THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY ADVERTISED ON HOMEAWAY AND VRBO Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the lake seeing ten to fifteen miles of water views of lake Winnipesaukee, trails and slopes from several rooms of this newly renovated home. If your an early riser you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the glass paneled deck overlooking the lake ,mountain views as far as your eye can see and at night you can watch some amazing sunsets from the balcony on the other side of the house.If your into star gazing the stars are unbelievable.Guests can cook in, out on the grill or out on the town at a number of local eating establishments. The home sleeps 8 adults comfortably with three bedrooms with queen beds. The living room and common areas are furnished with comfortable leather sofas, chairs, with a table, end tables and a television for the guests viewing pleasure.The glass railed deck has a fire pit and chairs for guests to sit and take in the breathtaking view after boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, running, skiing, sightseeing or shopping. A short ride away from Gunstock Mountain with year round activities and Gilford beach for fun at the lake. There's something for everyone!

We had a lovely stay the house with a view of the lake. The house was clean, which is very important to me. It has a pool table and my kids (ages 20 & 22) loved that. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and we skied at Gunstock which was nice and close. We made our own breakfast/coffee every morning. There’s a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.
The weather wasn’t great, but we made the best of it. We went skiing a little later one day, night skiing one night and went to fun spot for games one day.
It was a nice family getaway.
Sean was a great host.

Very clean and as advertised, the weather didn't cooperate but I can imagine the views are stellar from the little we saw. Great proximity to Gunstock and the pool table was a fun touch. Thanks Sean!

My family stayed two nights for a wedding at Gunstock Mountain Resort. We selected this home due to beautiful lake views, view of Gunstock Mountain, billiard table, and convenience of five minute distance from resort. We were very happy with our stay. Home was clean and views of lake were amazing as advertised. Sean was kind and replied quickly to inquiries and made sure home lights were on since we were arriving late on Friday. Highly recommend this home for anyone interested in vacationing at any time of year due to cleanliness, proximity to resort and the lake and available gas fire pit and billiard table for family fun.

This house met and exceeded our expectations!
As most others have noted, Sean is a gracious host and the views are absolutely spectacular. In addition, the house is ideally located. There are nearby beaches, hiking trails, several mini golf courses, a movie theatre for rainy days, an outlet center and good local restaurants.
I would definitely recommend renting this house!

Our group had a wonderful stay in Gilford. The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views from both decks. The house was perfect for three couples. Sean was easy to deal with, great with communication, and stopped by to make sure everything was okay. We hope to make a return visit soon!

This was our second year staying at the Gilford spot for Thanksgiving. Once again, very impressive property. The view alone made it very pleasant. My family and I enjoyed the three days we were there. A very comfortable and relaxing location. Additionally, we played plenty of pool!! I would recommend this propoerty for anyone looking to get away.

From the get-go the host, Sean, is super responsive and helpful. He was excited to share his love of the community and gave us great ideas of fun things to do that really enriched our visit to the Lake Winnipesaukee area.
The house itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a small mountain that overlooks the Lake. With balconies on the front and back, you can enjoy the views everywhere. It's a great place to just have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the activities on the lake below. Very peaceful surroundings.
The house is well appointed with comfy furniture, quality appliances, gas fire pit and grill, and even a pool table! The host's pride of ownership is evident in the cleanliness and care taken of the property.
Situated near Gunstock Ski area, you have access to skiing in the winter and a fun rec area in the summer. A short drive down the hill gives you access to restaurants and shopping.
The only problem we had was that we hated leaving a truly wonderful place.

We've stayed in a lot of rentals over the last few years. This house was the cleanest one. It's well organized, equipped and set up. The view of the sunrise is amazing!

The best thing about this house is the incredible, panoramic view of the lake and mountains from the beautiful deck, but really everything about the house is great! It was perfectly clean, uncluttered, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was all super comfortable and in great condition.
There was plenty of seating on the deck, where we started and ended every day enjoying the views and the peace and quiet. The house is at the top of a hill in a quiet residential area. It’s away from the busy, touristy areas but easy enough to get to the lake, shopping, etc within 10-15 minutes. It’s the perfect home base for doing activities in the area and then coming back to relax and unwind with the most amazing view I’ve ever seen from a house!!!
The owner was very friendly and helpful. He showed us all around the house upon arrival and offered suggestions for things to do in the area.

The house is beautiful, has everything you need and then some. The view is breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice. Could sit on that deck all day and just stare out at Lake Winni. The home is a short drive to everything- beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores. Sean, the owner is awesome. Reached out and answered all our questions prior to our arrival. Also very quick to respond to questions while we were there. We cannot wait to book again. Wish we were still there!

An Instant Favorite
We stayed here during the 4th of July week and it was great right from the start. Sean met us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. First impressions told me that he is good people. We had a couple of minor hiccups during our stay but Sean was easy to get a hold of and he took care of things promptly.
The home itself was in immaculate condition. The view of the lake definitely has that Wow factor even on the lone rainy day that we had. A great location for privacy but close enough to go out and have some day trip fun. Restaurants, beaches, stores and Gunstock Mountain were all a short drive away.
I could go on and on but I would just be repeating all of the great things other reviews have mentioned about Sean and the home. Just know that they are 100% true. Do yourself a favor and rent this place. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Sean was an excellent host and always available to answer questions. The house is comfortable and perfect for a long weekend visit. Gorgeous area and 10-15 minutes from restaurants etc. We will be back to ski or even in the summer!
