Nestled in Marco Island, this attractive condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Peaceful paradise on a lower level condo with direct access to the white sands of Tigertail beach! End wing unit with 2 balconies allows beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We are unit #203, tower 4 facing Tigertail nature preserve with a very distant view of the ocean over the beautiful landscaping. Large balcony wraps around the building giving extra space and lends privacy when needed. Weekly rental. Gated community with parking. The two bedroom, two bath unit provides plenty of room for relaxed vacation living. A fully equipped kitchen offers the convenience of eating in, or you may choose to experience many of the fine restaurants of Marco Island. Walk the sugar sand beaches or exercise in the fitness center, swim in the gulf, jog on the beach, or sunbathe at the beautiful heated pool - South Seas Tower allows you to be as active or relaxed as you choose. South Seas is one of the only units on Marco Island to offer beach front access, as well as dock slips available for rent. We have Pickle ball courts and a very vibrant Pickle Ball Community, as well as tennis courts, shuffle board, Bocce Ball courts, putting green, picnic shelters, heated pool, and a couple of charcoal grills for use. And there's always fishing and wildlife viewing for a uniquely South Florida perspective of Marco Island. Kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards, and boats are available for rent. We also offer the use of 2 city bikes to take a tour of the island. We are on the second floor so you can avoid the three elevators and people and get in and out quick to the parking lot. Laundry is available on each floor. Our unit includes 100Mbs WiFi and cable.

The room is beautiful and spacious! They literally have everything you need from beach/pool toys to beach towels. Lots of towels for bathing as well. Little walk to the beach but not bad. Tons of shells! Pool is very warm! The only downside is parking lot view but for everything you get its so worth it!

We were very happy staying in this condo. Very spacious and big table for gathering and playing cards. Lots of necessities and chairs for the beach were there. Would rent for a week again. Very nice owners!

Had a great time on Marco island. The property is very clean, quite safe and a very nice property on Marco Island. The walk to the beach is kind of a long one, but so very worth it! The beautiful white sandy beach was absolutely perfect. Great stay with great hosts.

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need to spend time with the family. The only thing was the walk to the beach, make sure you bring everything you are going to need cause it’s a long walk but it was worth it. The unit owners are excellent they reply right away with any questions you may have.

Been staying at South Seas tower4 for several years now..quality of the amenities in this unit were the best..chairs coolers towels and beach toys for kids were top notch.we had one minor issue that was addressed by hosts immediately..would highly recommend.

Good location-easy access in & out - condo had what we needed - on 2nd floor no view of beach but quick walk to beach - we did enjoy the patio for coffee in the morning. - condo had a nice floor plan.- work going on around the complex due to Hurricane but that was expected and workers were polite and professional. The host was always very responsive and accommodating.

We love the condo. It was loaded with everything we needed for a wonderful family beach vacation. It was in a nice location and easy access to the beach and other parts of Marco Island. Bridget was always responsive and a wonderful communicator! We look forward to next summer!

Dan and Bridget are great hosts and communicated clearly every step of the way. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our week long trip. It was a great value and much more reasonably priced compared to a place we had rented on Sanibel Island a few years ago. Plenty of room for dining and seating and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the morning breeze with the windows open and it was a nice walk down to tiger tail beach. The security on the property is great and we would definitely stay again in the future! -Tom
