Situated in Steamboat Springs, this lovely condo for $682 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Ideal for skiing in winter or hiking, biking and relaxing in summer, our home is within walking distance of not only the slopes but shops, markets and many restaurants. The fabulous first floor unit is the largest in Snowflower and within 50 yards of the gondola and the kids ski school at the base of the ski mountain. Enjoy champagne powder skiing, one of the best ski school programs in the country and a kid/family friendly atmosphere. The outdoor hot tub is large and secluded and the outdoor pool is heated year round.There are picnic tables and BBQ grills for outdoor dining. A bus stop is located right across the street.The free bus runs to the shops, large grocery store and 'Old Town' every 20 minutes, eliminating any need for a car. The first floor corner unit is spacious and very comfortable. It is the nearest of the Snowflower units to the ski slopes. One of the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with its own bath, a deck and a queen bed. A second master bedroom has its own bath, a large closet and a queen bed. Both baths have just been remodeled. Two other bedrooms share a bath and have two twin beds in each. One has a small deck and the other its own sink. The living room is large, sunny and has views of the ski mountain as well as a gas fireplace. There is a large deck out front. Contemporary, new living room furniture with a flat screen TV and stereo add to your pleasure.The dining area easily accommodates 10 and has a breakfast bar for four as well. The kitchen is well stocked and has every gadget one might wish for as well as cookie pans waiting to be filled! In addition to the BBQ grills right outside the door, there is a large, stone encased grill structure available for guest use by the heated pool with a fireplace on the side facing the pool. The pool area is fenced and the gate is locked requiring a key for access. Separate pool towels are provided. There are coin operated laundry facilities located in the building. The unit is wired and access is free. There is a computer available in the lobby. Rates are listed below on this site as is a calender which shows availability Come and have fun!! We utilized this property for our first ever family vacation to Steamboat. The location was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Ronnie was ver helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Looking forward to returning.

Pro: It was a nice home. Felt comfortable staying there. Con: Needs a thorough cleaning. Oven was dirty, dusty under beds and on top of cabinets. Air filter needs to be replaced. Washer hot/cold reversed. Refrigerator leaks and never was fixed. Disappointed that the lanai screen was damaged when we were told there was just some tree damage after the hurricane.

We loved this place! Super short walk to lifts(2-3 min walk), especially being the end unit. And you can ski in even closer if you ski down the trails from the top of the Steamboat gondola. Very spacious for our group of 7 adults with well thought out furnishings. Kitchen was large enough to cook all our meals and the owner Ronnie even ordered us a pizza stone for the oven when we asked of there was one. Spotlessly clean as well. Ronnie was great to work with, very responsive and informative. Also noteworthy is that there is a little market and liquor store across the street for basic items. We will be back!

We had a FANTASTIC stay over New Year’s! You can’t beat the location of the condo in relation to the mountain & many, many fabulous eating establishments within walking distance! We had great communication with the owner & she was beyond accommodating. We needed more toilet paper & it was delivered promptly. Before we left we booked our visit for next year! We cannot wait to return! Thank you for sharing your “home away from home” with us!

There is obvious tension with this owner and the on-site manage company who manages all the other unit but this one. One of the stove knobs missing (can’t use it) large brown rust stains on bottom of toilet and only 2 towels per Bathroom for 6 days. The inside unit is dated. We stayed over Christmas and hired a company to deliver and pick up a Christmas tree. The owner was aware prior and then they were rude to the company and difficult to work with. I left a jacket hanging up and the owner would not get back to me (she lives out of state) and then 3 days later I text her again to get my expensive jacket bc she didn’t reply the day we left and then she replied the house keeper is too busy cleaning red wine on the wall. I ask her to send me a picture bc this is not true and she still hasn’t replied. The beds are old and squeaky. This unit has a great location but not worth the rudeness and no one to help you once you arrive.

Comfortable Central Location
Neat, clean, comfortable condo in a 70's era building. Pool and Hot tub are top notch. For skiers, there is an elevator 30 yards from the front door to the Gondola Plaza in the neighboring building. Fantastic deli and wine shop across the street, as well as a nice cafe and brew pub. The transport center is a short walk if one wants to take the bus into town. Given the price point and location, it would be very hard to find something similar

This 4-bedroom floor plan was perfect for this family with 3 teenagers, and the location was great! The gondola 🚠 was a short walk from the condo and close to the bus stop to catch the bus into town. We used city transportation and didn’t need a car at all. The condo owner was very accommodating and responsive, and her local maintenance point of contact was excellent and very responsive to all of our questions, as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Steamboat Spring Skiing
This property is perfect for 6-8 adults. The location is great, located about as close to the gondola and Ski Time Square as you can get. We have been to Steamboat 5 times, and this property/location is our favorite. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. I definitely recommend.

Perfect Location
Traveled to Steamboat from Denver for a quick ski weekend and this property was perfect. Great location, you can basically see the gondola from the unit. Check-in instructions were easy to understand and Ronnie was super communicative. Will definitely be back!

Mardi Gras vacation
This property was perfect for two Louisiana families on Mardi Gras vacation. It’s close to gondola square so everything was convenient from rental equipment to getting to the slopes daily. It’s also close to the shuttle so renting a car is not necessary. I highly recommend this property and if we return to steamboat, I plan on staying at this property.

This was a great stay for the family over New Years. The condo is only a short walk to slopes and groceries across the street. Perfect location as you walk through then breezeway and out of hustle and bustle or can walk to all returuants, rentals and concerts at gondola square. Thanks for a great trip will be back soon.

One of the best slopeside values - Location!
As another's noted - Location!
My family and friends have hit Steamboat for nearing 20 yrs. We've stayed slopeside most years. The Snowflower, this unit, is one we'll try and hit on an ongoing basis. Simply put, for the location, condition and overall value, it's at the top of the league.
We "found" the Snowflower having stayed at an alternate unit 2 years ago. Wanting to return we found this unit open for our Jan Trip. I can state the pool and hot tub are running warmer and construction effectively done.
This unit is very good size with 2 masters and 2 additional good size bedrooms. The pictures are accurate and our small party of 5 had more than plenty of room.
The unit was found clean and everything was in good condition, several baths remodeled as well as the kitchen having a nice face lift. It's also about as close to the slopes as one can get, no stairs.
The walk to the Gondola is only ~ 600ft with most on heated walkway, no stairs. At the end of day an even shorter walk, slightly downhill at ~350ft as one can ski right down to the heated walkway near the EMT office in One Steamboat Place. This seems easier than walking from the bus/shuttle terminal to the slopes and definitely easier at end of day.
Being near the slopes is great especially if you have kids; you can run em out to school, drop em off early, pick em up late, etc and not worry especially if they're teens/teens+. With much of Ski Time Square lost to renovation, this side of the mountain offers more dining and the nearby (across street) market for convenience. One can quickly come and go as pleased and if you have someone not skiing, they can easily join you slopeside for lunch/dinner/happy hour with only a 5 min walk.
Ample ski (hanging) and boot area in the entry. Parking is a definite plus. The only significant thing to note is there is no phone, so cell phones are a must (there is WiFi and Cable TV)
Ronnie, owner, is super easy to work with and even pointed out I overpaid before I noted my poor math. A definite recommendation from our family.
We'll be back if availability exists, over the years we've stayed at the Ski Inn, La Casa, Kutek, Plum Torian, Ptarmigan House, Phoenix, Lodge, and a few others; the unit, value, convenience and of course location make this a place to surely consider.

Location, location, location -- LOCATION!
I ski at Steamboat often. This property has the best location available at the resort. This older building has just undergone a major exterior remodel. Now, it looks like as though it was built last season. The interior of the unit is well-appointed and recently updated.
The walk from the front door of the condo to the gondola and Ski Town Square (base area) couldn't be more than 200 yards. This is TRUE ski-in/ski-out. You can go home for lunch if you want. It doesn't get any better than this.
The facility has ample, underground parking and a pleasant, heated outdoor pool and spa. I found the spa to be hotter than usual - a nice surprise after skiing.
The floor plan is unique. The four bedrooms are each positioned on opposite corners - affording maximum quiet and privacy. With seven adults staying; it never felt crowded and only two shared a bed.
Finally, this property is owned by the original owner. She is friendly, easy to work with and accommodating.
This is an ideal location for a no-hassle ski vacation. I hope to stay here again soon. I recommend it with no reservations!

A comfortable and convenient location
Second year with friends at Steamboat. This location offers great access to the gondola and bus line. All beds were comfortable. Owner was very helpful! We are coming back to this location in the future!

Great Location
This condo provided the perfect mix of nice accommodation for two families and convenient location for skiing. The ski school was a five minute walk (in snow boots) from the condo. The Gondola was even closer. The free Blue line shuttle to town was a five minute walk from the condo. The kitchen was set up well for cooking / dining.

This condo was perfect for our two families of 4 with two queen beds and 4 twin beds. Great location close to the gondola. Could easily come back to the condo for a cup of hot soup waiting in the crock pot. Owner quite helpful and accommodating.
Rent from Fliescher which is on the way to the gondola and they provide overnight storage for their equipment. Very convenient.

This was our “First Trip” that included the grandchildren and it went GREAT! The condo was very clean and had lots of space to accommodate our 5 adults and 2 small children.
The location to the mountain was perfect when dealing with very small children (and the grandparents)…Just a short walk across the street to the children’s center and the slope.
We did most of the evening cooking in the condo. The kitchen was very well supplied with the necessities needed. Plenty of supplies in the baths as well.
We will definitely check on returning again on our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience.....

We had a great experience at this condo. As a previous reviewer said, we liked it better than ski and ski out. Walk across the street to elevator and then a short walk to gondola. Condo was nicely furnished and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend it to friend.

Best location ever!
A family ski trip between Christmas and New Years with our 4 adult kids. Better than ski in/ski out which I never would have believed. Last year we stayed in a ski in/out condo and we had to (try to) ski up a hill to get to the door. The newly built and fancy One Steamboat Place is directly across the street and you can take their elevator up to the base level if your legs are like mine, always looking for the easiest way out when wearing ski boots. (The elevator door is outdoors, by the outdoor staircase across the street.) So convenient, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also, the condo is very well equipped. Even though we did only basic cooking, everything was there for a culinary adventure--lots of pans, all kinds of utensils, etc. Very grateful for that, because it is so welcoming and home-like! We shipped our skis by UPS to Annie, the manager, and when we arrived, our ski bags were already in the condo. We immediately breathed a sigh of relief. No pickup necessary from a central office somewhere, or frantic phone calls, which we have done elsewhere! We emailed her an extensive grocery list ahead of time which also worked out great. The location is so great that you really don't need to rent a car but we decided to rent one anyway. Sadly, it did not snow while we were there but if it had, the covered parking under the building would have meant no scraping the snow off the windshield. The photos are accurate and the condo was very spacious even though there were 6 adults. It would have been fine, even if we were at full capacity of 8. In the summer, the balcony off the living room is probably very nice. Noticed a few communal barbecue grills which would also be nice in the warmer months. Although there is wifi, there is also a very handy computer and printer in the lobby. Friendly and helpful owner, too. I would definitely go back. First class location and first class service. This was one of many time...
This was one of many times we have stayed in this unit and enjoyed it tremendously. As always, you are great hosts! The unit is so friendly and well equipped for all our cooking needs. We love the location….such great access to the ski mountain, right across the street from the great little market and fabulous Mexican restaurant, plus we really like hopping on the bus to get downtown by just walking across the street. The construction going on right up to edge of the Snow Flower complex looked a bit intimidating and we did hear it during the day but it did not disrupt the underground parking or our ability to get around as we usually do. The hot tub and pool still were just as great and the view from the porch and front window reminded us why we keep coming back to this unit!
