My family enjoyed everything about our stay at Sea Breeze. The place was spacious and well-stocked, and the four of us had ample room. The restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious. The town of Trinidad was delightful. Despite the rain (no one's fault but ours for traveling to Northern California in late December!), we enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. The Redwoods Visitor's Center was a short drive north, and from there we took some hikes and saw the most amazing trees we had ever seen. Thank you, Lyndsey, for sharing your home with us. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home, beautiful view, great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. There is a little noise from the restaurant downstairs, but we knew there would be. The view and convenient location to the bay, winery, restaurants, and art gallery makeup for the noise.

This was the perfect best friends getaway weekend. The home is lovingly cared for, incredibly tidy & the location & views were nothing short of amazing. We loved being in the heart of town & took advantage of the short walk to the beach at sunset & spent evenings taking in the stars on the balcony. It was an easy drive to the Redwoods & other local beaches. I loved walking across the street to the local winery, the friendly community & scenery of the northern coast is always beautiful.

I can not say enough about this property, attached restaurant and quaint little town. The views are amazing. the food and service where fabulous. The property is a close drive to numerous hikes through the red woods. The home is very well equipped with every thing you need. we loved it and are hoping to stay there again in the future.

We loved this property! It is located right near the water and inside a very friendly and scenic town. The house itself was beautifully and very clean, with simple check-in and check-out procedures. We had a great time, thank you!

Great 5-night stay in late June-23 for our family of five including 9yr, 8yr and 5yr old kids. House was clean, very well stocked (kitchen, laundry, linens, games, streaming TV, binoculars), more spacious than expected from pics especially master bedroom, nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing views from the big deck.
It's above the Trinidad Bay Eatery, and noise was our only concern when booking. From about 8-10:15pm we could hear some music and an exhaust fan from below while they cleaned up. But it was muffled and did not disrupt sleep for any of the kids or adults.
And it was a great convenience to have a full day menu at our fingertips.
We explored Redwoods and tidepools every day, a beautiful 30min drive or less to just about everything. Healthy walk from house to picturesque, soft sand beach. Only 5min walk -- with 5yr old -- to groceries, pizza, restaurants, ice cream. Moonstone winery so close we could leave the kids in front of a movie with a walkie talkie while we enjoyed a surprisingly great tasting. Host was very responsive before and during trip.
We wanted easy access to nature and didn't want to cook every meal. This house was great for our family trip, highly recommended!

We brought our sixth-grade and senior grandsons to see the coastline and Redwoods as a graduation gift. The Trinidad condo was clean, well equipped, beautiful, and in a gorgeous setting. Without air conditioning it did get warm at night but nothing that a fan couldn't remedy. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

The view was amazing!! We were a little surprised that it wasn’t a standalone house because based on the pictures it looked to be, it’s actually above a restaurant. It might be an issue for light sleepers so I would suggest packing a fan. The music from the restaurant was left on all night and we heard the clanking of pots and pans in the morning, but again if we would have brought our travel fan we wouldn’t have heard anything. The home was very clean and again the view was amazing! Would stay here again!

Can’t say enough positive things about this place and the host. Plenty of space, very clean, beautiful view and a wonderful restaurant downstairs. We ate every meal there as the food was so good. Host was very good about getting back to us quickly even allowed us to stay an extra night when we asked. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay as a home based as we explored the redwoods, which was about 20 minutes away depending on where you go. I would stay here again and definitely appreciated the responsiveness of our host, who was kind. The little details were thoughtful.
