but one could also take a cab to make that visit.
The beach access was just a few minutes’ walk away. We used Joe’s camp chairs and beach umbrella, and enjoyed being on an uncrowded area of an excellent beach. And Smith’s Reef was right there, so we could snorkel right near our home base, with our own snorkeling equipment.
We loved being near some excellent restaurants, and especially enjoyed Mango Reef and Sharkbite. The chef at the Hideaway Grill made us off-the-menu items for a great breakfast. It was worthwhile to get a ride to the grocery store at the beginning of our stay to get some staples for the week. Definitely go to purchase water. We had read that the drinking water on Provo was fine, but everyone we talked to told us to purchase bottled water.
The condo itself is incredibly spacious, and both bedrooms had plentiful closet and chest of drawer space, so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases at all. The beds are new, we found out, and they were excellent. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and basic supplies. We especially loved the outdoor spaces – the balcony and the outdoor living room. It was wonderful to be on the 3rd floor with a view over the rest of the resort and life below, out to Turtle Cove and the distant reef in one direction, and the greater Grace Bay area off to the right. Renters interested in staying here must be comfortable with doing stairs – 3 floors of them coming and going. The view is the reward for the workout! The pool is also excellent; we enjoyed lounging under the umbrellas and also floating around, enjoying the beautiful greenery and architecture of the resort.

Beautiful view and great location.
This was the perfect place for a girls trip. Located in Turtle Cove with beautiful views of lush tropical foiloge and the ocean. We pretty much spent the majority of our time at the condo on the huge balcony. Kitchen and appliances were nothing fancy but they were clean, well set up and had all that we needed for cooking several homemade meals. We personally did not care for the mattresses but Joe assured us that he already had new ones on order for the next visitor. He was kind enough to give us a bit of discount without even asking to off set the uncomfortable nights sleep. We made use of the chairs and mini cooler for picnics on the beach. We rented a car which made it very convenient to get to the store and beaches. Although it’s possible to walk to the beach it would definitely be a bit of a hike with all your goodies in tote. Smith’s Reef is only couple minutes away and perfect for snorkeling. There are a couple yummy restaurants that overlook the marina within walking distance. We knew before staying that there would be several stairs to climb so we were prepared. We did not think that was an issue but could see how it could be for some. The unobstructed view is well worth it. Joe was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Loved that there was a combo for the door rather than a key. As long as the mattresses are replaced I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent condo in Turtle Cove
This Queen Angel condo is exactly as described and was perfect. It is clean, spacious, and has an excellent view from the very large balcony. The property manager, Mel, was so nice and accommodating. We really appreciated having a few beers and waters waiting in the refrigerator when we arrived. Having beach chairs was great, too, as were the many beach towels. The pool area was really nice and the whole complex is quiet. Thank you, Joe, for giving us such a great place to stay on such a great island!

Turks and Caicos is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at the Queen Angel Condo.
The Pros: Nice quiet area. Beautiful view. The condo was really spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean and neat. Towels/linens nice and soft.
Plenty of free parking.
Property Manager - Mel, was super nice & attentive. Price was reasonable in comparison of other properties.
The Cons: The property didn't advertise that it was on the 3rd floor and there is a flight and a half to get to the first floor. No elevators. This was not the highlight of the trip, especially when taking luggage, groceries & water up.
The furniture all looked nice. We found it to be uncomfortable. The beds are very, very firm. If you like firm, you will like them. The sofas both inside and out were also "firm".
Appliances either need to be maintained or replaced. Dishwasher had an electric smell to it, hair dryer was spitting plastic out and washer/dryer were extremely loud and took a long time to dry. (Our clothes did not dry at all outside).

Great, roomy property. Conveniently located.
We spent two weeks in this very nice two-bed condo overlooking the marina and Grace Bay beach area. It is a very good-sized condo in a great location, close to everything, while being a lot more quiet than the resorts. Everything needed to enjoy your vacation is present and it is a fantastic alternative to being cramped into one of the resorts. The property caretaker Melicia was very helpful, met us at the property, and was available to answer questions that we had throughout our stay.

We loved it a great vacation
So often, when it comes to advertising, what you see and what you get can be two very different things. Not so with our Queen Angel rental. What we saw was exactly what we got: a beautiful and spacious two-bedroom suite, with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay from our 3rd floor patio. Quiet, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, for the kitchen or the beach, including a phone for local calls. The chilled water and 6 pack of locally brewed Turks Head beer awaiting us upon our arrival was the perfect "welcome mat". Property Manager ??Mel?? was there to greet us. She could not have been more gracious or accommodating. We appreciated the helpful brochures and "go to" guides, which led us to some excellent dining spots. The islanders were equally as friendly, and we LOVED the uncrowded beaches- perfect for photography, snorkeling, parasailing or just chillin' with a good read. This is definitely an island and VRBO rental to return to, again and again!

Graceway IGA Supermarket is less than 10 min. drive.
Major beach areas are all within 5-10 mins.
Property does not have elevator so 3rd floor access for special needs would be very difficult.
Very clean / well kept and well organized apartment.

An exceptional host in a slice of paradise!
A truly gorgeous property, close to everything one could need, with plenty of amenities one might well forget ( towels, coffee maker, cooking utensils Etc). I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Had a wonderful time and Joe was both exceedingly gracious and exceedingly polite. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful location on beautiful island
This two bedroom unit is in a convenient location in the Smiths reef/marina area. Many restaurants within walking distance and reef is 10 minute walk. We rented a car for a week as there is a whole island to explore and the 10 minute walk was too hot for our WI bodies. The unit is spacious and the only downside is the 3 and a half flights of stairs. We were fine with this but elderly people would have a hard time. We would stay again! Our party of 3 had plenty of room.

Nice, quiet and roomy condo
We enjoyed our stay at Joe's condo. It was spacious and clean. The balcony is quite large and offers a nice view. There are some good restaurants and a nice café nearby but you would need a car if you have kids. The walk to the beach is a little long with young ones and Grace Bay is not within walking distance. Grocery stores are also not within walking distance. We knew this coming in and this is the case for most places in Provo.
The other residents were quiet and friendly. My spouse and I went with our two young children and they were probably the loudest residents by far. We were the only ones there with kids.
The pool was large and underutilized which I guess is good. :) As another reviewer indicated the pool water was a little cold but quickly forgotten once you get in.
The condo is on the 3rd floor but you have a full flight of stairs before you get to the first level so it is really on the fourth floor. Not an issue for us or even our youngest but may be a concern for people with limited mobility.
The kitchen was fully stocked.
The mattresses are very firm as indicated by another reviewer but that aligns with our own preference.
The condo could perhaps be refreshed (there was a little wear and tear in some areas and in terms of certain appliances) but nothing significant. Again, very clean and everything worked.

Really great location - centrally located!
This condo was great.
Pros:
- centrally located so you can reach any beach by car with a quick 15 minute drive to anywhere on the island.
- close to Thursday night fish fry
- joe was quick to help us with any questions.
- joe also was able to point us in the right direction when we needed clothes for our kids.
- very helpful owner and quick to communicate.
- condo has everything you need including two beach chairs and umbrella. Those are two key items that make a huge difference on the beach.
- condo was nice and spacious
Cons
- 4 flights of stairs. Manageable just don’t forget anything.
- pool was chilly when we went - prob due to weather. Other pools we visited were chilly as well though.
