Nestled in Flagstaff, this charming house for $160 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A charming and comfy Country Club Townhome, that's more like a single-family home! Single level, 1 bedroom with queen bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 1 full bathroom. We offer a casual and cozy atmosphere. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area and washer/dryer available. There is a wonderful outside deck for relaxing and a gas grill. Our home is easy to find and is easy access to routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and AZ Snowbowl. The Continental Country Club Clubhouse is directly across the street and has many amenities, including a great restaurant/bar open to the public. Also public golf course for an additional fee. Tennis, pool, and fitness facilities are only available to guests staying 30 days or longer, and for a $200, 1-time additional fee. Also, there is a pellet wood-stove for use in the winter. There is also the Flagstaff Athletic Club nearby, which is very well appointed with indoor and outdoor pools, work out equipment, classes, etc. It is open to the public for a walk in fee of approx. $15 per person per day. Perfect little place for us to have a small getaway. Heater did not work the first night but after that, the stay was great.

The place was really nice, exactly as described online. Very confy, clean, easy to access, close to local businesses and parks. Unfortunately the coffee creamers in the fridge were spoiled and there was no drinking water. Also the bed was very “squeaky”, just getting in and out of it was very noisy. Other then that it was great, I will recommend it and use it again.

The property is as depicted in the photos. It took my breath away. The huge windows with trees golden and shedding their leaves , such a delight. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture and bed comfortable. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the deck in the afternoon. I would highly recommend and come again.

This was a great place to stay, clean, nice. Perfect location to be close to golf and friends but still a short drive to downtown or the hills.

My husband I had a rare weekend away from our 2 teenage girls so we headed to Flag to mountain bike and relax. This was the prefect place for us. Great location to green grass and mountain bike trails and we went into town for dinner each night and had amazing dinners at Shift and Brix. Great get away! Perfect place.

we had a good stay - close to everything. Liked having towels, toilet paper. washer and dryer etc. Kitchen was nice to have too. Made it easy to have a meal. thanks for sharing your property

This little townhome/cottage was a perfect spot for our family's long weekend in Flagstaff. The location is super-convenient (we often stay in/around Continental Country Club) and access was no problem, even with blizzard-like conditions during our stay. The main living area is much larger than what's shown on the photos, and the large front windows provide a great view. The kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and an in-unit washer/dryer was a plus (though all we did was a quick dry on some damp/snowy gear). TV & Internet worked great too.

Though a little dated, this is a nice condo for two. It was very clean with every amenity needed and close to the biking trails around the lake by the golf course. The process was smooth and easy and the host was great. We would stay again!

Une belle salle a manger avec une grande verrière, une cheminée avec un poêle a pellets.. une cuisine parfaitement équipée..vous avez même une terrasse partiellement couverte (avec barbecue et table) de laquelle nous avons vu des cerfs passés le soir. The condo was in pretty good shape, it needs a little TLC, because it is an older property. It was clean and in a good location, in a good neighbor hood. This location was ideal for my own persona needs. I would definetly stay there again if it is still affordable.

Living room windows allow for bright unit in a VERY quiet location. Check availability calendar carefully as Rates vary wildly ($89 to $275 per night in November) depending on day of week. NOT worth the higher prices. Pictures vary from reality of current condition. Inadequate directions are provided to locate facility, especially at night. We were provided incorrect key code, which was very distressing on arrival. We had to tolerate outside Painting crew for 4 days with loud music, and WE HAD TO clean up after they flooded living room. I have always found OWNERS provide a pleasant experience and work hard to make tenants comfortable, but this property is NOT rented by OWNERS, but instead it is rented by a Property Manager who expends as little energy as possible for tenants. On Call Manager "Bear" had to rescue us several times. When using VRBO try to always work directly with OWNERS ONLY. Kitchen is clean and reasonably well stocked. Bathroom area has aged, hard to operate doorways; needs fresh paint especially in shower area. Wife says bed is worst part of whole unit; mattress pad on top that sinks to center. BBQ unit is ancient, not fully functional. and requires dangerous approach to light it. The flooring is not level and causes weird experience. I would not rent this Unit again.
