We have a total of 8 Villas at our property, ranging from a Studio Unit (which can accommodate 2 guests) through to a three bedroom villa (which can accommodate up to 10 guests). There is also an oversized furnished private verandah with a beautiful view of the pool area and lush tropical gardens. Orchid Villa is ideal for couples or singles and is great value, making for an ideal choice. Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Orchid Villa is located among tropical, landscaped gardens beside the centrally located swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.

Orchid Villa was a true gem! The villa was comfortable for two. The gardens were lovely and the veranda was peaceful. Loved the short walk to the beach. We kayaked in the canal as well as snorkeled at the reef. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved the Orchid Villa. The location and the walking distance from the private beach area was awesome. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeper was very sweet and friendly. What more can you ask for when vacationing in paradise?

Very nice if a bit worn
Could help first impression if replaced old and dingy looking bedspread and rugs. Bring your own TP. I’ve never seen such thin paper. Stairs are steep and no handrail or light at night. Danger for mobility challenged guests. Sliding door needs oil- hard to open. Bed squeaks. Tighten screws or add wood glue.

Near two decent restaurants, Baci and Sharkbite, 1/2 mile walk. Pizza better than Baci’s down the road at Mango reef. All restaurants in area are open air- often hot, and flies buzzing- and very expensive. Steaks have been frozen, lobster out of season, only Aug. through March. Beautiful private beach, lounge chairs. Lap pool very nice. One gallon of potable water provided. Buy more at IGA grocery- best on island but 2-4 times cost of states. Bring food for breakfast and lunch, we brought extra suitcase full of liquor and food. Microwave, toaster, blender, tea and coffee pots provided. Could use electric frypan. Need updated photos. Back room not shown has lots of closet space, drawers, shelves. Good value overall.Good location.

Villa orchid is well kept, the people taking care of the property are friendly and nice, the veranda is fantastic giving you the view of the tropical gardens around the property. The location is unbeatable, only a short walk from a beautiful quiet white sandy beach with turquoise colored water, a snorkeling paradise with the barrier reef at very close proximity.

10 nights in TCI
We stayed at the villas for 10 nights. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos. We had a great time. The villa was very clean and bigger then expected. We enjoyed the pools and the beautiful beach. The staff at the property were very helpful and attentive. We were able to call them (and other places on the island) using the cell phone provided in the villa. It was not very busy when we were there and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves most of the time. We would definitely recommend staying at their villas and hope to return soon.

We loved the high ceiling, walk in closet, large bathroom, wrap around deck, and kitchen with everything we needed. But mostly we loved how very quiet it is. It was so peaceful sitting out on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the birds sing. The only negatives were that there was only one umbrella at the beach so we both got very sunburned. And the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Lovely, quiet property, with an unexpected bonus
We really enjoyed our stay at Orchid Villa: this particular villa is probably best for a shorter visit (we were there for two weeks, and the limited kitchenette presented some challenges), but the overall property is beautiful. Super-quiet: it's set back from a dead-end street, so there's hardly any traffic to begin with, and even when families with kids were staying in the adjacent villas, we hardly heard them at all, and that was only when they were playing in the pool.
The property's beachfront is a very short walk across the street and through a garden. You'd have to walk further if you were staying at one of the big hotels in Grace Bay. The villas themselves are not so far back from the Atlantic that they're cut off from the breeze. We spent a lot of mornings lounging on the balcony with our coffee before heading out to the beach or to explore.
Multiple good restaurants with a variety of price-points are within walking distance, along with an excellent grill shack, but you will probably want a car if you plan to explore the island at all or head down to the Grace Bay shops and restaurants.
There were some minor maintenance needs that the property needed (some boards need replacing in the overhangs and there were only two working umbrellas down at the beach), but I'd chalk those up to the long COVID shut-down. The housekeeper and grounds crew were there every day of our stay, and it's obviously a well-maintained set of buildings. Super-clean, with lots of outdoor showers for rinsing after beach trips and loungers if you prefer to hang around one or another of the two pools.
And the big bonus: there is a very nice coral garden starting about 50 yards out from the property. Wade in and swim out, angling to the left. There's a big bed of sea grass, then an open space, and then several coral heads that extend almost all the way out to the boat travel lanes: when the tide's in, it's easy to let the current glide you right over the top of the reef, and the entire windward side has tons of fish, including a pretty big puffer fish, and we saw the biggest turtle of the trip there, about the size of a manhole cover.

Lovely vacation and villa!
Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas! Kayaked in the canal and to the marina area, saw a sea turtle right off the dock at the villas. Nice, quiet, and beautiful beach area just a short walk away on a private path. The villas provide beach chairs, side tables, and umbrellas. Used the gas grills on the property to cook dinner a few times. Two pools and lounge furniture were nice. Bikes are also complimentary, we rode to the marina area restaurants and to Smith’s Reef, just a short ride away on the non-busy road. Fabulous snorkeling, beautiful and colorful fish and coral. The staff, Ray and Luz were extremely helpful. Luz lives on the property and is a truly delightful lady, always smiling and willing to help in any way. She is a bonus to this property! Overall, the location, property, beach, staff, management, and amenities were wonderful! It was really nice to have a variety of things to do and pleasant people to work with.

Lovely private getaway
We loved that this property. It was so private yet so close to restaurants, the beach, and the canal. The property had kayaks that we enjoyed using and beach access with their own chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Smiths reef is a great location if you love to snorkel. Luz was so sweet and wonderful. We love staying here and would definitely want to book it again.

Perfect location and wonderful staff
My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The villa is super close to the beach down the villas private path and a short beach walk to smiths reef. The staff was very helpful and the grounds well kept. The owners were also very accommodating to our travel plans. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling, and riding the bikes to a nearby Cafe. The terrace overlooking the pool and gardens is a great place for a morning coffee. We highly recommend staying here.

Best Vacation Ever!
This was one of our favorite vacation spots! The villa we stayed in was clean and had a lovely wrap around porch. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas on the beach. It was not crowded so we felt like we had our own private beach. I recommend renting a car and checking out some of the local restaurants and shopping. Beautiful place
Great place to stay. Beach was beautiful with great walk off beach snorkeling. Villa grounds are well cared for and very clean. Bicycles are included and in good repair. Restaurants are within walking distance but grocery store is about a 12 minute drive. Only room complaint is the small fridge is in need of replacement. No working freezer. Would definitely stay hear again. Luz was very accommodating and always busy cleaning. Thank you

Lovely Getaway
My husband and I visited Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas in October. The weather was perfect.
The villa was nice and cozy and we were able to make ourselves right at home.
The private beach at the villas was fantastic, we were usually the only ones out there. Just a quick walk from the villa. The water is the most beautiful turquoise and incredibly clear. Its a little tricky to find the Smith’s Reef - we had to ask for help. Once found it was very nice as well. Hardly anyone else there. The provided snorkeling equipment was excellent.
The reef at coral gardens was great as well. We saw numerous sea turtles and so many beautiful fish. This was one of the highlights of our trip. The reef is just right off the beach, however there are more tourists here than Smiths reef.
We loved the off the beaten path location of the villas with only a quick drive to town for meals or shopping.
Our favorite restaurant experience was Cocovan. This isn’t fancy - you order from the airstream and seat yourself at a picnic table but it’s delicious and cozy with a lovely atmosphere at night with the lights. Highly recommend the Big Mac egg rolls and the chicken skewers.
Da Conch Shack is also a great place for lunch and dinner. This restaurant sits right on a beautiful beach. We had dinner with our toes in the sand.
Overall, this was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Mom/daughter trip
We enjoyed our stay immensely. I prefer off the beaten path to large resorts and this place was perfect! We felt safe with the other villas being nearby but didn’t have the crowded tourist mecca. We never used either pool but they were warm and inviting.
The beach area is fantastic! I was concerned that it was across the street but do not worry. The street is a small lane and the walk is short and pleasant. We appreciated the umbrellas to take advantage of the shade! We got out early one morning and realized they had crews cleaning the beach in the morning. It was a nice touch. The snorkeling straight offshore is great. We saw turtles, rays, and a ton of fish.
We very much enjoyed our stay! My only hesitation in recommending this place is that I don’t want it to be booked the next time I want to go!

Just lovely
Would definitely book here again, this was the second of two villas we rented to accommodate our family. It felt like a tropical oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of all the crowds. The beach was really nice and accessible through a private pathway. The snorkeling directly off the beach was amazing! Our favorite part of this villa was eating meals on the wrap around porch with the palm trees swaying nearby. Would highly recommend!

This was our best beach vacation ever! Turks & Caicos is amazing— Beaches, Reefs, and great People.
The Orchid Villa was perfect for us. The studio layout is great for two people traveling without kids. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The on-site crew takes meticulous care of the grounds AND the guests.
Highlights:
-Worldclass snorkeling RIGHT OFF THE BEACH (turtles, rays, barracuda, and countless reef fish). We brought snorkel gear, but the gear provided by the Villas is great. I will leave mine at home next time.
-Food- We first wandered over to Shark Bite, only because it’s close. The grilled jerk grouper sandwich and jerk chicken salad were perfectly prepared and service was great. We also loved Conch Shack and Mango Reef.
-Kayak to Iguana Cay- Rent kayaks from Big Blue and paddle to the Cay. Iguanas are cool, but paddling across clear blue-green water is the real reward!
-People- Every person on the island was warm, friendly, and helpful. They were even patient with me during my first 20 minutes driving on the left!
Advice:
-Rent a car. We decided to get one on our third day— it was a great decision.
-Stay for Thursday Fish Fry! We departed on Thursday, so we missed it!
-Snorkel, snorkel, snorkel.
-Of course, get seafood while you’re here, BUT don’t miss the jerk chicken!
-Late-October was perfect for us—We shared our beach with one other couple.
We will be back!
