Overall very nice for the price. It was a bit further from the beach than we would have liked. Did have one issue with AC, but the managers responded quickly.

We just loved this condo! It was very affordable and had everything we needed for a great vacation; W/D, full kitchen, beach stuff etc. We also enjoyed the 2 pools and workout area. One thing to note is there are a number of steps to get to the condo. No elevator. We rented a car so it was super easy to explore the whole island! But you could also walk from the condo to a nearby beach and smith reef to snorkel.

We stayed at this lovely condo in Turtle Bay. The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for our romantic getaway! La Vista Azul property was clean and close to restaurants and the best snorkeling on the island! Check in and check out were a breeze! The condo was a perfect place to relax after exploring the island. We highly recommend La Vista Azul for your visit to Turks and Caicos!

Beautiful condo…this was our first visit to the Caribbean area, let alone Turks and Caicos. We loved this quiet location and found it perfect for all we wanted to do. It was easy to walk to the beach and snorkel, and easy to drive where we wanted to go. Heather was very helpful and easy to communicate with, and gave us good recommendations. We especially enjoyed watching the stars at night out on the huge patio. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice time staying at Heathers property! It was very clean and in a nice, quiet location. The balcony was great and we spent a lot of time out there. Heather was also very prompt in communication. The property was not fancy, but it suited our needs and the price reflected that. We would definitely visit here again!

My 2 friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is easy to get around different parts of the island, less than 15 minutes from the heart of Grace Bay, minutes to the airport, a bit quieter side of the island but that is what we were looking for! The unit has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. Our host was great and very responsive to us, even when we were on the verge of staying another two nights she said we would be able to extend our stay. Sadly, we had to leave. Note - if you have anyone with mobility issues (as we did) you either have to descend/ascent two flights of stairs if you park in the top parking area or one flight if you park on the ground level parking.

The condo was in a very convenient location. Easy access to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. The pools on the property were very nice with new furniture and a lovely view of the ocean.

The contact was quick to respond; and very helpful with recommendations. The location was centrally located between shopping, beaches and restaurants. The facility was gated with surveillance and on site security. Shout out to the nearby Mango Reef and Sharkbite restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is very nice , neat and clean. We enjoyed the Centrally AC rooms , Washer Dryer, Kitchen. We had an emergency and owner was very helpful and assisted us immediately. We would love to come back and stay here if we visit Providenciales again.

From the moment we booked host was very responsive she offered so many tips on things to do. The condo was very clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is great and location of property is within 5-10 minutes from anywhere. I would still suggest rent a car or bike. I would definitely recommend staying here we will be back!

Heather is very responsive and sweet. The condo is clean and love having the full kitchen. We cooked and enjoyed eating out as well. The area is very safe and their are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in Heather’s condo!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Heather’s. Her property is within walking distance of a lovely beach (and snorkeling - Smith Reef) and a few restaurants. However, we rented a car to be able to get to the main restaurant and beach hub in Grace Bay. The apartment itself is simple but comfortable, and had all of the cooking implements we needed to make breakfasts.

We spent eleven days at Heather’s unit at La Vista Azul and found it to be a well equipped, centrally located home from which to explore all parts of the island. She was also quick to respond to any questions we had! As it is not on the Grace Bay resort strip (a positive in our eyes), a car is required to get around. Close to snorkeling at Smith’s Reef and no more than ten minutes from many other great beaches and restaurants, and also close to the Graceway IGA. The hot tub and two pools (one even heated) were a nice bonus. We will certainly consider a return to this condo resort in the future.

This place was beautiful! My son and I visited TCI for a short stay, so this condo was perfect for us. The location was great, located in a quiet area. I highly recommend renting a car. It was my first time driving on the left side of the road, but it’s honestly not bad. The beaches are all within a 10 min drive, so renting a car is best. The place was quiet with not a lot of people traffic. My son enjoyed the pool while I enjoyed the views of the island. The condo had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable! The balcony views were beautiful. I’m hoping to visit the island again, and would definitely recommend this place:)

Overall very positive experience. Few minor improvements could be made. More dresser space would be helpful. Also believe there was supposed to be a dvd player but was missing. Older folks need to know there isn't an elevator, so you will be doing some walking and carrying. Owner Heather extremely helpful. Thanks for a restful week!

We're not the "stay in one place" day after day type of people nor do we care about renting recreational stuff on the beach so this property and location served as a great home base for us. The property was clean and plenty big enough for us. My only recommendations would be to add some type of dresser or similar piece of furniture. Needs a place to store non-hanging clothes. Both closets have room inside for a piece like this. Also, there was only one kitchen towel no other starter supplies (sponge, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher soap, etc). All of our vacation rentals in the past have had enough of this stuff to at least make it a few days before needing to hit the store. We ended up using extra bath towels in the kitchen since there was only the one small kitchen towell and nothing else. I'd stay in this property again though, just needs those couple of things addressed.
